For remodels - During our first discussion, we will delve into your plans and aspirations for the remodel. I will take accurate measurements and talk about functionality, materials, timelines, and final expectations. All proposals will be documented in writing within 48-72 hours, and a signed contract is required before we commence work. A down payment is required at the start of services, with the final payment due upon project completion.

For repairs - We will identify the issues you are facing and troubleshoot the situation. If I can address it on the spot, I will tell you, and payment is required after the work is completed.
