For remodels - During our first discussion, we will delve into your plans and aspirations for the remodel. I will measure carefully and cover functionality, materials, timelines, and what you expect in the end. Proposals will be provided in writing within 48-72 hours, and we must have a signed contract before we begin. A down payment is required at the start of services, with the final payment due upon project completion.

For repairs - We will discuss the issues you have and find solutions together. If I can fix it right away, I will let you know, and payment is due once the job is done.
