We had been having a sewer smell coming out of our back to back bathroom sinks. Anderson Plumbing recommended replacing the plumbing and P-traps under both sinks to alleviate the odor. I provided new faucets for them to replace, as well, for a grand total of $1091.44 Anderson really does WOW their clients (When they give you your bill) It did not alleviate the problem. Next, they recommended sending out a drain specialist come out to further inspect the lines, to see if there is a problem with the ventilation system. They also mentioned the possibility of needing to hydro-jet the line. When Anderson's drain specialist came they gave me an estimate of $600.00 to inspect the lines with a camera and smoke. Goodbye Anderson.

Hello Remedy! Remedy Rooter came out free of charge to give us an estimate. Alexander F. was great. He took the time to listen and make reasonable cost effective recommendations. We could not replicate the smell at time of inspection since we've been using an overnight enzyme treatment for the last 3 nights. Alexander recommended that we wait and see if it returns before paying for more services. If needed, Remedy Rooter will inspect the lines with a camera for $300.00, half the cost of Anderson. Remedy Rooter also guarantees their work.

I noticed drainage issues in my kitchen sink and stationary tub in my garage at 6:15 am on a Sunday morning. I found Remedy Rooter on YELP and saw great reviews, so I called them at 6:30 am. The actual owner answered! I explained my problem and that I was having a dinner party that evening so I really needed someone to come to my home the same day. He said he could work me into their schedule and someone would arrive between 12 and 3. I said OK. I received a call at noon saying Tim would arrive at my home by 12:30 pm. Tim showed up exactly at that time and went straight to work. He unclogged my drains and even checked my main drain to be sure he didn't miss anything. Tim was the nicest guy!! I really appreciated their prompt response to both my phone call so early on a Sunday morning and arriving at my home early enough to take care of the problem so that I didn't have to cancel my dinner party!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I have used Remedy Rooter 3 times since I purchased my home and each time they have come to the rescue. The response time is beyond impressive and the quality of work that they have done for our home has been great. Every step of the way we have experienced stellar customer service from the dispatch team, and the technicians themselves are great at problem solving. Remedy Rooter has helped fix small and big plumbing problems from our main line, to our tankless water heater, to our pressure regulator. I really appreciate the integrity they bring to our home and know that if they fixed a plumbing issue it is guaranteed to no longer be a problem. Our mainline was backed up with roots. I called a few plumbers, some didn't pick up the phone, but Remedy Rooter did. They sent Chris within an hour. I can't say enough about Chris. Such an incredible human, and an expert plumber. He cleared out the mainline a few times to ensure it would last.
He also ensured we ran the water to flush everything out to ensure all is operating properly.

Remedy Rooter has been to my condo three times. They have always arrived within the time stated; usually early. Plumbers Brandon, Graham and Alex are very competent and professional. One of the connections on the bottom of the toilet had ""walked"" it's way around within days of installation and a small leak developed. They came out the day I called and there was no charge. Each time they came out, I did not have to wait around all day.

Yes, they certainly came quickly and did the job, but really do you charge a single woman $307 to take the hair out of the tub? I was in a hurry, leaving the country the next day and they gave me the price when they were already over the drain. It was basically, take it or leave it. Based on their price, I would never do business with them again. It's unconscionable.

AMAZING COMPANY......... K&E Forklift Service referred me to this company as i had an emergency plumbing issue last thur when closing my auto body shop up. i called them and they had a guy come out with in a hour. he fixed the issues and charged a great price. will use in the future for any plumbing needs. thank you so much. .
