Once again this company saved us!!! They came out quickly and were able to unclog our kitchen sink . The last two companies we contacted told us that they would have to dig up the floor in our kitchen ( which are travertine pavers we would not be able to match) to be able to get to the clog or break in our pipe. Bobby was amazing and very stubborn about finding the clog and making sure it was all cleaned out . We will ALWAYS call this company for ANY of our plumbing needs. They are very friendly , attentive and hard working . We are very impressed with all of them

Bobby showed up in a timely manner, He worked quietly and quickly installing our new bath faucets. He disposed of all the packing materials and left our counter clean and dry. He took a few moments to answer my questions and in demonstrating how the sink drain cover worked. As he left he mentioned that he appreciated our choosing the firm he worked with. He also mentioned their 90 day guarantee on all plumbing. All I all, Reliable is a great firm.

10/27/2020Loved that he showed up wearing a mask and booties on his shoes and was right on time! It tool a little longer than expected to order and receive the replacement tank, however I was very pleased with the customer service and paperless billing.

1/11/2020Called them with what I thought was a pin hole leak in my master bathroom area. Water was dripping down through the downstairs ceiling and I think I was getting an electrical shock on the fixtures. It was as crazy as it sounds. John was very courteous and took his time to expertly trouble shoot the problem. He found that insulation around my fixtures was lacking. John fixed me up and I am forever grateful.  Reliable Rooter is my plumber forever now.  Thank you John!

Supposedly unclogged a drain but same problem occurred 6 weeks later. Charged me twice for same work because of 30 day warranty. A warranty is no good if they don't fix the problem initiallly. Very disappointed n will never use them again.

Reliable Rooter is a great name for this business, because time after time Arthur or Bobby save this family. This time it was a water leak from the back of refrigerator, which flooded the kitchen, had to turn water main off. Arthur was at the house within an hour on a Friday afternoon, he said he couldn't leave us without water, fixed the problem, now that's RELIABLE! Happy Thanksgiving

Very professional as they came in to fix our toilet but noticed a strong gas smell and likely saved our lives! They re-piped (old gas line was in slab!) at a fair cost and in a timely manner (scheduling us for next-day, full day) even though it was likely not the most convenient reshuffle for them. This kind of top notch service is rare these days. I have actually used them for years and have never had any issue with their service. Always great!
