For remodels - In our initial consultation, we will explore your ideas and objectives for the project. I will measure carefully and cover functionality, materials, timelines, and what you expect in the end. Proposals will be provided in writing within 48-72 hours, and we must have a signed contract before we begin. A down payment is required at the start of services, with the final payment due upon project completion.

For repairs - We will discuss the issues you have and find solutions together. If I can address it on the spot, I will tell you, and payment is required after the work is completed. I guarantee all work is completed on time and done right the first time!
