For remodels - In our initial consultation, we will explore your ideas and objectives for the project. I will take accurate measurements and talk about functionality, materials, timelines, and final expectations. You will receive all proposals in writing within 48-72 hours, and we need a signed contract before starting. A deposit is due at the beginning of services, and the remaining balance is due when the project is finished.

For repairs - We will discuss the issues you have and find solutions together. If I can resolve it immediately, I will inform you, and payment is expected upon completion.
