Our hot water heater died on Saturday; we contacted our home warranty company and they assigned Faridoon Safi of Reliable Plumbing to us on Monday and boy were we lucky!! He called us on Monday and was able to come to our home on Tuesday afternoon. He contacted our insurance company ASAP on Tuesday to advise a whole new unit needed to be installed; they approved the install and Faridoon made a special trip to pick up a water heater and have it installed by 6:00 PM same day!! Now that is what I call awesome customer service and all with a smile and a reasonable price. Thank you Faridoon for being such a wonderful asset to our community and I will be advising all my friends to call you for their plumbing needs.

I previously gave this company one star because I never received a callback, I did receive a call this morning; apparently there was a misunderstanding. The company will be arriving this morning to analyze and hopefully fix my bathroom vanity leaks.

Fast response and schedule. The cost is fair, even though no cheapest, and straightforward. There is no dispatching fee like some other companies to send someone to assess the issue. They gave an estimate per my description and a picture. It saves my time and effort. Farid came to removed the leaking shower valve, went to purchase a new valve, and installed the new one. He knows his work. will definitely call Reliable again for future plumbing issues.

Farid is wonderful! I sent a request for service to multiple plumbers in the area on a Sunday evening, after a failed attempt from the first plumber. He messaged me within minutes, with his phone number so he could further assess my issue (blockage in my sewer line). I called him and he said he could come now, however there was an emergency fee which was $225 plus the service charges. I asked if instead he could come Monday morning, which he said he could between 9-10am.
Farid arrived Monday morning at 9am and was able to fix my issue and leave by 9:30. He worked very quick and efficiently. I was unable to show him where my clean out was located (renter problems), however he said he could fix it through my sewer line. He was very upfront with the service charges ($350 to go through the sewer line) and didn't charge any extra fees. I would definitely recommend him to others and I *hope* to not need his services, however I would definitely be a returning customer, if need be.

Kitchen sink backed up on New Year's day. They responded quickly on Yelp with an estimate and were out first thing the next morning. Worked quickly and got the drain cleared and leaking p-trap fixed. Will definitely call again if needed.

My hot water heater died the evening of Christmas Eve. I contacted Reliable Plumbers the morning of December 27th and the service person Safi Sarid arrived at noon. He brought the replacement water heater and had it completely installed within 2 hours. I was extremely thankful for the service I received and happy to see him wearing a mask even though my tank is in the garage therefore limiting our need to be in close contact.

My toilet in my master bathroom started backing up into the shower and the toilet wouldn't flush. I did a service request quote on Yelp and the owner, Farid was the first one to respond to my request. He was very courteous and requested for me to call and do a consultation over the phone. I spoke to him and described my problem to him and he was able to give me a quote over the phone of how much it would be and that he could be here within an hour!

This was exactly what I wanted and needed. I was very anxious that someone may not have been able to get here today or for several hours, and I would have to go all day and into the next day with one working toilet in a house with 4 people! He calmed my nerves right away by immediately knowing what the problem was and coming out so soon. Farid is very knowledgeable of plumbing and I was very confident in his skills. He came and had my toilet working again in about an hour and a half! The whole process from initial contact to completion was less than 3 hours!

Because I did not have a clean out access outside, it cost me $375, because he had to remove the toilet, but he did inform me that was a possibility prior to arriving. I am very pleased with his service and experience! Great experience!
