For remodels - During our first discussion, we will delve into your plans and aspirations for the remodel. I will take accurate measurements and talk about functionality, materials, timelines, and final expectations. You will receive all proposals in writing within 48-72 hours, and we need a signed contract before starting. You will need to make a down payment when we start, and the final payment is due at the end of the project.

For repairs - We will assess the problems you’re experiencing and work through the situation. If I can fix it right away, I will let you know, and payment is due once the job is done.
