Reliable Rooters is quick, professional, knowledgeable, and their work is reliable! I have used reliable Rooter and Plumbing twice in the last few years. Bothe times they were able to solve our plumbing issues the day we called them. They communicate clearly and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

The evening of Christmas, we had a clogged drain. These things always happen around the holidays. Anyhow, I got a recommendation from a neighbor and called them. They responded to me within 15 minutes of leaving a message. Bobby was at my place an hour after. The service was professional and prompt. He explained the likely source and cause and even made some recommendations for preventative measures. He was done in about an hour. Great customer service. Fair pricing. Transparency and communication are key!!!

The work itself was great! Our plumber was in and out under 35 minutes and took a personal call during that time frame. He left it clean after which some plumbers don't so that was much appreciated but they charged me $215 to unclog a bathroom sink.... They have a 1-hr minimum fee and had I known this and the price before the work was started I most certainly would've gone with another plumber.

Very disappointed in this company. They came out two weeks ago and rooted drain behind washing machine. Said they couldn't clear it but of course I still had to pay $175.00. I called then to schedule a ""camera"" visit because they allegedly got some rootlets while rooting. They said it would cost $325.00 and scheduled the appt., but said they could do it for $295. since they had been here recently. I cancelled and called JustinTime Plumbing and they got my drain completely cleared for $130. Don't waste your time and money with UnReliable Rooter&Plumbing.
