We had a suspected slab leak. Edgar came out quickly confirmed the suspicion and presented us with several options for a fix. Edgar was extremely friendly, accommodating, and a great guy and plumber. Out toilet had started running constantly last week. Normally I'd head to Home Depot and handle it. Unfortunately I have a FlushMate toilet which I have no experience and also a lot of plumbers don't even work on them. On the phone we talked about a couple of things it might be. Originally there was a price for the first (cheapest) thing to check but before he even came out he said he'd remove that charge and still do the rest. Edgar showed up with a smile on his face and would come out to inform me if he needed anything. Unfortunately the tank was cracked and itt was time for a new toilet. Edgar found a FlushMate toilet late in the afternoon and came back to install it the same day. He showed me the mess under the toilet (gross) and did his thing. Also, I called on Saturday and he was here on Monday, very impressed. Edgar finished, showed me the new toilet and my bathroom was sparkling. I highly recommend Renew Plumbing for plumbing needs, very professional.

Had a clogged sink. He was very responsive and came right on time. Then, he could have added an additional fee, but didn't stating he wanted to stand by his original quote. He said it would take an hour originally, but it was very clogged and he found other issues. He ended up working 4 hours straight. He didn't charge for the additional issue he found and cleared. He was very clean and professional, leaving the area and house spotless. An amazing guy and proud to support his business. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink was not draining due to an unknown blockage. We reached out to several people for a response, but Edgar's fast response and fair quote over the phone was why we choose to have him check out our kitchen.

He arrived on time and kept his word with our repair estimate although we used something to attempt to clear the clog and this results to a higher fee. We were impressed with him graciously keeping his word when he could have easily charged us more. He was also professional, thorough and made sure the area around the repair area was clean and well prepped. He could've cut his time short after the drain cleared, but he made sure the vents were cleared also! My husband and I were both impressed with his professionalism, trustworthiness, skill, etiquette and most importantly, the care he put into repairing our blockage. I will refer him to all my friends and family.
