Very professional. After unsuccessfully trying to unclog a drain all day, I gave up and called them for someone to come fix the problem. Had water back up into the house and needed emergency help tonight after normal hours. Their service tech, Dan, came out and helped snake and unclog the sewer line for the house. When our 3 year old flushed 12 hot wheels down the toilet we knew the job was beyond our diy skills. We called 3 companies who didn't answer. Since it was Friday afternoon, we thought we were going to spend the weekend with plumbing problems. Fortunately Reliable Rooter was next on the list. The receptionist was kind and understanding and to our surprise she said someone would be at our house within 30 minutes. As promised they arrived and started by first snaking the toilet and then moving to the main line from the roof to assure the line was clear. If I could give a 6-star rating to this business, I would. Reliable Rooter responded within an hour to my emergency and stayed on the job until the problem was resolved! I cannot say enough good about them. They are professional, polite, honest and very knowledgeable. It was a rainy day, and the job was miserable. It took them close to 4-hours, and they never complained once. Plus, they charged far less than what others in town would have.
