Reliable Plumbing saved the day. Our business encountered plumbing issue where the bathrooms were flooded due to the main line pipe being clogged. Our business has a contract with ARS (Rescue Rooter), and scheduled for them to come out between 10am-noon. By 11:30, we still didn't hear from anyone. After reaching out to ARS, we were told that we just had to wait until someone can make it down here, they were tight on schedule. Not knowing if or when ARS would show up, and did not want to go much longer with sewage water all over the bathroom floor, we called Reliable Plumbing!! The owners Gliberto is incredible. He was able to send someone out within 20 minutes (ON A SUNDAY!!) . Pablo was the technician that showed up for this service call. . He was not only professional, knowledgeable, but super friendly. Our business opened at noon, and he was so intentional about not being in the way. He even asked for the mop and cleaned up both bathrooms!! AND..their price was far less than what ARS was going to charge us for a Sunday emergency call. I am so glad we got to work with Reliable Plumbing, as they will be our choice plumber going forward!!

I understand being charged for a service call for showing up but I am not happy about being charged to remove drywall that was ALREADY removed to expose pipe that was ALREADY exposed, and for finding the leak that was ALREADY located. My handyman had removed the drywall, found the leak and informed me that it was beyond his capability to fix so I called Reliable Plumbing and let them talk to my handyman, he went over what he found with the technician. All I needed was someone to FIX the leak but when the technician came out he said he couldn't fix the problem until he had access to the upstairs unit, not his fault, but I don't appreciate being charged for something that was already done...I have pictures of the opened up ceiling, the exposed pipe, and a close up of the leak!!!! I will put my check in the mail but I don't think I'll be back.

Well what a day! I had 4 plumbers come out to fix our drain in the bathroom. I'm too frustrated to share the whole story but I will say that I ended up calling Reliable plumbing who came out last but still same day and Pablo fixed the problem...easily! He was professionally and efficient! Fantastic!

True to their name! If you need a plumber I highly recommend. The only reason they lost a star was someone was meant to call me back with a quote and they didn't for 4 hours and Pablo was already on the way. If I knew they could do it I would have saved a lot of stress. But all worked out in the end.
