My family spent a solid week without hot water heater after having unpleasant ""complications"" with another plumber and our home warranty company. When it was clear that the situation would not be resolved well, I searched for a plumber and found this office. They responded to my voicemail within minutes, had someone to my home within two hours and replaced the water heater the very same day. Johnny Ray was personable, thorough and obviously skilled and competent. The first company took two trips here, over a week and then could not complete the work because ""it was a two-man job"" and only one person came. Johnny Ray did the whole thing himself and was helpful and pleasant the entire time. The price was reasonable and I would very happily recommend them and will use them for any plumbing needs going forward.

My kitchen sink drain line clogged and water was coming up in my garage sink. I needed to have the drain line cleaned out, so I called Reliable about 8:30 this morning and spoke with Camille. She was very friendly and helpful, and she dispatched Bobby out to me within an hour. I showed Bobby the problem area and he was able to access a clean-out port on the outside of the house by the kitchen. He snaked out that drain line for close to an hour and got it cleared out and running like new.

It was a pleasure to do business with such friendly professionals and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The shower drain in our master bath was clogged and Bobby was able to come out to clear it within 24 hours. He was very friendly and was upfront about the pricing which I found to be fair. He showed up within the agreed upon time frame and the job took only about 25 mins to complete. All in all I was very pleased with the service and how accommodating and friendly they were, I would definitely choose them again should the need arise!

PROS: up-front no-haggle pricing; available to work on the same day; updates via text for appointment time; clean, courteous and neatly dressed plumbers; leaving no footprints in the house; they take credit cards. And best of all, they got the line cleared in under 1-hour. Kudos to the team of Bobby & Tito for a job well done.
