Called when had an emergency plumbing issue in an apartment. I tried several different companies and one finally said they had time. They were not very honest when they were not there after 2.5 hours. I spoke with Shawn at Remedy Rooter and ge was there in 1] hour. Fixed the problem efficiently and the tenant said he was very polite. I would highly recommend and their number is now saved in my phone.

My kitchen sink backed up and I called Remedy Rooter, the dispatcher set an appointment. Nick, their plumber arrived as scheduled, and said he would appraise the situation and give me an estimate....and he did, I okeyed the work....and they did great job, and Nick was very open in explaining what he doing. He was in and out and NO more sink problem.

I contacted Remedy Rooter to remove an object that was accidentally flushed. They sent Zack out extremely fast and he was able to remove the object after pulling the toilet and working endlessly to get it out without damaging the toilet! ...insert sigh of relief! He was very professional & I would highly recommend contacting this company for any of your future plumbing needs!

We were hustled. We have a small house, one bathroom. Our kitchen sink was completely backed up, both sides wouldn't drain and our bathroom sink was slow to drain. We called them up, we had a great a experience with them a few years ago. They arrived to our house within a few hours, great quick service. Got a quote, snaked the drain from the outside cleanout, he said around 40ft. It was late the kitchen sink was working he went on his way. Next morning, bathroom sink even slower to drain now. Called him back out, he went to work, no quote provided. I assumed it was a job unfinished no extra charge. I was wrong. I would've refused service, it was only slow draining, we would've dealt. Once finished an extra $235 was requested. He told me it was separate line. He ran it on the same card. My husband was not present at this service and it was his card.

The work is guaranteed for 30 days. On day 31 our kitchen no longer drains. Called them back asking if it was warrantied. They didn't answer that question and just said someone will be out shortly. The man that came out said the problem is in our main and its all one line. The backup is in between the kitchen and the bathroom and 2 charges shouldn't have incurred. And we should've been given an estimate the other time as well. My husband asked if this time would incur a charge and he said yes. He contacted someone at dispatch, explained the situation. They gave a HARD NO on the warranty. We said no thank you.

We had another plumber come out, different company, and sure enough the problem was in the main. In-between the 2 areas.

While the plumbers were nice and timely, only reason for 2 stars, we will not use this company ever again. We were hustled, told it was 2 different lines and it was only one. Just for the convenience of not having to snake the main at night.

Top notch white glove service!
We had significant leaking in the slab and needed to re route a pipe through our home. It was a 24 hour turnaround from the time Shaun determined the problem and when it was fixed. Ty and Paul were very professional and courteous. They were super nice to our dogs too :)

The recent high winds in San Diego (12/7) did some damage to my home which included a busted pipe. Apparently this had happened while I was at work and it wasnt until a neighbor contacted me in the afternoon when HIS yard was flooded.

I called Remedy Rooter immediately and Missie answered the phone. She was able to calm me down and assure me that a technician would be arriving within the hour. Less than 30 minutes later Ty arrived at my home. He was very nice and took a look at my issue and what I categorized as a grade A emergency he diagnosed within minutes.
After about 15 minutes he was finished and everything was in working order. I will definitely use Remedy Rooter for all my plumbing issues!

I have never dealt with a more honest company in my life. I had a leak under my house, which I was nervous about, because my house oinly has a crawl space, and one plumber talked about tearing my floors out to fix it!

When I spoke to Daniel on the phone, he was very kind, and also not one of these plumbers who try to create fear to get you to spend more. He was very reassuring, knowing I was stressed, and he said ""It doesn't sound like a big deal, if it is a leak. So I wouldn't worry to much about it!""

Wow! How many plumbers tell you that??

So he came out with another coworker, who crawled under my house, and found the problem right way! Come to find out, it was a broken pipe caused by some sloppy work another contractor did.

The very next day, his coworker came out and fixed it, and Daniel told me he even had him tighten up a few loose fittings while he was down there, so I wouldn't have to worry about any plumbing problems in the future.

Again, how many plumbers would do that?

The price was incredibly reasonable, and the assurance and peace of mind Daniel gave me was priceless!

I wish there were more honest plumbers like Daniel and his coworker out there. I highly recommend this company! I would definitley call them again and have already told my home owner friends this is the company they want to use if they have any plumbing problems!

Just had them come and replace a part from our condensation line from our HVAC. Micheal came in and replaced it and did outstanding job! He was honest, friendly and all around great guy! I will definitely be using this company in the future with any of my plumbing needs, due to Micheal's AMAZING customer service!

These guys are awesome! No kidding! We own an apartment complex and they came out for a slab leak recently. It was an emergency situation and they were there right away. They were thorough, fast, clean and the price was very fair. They are on our 'Preferred Vendor' list now. I won't call anyone else!
