Had a water line burst and Renew Plumbing finished the job they were working on and showed up at my house at 7pm. They were very professional and fast. Very kind and definitely knew what they were doing. Had me all fixed up in less than an hour. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on.

My water heater stopped working and was leaking in the garage. I called Renew Plumbing the night before and the lady was very kind, understanding, and made a quick appointment for the next day. Edgar called me ahead of time to try to assess the situation and come prepared. He was so kind, professional, on time, and true to his word. He fixed it in no time! I would highly recommend using him for any plumbing related issues!

My upstairs bathroom toilet is leaking again and the previous plumber installed the thin wax ring instead of thick one that caused the water leaking slowly to the ceiling.
I have to say, Edgar and Frank replaced the wax ring, new bolts/nuts and install shims to stabilize the toilet. In fact, majority of the plumber won't clean in such time consuming details as I have witness in the past.

The downstair toilet has the same issue with the previous plumber again did the rush job that created the leakage unsurprisingly and they took care as well.

In fact, the bottom where the wax ring sits need to replace as well, and it needs to be precise so that the toilet sits right above it accordingly.

Therefore, finding the good Plumber is not easy in the present time and i wish I can give six star on this review.

After the recent tropical storm, I realized I had some major blockage in my backyard drains, it was so bad that we had to sweep the water away from the house to stop it from flooding. I called Renew Plumbing a couple of days later, Friday afternoon, Labor Day weekend and was surprised that they even answered their phone, I was expecting to leave a message, they came out within the hour and took care of the problem we were having. They were extremely professional and took their time to diagnose the issue and the cost was less than I anticipated and they even helped me with another issue that we were having with our main clean out valve and didn't even charge me for it. We moved out to Corona recently from OC and I'm very happy that we found a new, honest, professional, friendly and reliable plumber, I've bookmarked them and will be using them from now on, thanks Edgar, I appreciate your honesty and your work ethic, it's in short supply these days.

I had a leak behind my downstairs shower wall that was coming from a pipe underneath my concrete. Edgar and Frankie came to assess the problem and we're very knowledgeable and honest with how the pipe needed to be fix. Instead of having to cut the concrete they re-routed the pipe above ground and saved me a lot of labor fees. They had the leak fixed in less than 2 hours. Edgar and Frankie were very professional and polite and I would definitely call them again if needed. Need a plumber, I would absolutely recommend them.

I needed a shower valve replaced in one of our bathrooms. I had just refinished the shower tile and wanted to avoid breaking the tile (if possible) so we wouldn't have to get one of those big ugly repair kit plates many people get to cover a bigger whole, or worse do tile work. Other plumbers told us it couldn't be done and tile would have to be broken and bigger plate was inevitable with possibility of tile work. Renew plumbing guy from the beginning was confident it could be done with the space available, but was at the same time honest there was always the slight possibility of breaking tile to access valve. This made us feel listened and understood, great customer service. Then on the day of the job, it was done quickly and neatly. Finally topic of price... most reasonable pricing I've seen. You can tell this guy cares about people and loves what he does. You will not be price gouged.
