Jason Sawyer: Had him come out on Feb. 2nd to correct a problem that has been recurring since I had a water heater leak on Jan. 27th. He made the repair and that seemed to fix it. But, when I checked the timing this morning to hot water run time, it took 76 seconds to start getting warm water.
Jason is very nice, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer. We both had our fingers crossed that his latest fix would work. It didn't work, but not for his lack of trying. Thank you, Jason, Barb Murray

Had an appointment set with them. They then rescheduled it and I said I wasn't available that day, I said they could do the work since it was all outside. They said that I would have to pick something else since I had to be there. Cancelled the service if they're not even going to follow their own schedule and book you on days without asking.

Service was prompt - same day - when I had a stoppage. Our technician (Race) quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear understanding of options and pricing. Race was great and I would recommend Radiant to anyone with plumbing needs.

Called to fix a home leak, was focused on selling products rather than the service. Charged 4k to fix the leak and leak was never fixed. I called after the inquire about it and if the leak wasn't under warranty they would charge a 1300 re dig fee even though the main reason we called them in the first place was to fix the leak. Horrible customer service focused on profit rather than customer satisfaction. Please stay far away from them!

During a freeze, we called reliant for an emergency visit as a pipe burst. They told me on the phone that the after hours fee was $150, which I agreed to. When the technician arrived, he tried to pull a bait and switch and said it would be $250 for the visit. Additionally, for a 7 min task of screwing on a cap for the leak, he charged $350. When we called the main office to complain about the price not matching the service, they said their services are a minimum of $350. I strongly feel like that sort of information should have been disclosed, and they were extremely rude when we professionally tried to negotiate / push back on that. I'm only leaving this review to let people know there will be a minimum $350 charge no matter how small the task.

Scheduled an appointment, was told 8am-1pm window. Had to call reliant after no one showed. They told me to wait until 4pm. Got a text at 3:15pm saying it would be the next day. Not sure how good they because I cancelled, are but they are terrible at communication.

Called on a Tuesday phone rang and rang. No answer.

Went online and filled out their form. No calls from them or nothing. Called another service who answered their phone and got the business.

On Friday afternoon of that week unreliant calls back looking to schedule.
They lost the business and were shocked.

They came out to fix a leaking angle stop for me in our downstairs bathroom. It was an after hours call and the junior technician arrived between 5 and 6 PM. Finally an experienced guy showed up and we started making progress. They didn't leave until almost midnight trying to fix this simple job. It wasted a ton of my time and the new parts they installed continued to leak after they left. I tried to get them to come back to fix it again, but they stood me up and gave me the runaround for almost a week. I was finally able to get them to come back a month later and they told me that my water pressure was too high so there is no warranty. They then quoted me for a water pressure valve and gave me a service call fee for looking at the work they did that was leaking.

Run the other way.

Outstanding plumbing company. We had them install our tankless hot water heater a few years ago and they did a great job! When we scheduled the city inspector to come by for permitting he said something to the effect of "Wow, these guys really know what they are doing". Stating that he usually has to recommend changes and it was uncommon to see a complicated install pass perfectly the first time.

More recently, we had Dominic come out for winterizing our home. He was professional, courteous, and excellent at communicating! We appreciated his expertise and how thorough he was with everything. We will continue to use Reliant for all of our plumbing needs!

Communication was great, both with the scheduler and the technician. Dominic J came out after hours to check on our leaky faucet, issue was diagnosed quickly, explained our options and made helpful suggestions. Very nice and professional.
