Late on a Thursday night, we had sudden flooding around our toilets and back up into our shower. I called reliable Rooter, and received prompt response.
Dan who came out for service call was great, and quickly figured out it was a problem with our Septic.
He not only fixed problem, but gave us good advice on what to do to avoid similar problems in future.
He was helpful and kind, and we really appreciated the wonderful service we got.

Very professional. After unsuccessfully trying to unclog a drain all day, I gave up and called them for someone to come fix the problem. The next morning, they had a professional who efficiently worked to remove the clog. Pricing seemed fair for an emergency plumber service. Would definitely use again if needed.

Had water back up into the house and needed emergency help tonight after normal hours. Their service tech, Dan, came out and helped snake and unclog the sewer line for the house. Nice guys. They came in early, before another job, when we had an emergency. Treated us well and tried their hardest to limit the mess for a rough job. Then they cleaned up the minor mess they did create. I would definitely bring them back.

When our 3 year old flushed 12 hot wheels down the toilet we knew the job was beyond our diy skills. We called 3 companies who didn't answer. Since it was Friday afternoon, we thought we were going to spend the weekend with plumbing problems. Fortunately Reliable Rooter was next on the list. The receptionist was kind and understanding and to our surprise she said someone would be at our house within 30 minutes. As promised they arrived and started by first snaking the toilet and then moving to the main line from the roof to assure the line was clear. He told us to call him if we had any issues within the next 30 days as they would come back to take care of any complications. Thank you reliable rooter for your fast and friendly service. We're glad to know we have a, like the name says, reliable company to call in the future!

If I could give a 6-star rating to this business, I would. Reliable Rooter responded within an hour to my emergency and stayed on the job until the problem was resolved! I cannot say enough good about them. They are professional, polite, honest and very knowledgeable. It was a rainy day, and the job was miserable. It took them close to 4-hours, and they never complained once. Plus, they charged far less than what others in town would have.
I highly, highly recommend them for all plumbing jobs, large and small.
