The work was completed to my picky mom's expectations so I definitely recommend them! Plus their price was over $1k less than the Big Box quote which makes my wallet happy!

Hello, Reliable Plumbers came out in March of 2024 to replace my shut off valve to my house (was leaking pretty good) and the pipe around it and my hose bib too. They were more responsive than anyone else I called, came out earlier than anyone else was willing to, and gave me an estimate lower than anyone else. Did an excellent job, I was so happy with the work and the price and the speed of service. I am so sorry for this late review but better late than never. Thank you so much. I contacted Reliable Plumbers again because our other bathroom sink came ""unglued"" from the vanity. It, unfortunately, had a crack, so we had to purchase a new sink that was either the same or similar. Unable to find the exact same one, we got a similar one and had Reliable Plumbers install it.

The sink was installed and reinforced to ensure it wouldn't fall off the vanity again, but he kept saying it was ""too big."" I was surprised because he didn't mention anything prior to installation, and the sink itself was only centimeters bigger than the old one. I also noticed that it was installed slightly off center, which I can't do anything about anymore because it's already on.

A few days later, the pipes started leaking, so I had him come out again. He was very nice about it and didn't charge me to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, several days later, it's still leaking. He comes back out and blames the size of the sink. Several more days later, it's STILL leaking, to which he thinks it is due to the p-trap. He replaced a pipe and thinks the issue is resolved. By the looks of it, everything is off kilter. The pipe he replaced is crooked and just jammed into the existing p-trap. Why didn't he just replace the p-trap so that it's done properly?

Well, here I am again and it's STILL leaking!

Despite his many attempts to fix the leak, I sadly have to go with another company to hopefully get it done correctly.

I contacted Reliable Plumbers on a Saturday morning to get help with a toilet install. Quoted a very reasonable price, and came out before noon that same day to install it. I am very grateful for the plumber's super fast service and willingness to not price gouge for it. Plus, he's a really nice guy who knows his stuff. Exceeded my expectations all around.
