This company tries to rip off innocent people. Call someone else, they are hoping for people who have no idea how much plumbers charge and people that are in a pinch where they are forced to overpay. Trust me, they will charge you 3-4X what a normal plumber will because they have a brand.

So all I can say is buyer beware! Wish I had read more reviews on this company before we called them.
The #1 think I can tell you is this company bills at a flat rate regardless of the time and materials put into your actual repair. Pay attention to all the fine print and exclusions on your "estimate". We had a pipe leaking in our foundation. We had already found and exposed the leak before the plumber arrived. He confirmed the leak was in fact under the foundation told us it was a big job that would take all day but the best solution was to re-route using pex line through the attic. They show up and in less than 3 hours had the quoted repair completed. But the problem was now we had a new foundation leak in the line they attached the pex line to and it was worse than the original leak.

They poked around looking for the incoming water line from the well could t find it. Wanted us to call a line locating company and pay $500 to find the incoming line. (My husband found it 15 mins after they left) Told us once we found the line they wanted to come back for $6300 cut the incoming line, drill through the masonry of the house and run a pex line through the attic bypassing the foundation pipe entirely. The second my husband questioned the price it dropped to $5000. We called the office to question their pricing and was told by the person answering the phone they don't charge for time just a flat rate for the job. The next day the price dropped to $2500 to finish the work.
So I will break it down
$500 generous estimate of material
$4300 for 3 hours licensed plumber & 3 hours for an apprentice.
Had another company come finish for $1700.
Now the company is refusing to provide any details to my insurance adjuster who said the complete repair should have cost $3000-$4000 total.
