Yesterday, the main line for our townhome became blocked, which meant our showers and toilets were not usable through the night. It's not hard to imagine the inconvenience this might cause. After looking at reviews online, this morning, we called Reliable Rooter & Plumbing.
PROS: up-front no-haggle pricing; available to work on the same day; updates via text for appointment time; clean, courteous and neatly dressed plumbers; leaving no footprints in the house; they take credit cards. And best of all, they got the line cleared in under 1-hour. Kudos to the team of Bobby & Tito for a job well done.
CONS: none.

Called on Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Technician arrived at 10:15 am. Bobby was great. Professional and pleasant. It was a simple kitchen sink clog -- he snaked drain, tighten the garage disposal and reset the P trap. Total $165. Which includes a $25 extra charge for being a Saturday. I liked Bobby's demeanor: helpful and patient, as my 6 year old son was fascinated with what he was doing. Will use again.

We called Reliable Plumbing again and John Burrola did another excellent job. We needed a leaking kitchen pipe capped off as well as a gas line - John was so efficient and quick for both jobs I couldn't believe he got finished so quickly. We were really amazed at how reasonable his rate was too.

John is so honest and personable - we highly recommend him and will call him for all of our plumbing needs.

I had a leaking shut off valve under the bathroom sink. After calling around to several plumbers I chose Reliable Rooter Plumbing because of their significantly lower rate. They arrived within an hour and finished the job within 30 minutes! Fast, efficient quality work! Highly recommend this company, definitely 5 stars!!!

I highly recommend Reliable Rooter and Plumbing. I finally had to call a plumber, and had a long list of things I needed completed on my mom's house. The customer service in the office was great: I left a VM message on Tuesday night, and they sent someone to the house the next morning. The office staff was friendly and professional, and they let me know approximate prices too.

The technician, John Burrola, did excellent work and was very tidy. In addition, he explained things to me clearly so that I could understand what needed to be fixed asap versus what might need to be fixed somewhere down the road. Last but definitely not least: The total for all the work done today was very, very reasonable. I will definitely be calling Reliable in the future.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER!!! I have a slab leak now. While having a slab leak is no fun event, it's a great comfort to know I have hard working, reliable technicians working on my repairs. They have done other work for me and they always leave the place clean.

Sometimes I think I should not give such rave reviews because they might get too busy for me LOL... Just kidding. They are too good not to share!

I would definitely use this company again! I manage some rental properties, so I need reliable maintenance vendors.
I needed a plumber on a saturday and the ""Big company"" I've used for 15 years couldn't find time for me.
Reliable Plumbing helped me out and didn't try to gouge me on a weekend price. They will be my first choice next time!
