Raymond is a crook. He wanted to charge me over $1,500 for a new water heater. He added on multiple extras that were not covered by my home warranty to the tune of over $1,000. He told me it was in order to meet city codes. When I told Raymond that I decided to go with another company, he called the city inspection office to retaliate. A city inspector came by and I told her the story of the attempt to price gouge me, and she agreed that $1,500 was too much. Well, the city just came by to inspect the new water heater, and lo and behold, IT PASSED without all these extras that Reliable Plumbing said were needed to meet city code. STAY AWAY from this disreputable crook!

They came out for a simple installation after, 15 minutes they wanted to rip everything up at a cost of 1900 dollars! We called in another plumber for a 2nd opinion, they said it wasn't necessary and did the work for 120 dollars. We had no problem since. I always called reliable but not anymore. They did it to themselves

Extremely disappointed in how they treated my 80-plus-year-old parents. On July 2, they replaced the fill valve and associated parts to fix a running toilet and replaced the toilet seat. The first problem was that they installed a standard seat on an elongated bowl. How does that happen? If that weren't bad enough, the toilet started running again less than a month later. When my parents called them, they wanted to charge a $65 trip charge and said there was no warranty. Avoid Reliable Plumbing at all costs!

I called Reliable Plumbing for a leaky water heater in my garage. Someone answered my call immediately. I decided to just make an appointment since it was late on a Friday afternoon and the water leak was confined to a small area. Reliable Plumbing sent Albert and Charlie to my house on schedule on July 3, 2018. They told me I needed a new water heater which didn't surprise me. It was already 12 years old with rust at the bottom. We made plans to have the repair done the next day.

Since it was going to be a holiday, Albert called to make sure a new water heater would be available for them to install from their supplier. Albert and Charlie came on time the next morning on July 4th. Both were very friendly and polite. They told me exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Even though they said it would take 3 hours, it actually took less than that. The new water heater was installed professionally. All the insulation, caulking, pipe welding, and the rest of the installation was done very well. I had more questions about the maintenance and operation of the water heater that Albert answered.

I would definitely call Reliable Plumbing again if I needed any more plumbing done. My experience with them was excellent from the first call to the time they finished the job.

Raymond and Ivan replaced out sink faucets with angle stops and supply lines. They looks and work great now. They also replaced the stopper mechanism in the master bedroom bathroom. Earlier this month the same company replaced out water heater, updated it to code and it easily passed all required inspections. This company is professional and their employees are friendly, answer questions and make it a point to clean up any mess that is left after their repairs. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs. I can't thank them enough.

Julio and Gary showed up as scheduled and proceeded to check and repair shower head leak. Even with their busy schedule they took the time to do a thorough and complete job. The company also did a good job keeping me informed when to expect their arrival.

HORRIBLE service!!! They were contracted by Lowes to install my new dishwasher. They first broke the door on my old dishwasher (Bosch) that was in perfect working condition. Then they cut the wires from the door to the machine. They then hauled it away from my house. This was all done without my permission. (THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE THEM RECORDED ON MY PHONE SAYING THEY WERE SORRY AND I TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED MY PERMISSION AND THEY AGREED) But they told Lowes it was not there fault. I also have them on video as I have security cameras inside my house. I will tell EVERYONE of their horrible service! Beware, do not use them!!!
They couldn't even install my new dishwasher!!! Lowes had to send another installer who did a great job!

Victor, from Reliable Plumbing came out on Friday as scheduled and fixed my clogged bath tubs and toilets. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on, he even showed me were my clean outs were located. Pricing was also reasonable, for the service, will use them again if needed.
