Reliable Plumbing

I regret that I could not confirm they are so 'Reliable' as they call themselves. I called them because I had some issues to be repaired. The quote and budget had been authorized since last week but in that time no one decided to confirm anyone was home. The doorbell works perfectly well and there are normally seven people here by the time they claim they rang the bell. It seems the workers say that nobody attended the door so they just left.

I believe if you're interested in doing a job you knock on the door or do whatever you have to in order to receive confirmation. It is uncalled for to not knock and ring the doorbell and go away just saying that nobody answered or that no one opened the door.
What really disappoints me is that I planned to get the Spa fixed to have a nice time with my family and instead just wasted my time, as I now have to look for another plumbing company and start all over again.

We had one of our hoses/pipes from our water softener to our main water line separate. PABLO quickly assessed the job and was very detailed in explaining everything that needed to be done and why. This company has taken care of drain problems for me a few times now and every time I'm very happy with them. They arrive when they say they will and they're very friendly and helpful. I forgot to get the name of the man who was just here but he was great.

The work was great. The problem is they say they don't charge extra for after hours or weekends WHICH IS WHY WE CALLED THEM. We've used them at an apartment complex multiple times and we're never charged extra for after hours or weekends. I was even told by the owner himself previously that they don't charge extra for that. Then THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Hey great false advertising. Guess I can take it up with the bbb. Never using these guys again.

Reliable Plumbing saved the day. Our business encountered plumbing issue where the bathrooms were flooded due to the main line pipe being clogged. Our business has a contract with ARS (Rescue Rooter), and scheduled for them to come out between 10am-noon. By 11:30, we still didn't hear from anyone. After reaching out to ARS, we were told that we just had to wait until someone can make it down here, they were tight on schedule. Not knowing if or when ARS would show up, and did not want to go much longer with sewage water all over the bathroom floor, we called Reliable Plumbing!! The owners Gliberto is incredible. He was able to send someone out within 20 minutes (ON A SUNDAY!!) . Pablo was the technician that showed up for this service call. . He was not only professional, knowledgeable, but super friendly. Our business opened at noon, and he was so intentional about not being in the way. He even asked for the mop and cleaned up both bathrooms!! AND..their price was far less than what ARS was going to charge us for a Sunday emergency call. I am so glad we got to work with Reliable Plumbing, as they will be our choice plumber going forward!!
