Julio and Gary showed up as scheduled and proceeded to check and repair shower head leak. Even with their busy schedule they took the time to do a thorough and complete job. The company also did a good job keeping me informed when to expect their arrival.

HORRIBLE service!!! They were contracted by Lowes to install my new dishwasher. They first broke the door on my old dishwasher (Bosch) that was in perfect working condition. Then they cut the wires from the door to the machine. They then hauled it away from my house. This was all done without my permission. (THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE THEM RECORDED ON MY PHONE SAYING THEY WERE SORRY AND I TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED MY PERMISSION AND THEY AGREED) But they told Lowes it was not there fault. I also have them on video as I have security cameras inside my house. I will tell EVERYONE of their horrible service! Beware, do not use them!!!
They couldn't even install my new dishwasher!!! Lowes had to send another installer who did a great job!

Victor, from Reliable Plumbing came out on Friday as scheduled and fixed my clogged bath tubs and toilets. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on, he even showed me were my clean outs were located. Pricing was also reasonable, for the service, will use them again if needed.

After hearing a great review of Reliable from my neighbor, I employed them to install a tankless water heater at my home. All the good things I'd heard about Reliable proved to be true. They did great work, showed up when promised, and the final price was below the original estimate. Raymond from Reliable even called me about a month to followup and assure all was still satisfactory. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

Don't hire these guys if you want a friendly, helpful plumber willing to answer your questions and fix what is broken. $125 for a service call, was here less than 5 minutes, never introduced himself and could not have been ruder or more condescending.

Worst service ever!!! Plumbers were appeared uncertain about how to do the job. When I called the owner he totally sided with the plumbers..stay away!!!!!!

Called to get a price quote and was told that they charge $65 per hour plus parts. I explained that I'd like the plumbing system cleaned out, etc and if they can come out for an estimate. The worker simply repeated the same thing and that they can't come out to look at it. Personally I will end up using another company.

WARNING to single ladies Reliable Plumbing it's a nightmare. Never available at reasonable hours, make diagnosis without checking parts, lie arguing service is not covered by insurance, replace parts with cheap and much less quality than what you had, take things without asking permission, always try to blame problems on bigger issue to charge you extra, and very rude. No man in the house? Even worse.
