Melissa is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, PA. Melissa earned her degree from Indiana University of PA and started her career in retail. Beginning at Woodward and Lothrop in Washington DC, she later returned to Lancaster as a Buyer for BonTon. Subsequently, she took on the role of Manager and Buyer at The Ecklin Group, overseeing boutique shops in downtown Lancaster.

Melissa places a high value on her team. She leads by example, consistently supporting her colleagues. A supportive workplace boosts employee satisfaction and loyalty, reflected in outstanding customer service.

Melissa then turned her attention to Molly’s Convenience Café. In her role as owner, she developed a committed team that prioritizes quality, cleanliness, and customer care.

In addition, Melissa has added Reliant Heating and Cooling to her portfolio. Being among the rare women-owned enterprises in the heating and cooling industry, she fosters a supportive and ethical environment for our expert technicians.
