Having grown up in Lancaster County, PA, Melissa is well-connected to the community. Melissa earned her degree from Indiana University of PA and started her career in retail. Beginning at Woodward and Lothrop in Washington DC, she later returned to Lancaster as a Buyer for BonTon. After that, she was appointed Manager and Buyer at The Ecklin Group, where she supervised boutique stores in downtown Lancaster.

Teamwork is Melissa’s top priority. Melissa exemplifies leadership by continually encouraging her coworkers. Creating a great work atmosphere leads to employee satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in excellent customer service.

Following that, Melissa focused on Molly’s Convenience Café. As the owner, she worked together with her team to establish a strong commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Melissa has expanded her ownership to include Reliant Heating and Cooling. Being among the rare women-owned enterprises in the heating and cooling industry, she fosters a supportive and ethical environment for our expert technicians.
