I can't express enough my gratitude to Gilberto and his amazing team. I am a property manager that was stuck in a bad gas leak situation at my property and SDGE shut us off. Reliable plumbing came out promptly, detected the leaks did the repairs and assisted in getting everyone back up and running. They even waited with us for SDGE techs to come back out to make sure we were good to go.If you need a reliable, honest and friendly plumbing company this is the only way to go.

This particular plumbing company did a neighbors water heater and then repaired a faucet..in speaking with my neighbor they did a fantastic job and even came back the next day to powereadh the concrete that was stained, this is when I met the managements son, Yussef , who was very polite and courteous and did a fantastic job! It was so refreshing to witness this young man take such pride and care in doing this task and finding out he has a mobile car wash service, I had to give this company the highest rating possible and next time I have a plumbing issue, I will definitely call Reliable Plumbing and drain service !

Cleared the sewer line blockage in minutes and helped with a couple small things around the house well within the hour. Eduardo was helpful and knowledgeable in making recommendations to solve some longer term issues present in our home. price is reasonable.We are very happy with our flushing toilets and draining drains. I needed some very specific work done requiring some research and knowledge of Dornbracht cartridges and diverters. The guys who came out were friendly and professional and seemed willing to do the front work. They admitted that they were very busy and that it might take some time. After 2 weeks of me following up with phone calls to see if they were able to find the products I finally gave up. Leslie, who answered the phone, was so kind, and kept assuring me that someone would get back to me. Nope...never did. At least have the courtesy and professionalism to admit that you just can't do the job so that I could move on. They may be great for another job, just not mine.

We woke up to a bathroom ceiling about to cave in. Reliable plumbing recently did a backflow inspection on our HOA premises and did a good job so I thought I would give sdreliable plumbing a call. Xavier came immediately and found leak on upper floor behind frig. He repaired it with copper fitting and looks better than new. Xavier was professional and left area very clean and great to work with. I will be using them for my future plumbing issues.
