I contacted them through Yelp and the owner Farid was quick to respond. He texted me the day of to confirm his arrival time. He was very nice and patient with trying to determine the source of our shower leak. Once he figured out the problem, he gave us a reasonable estimate. He didn't have the part on hand, so he had to drive out to get the part. He told me he actually went to Home Depot first but the part they carried didn't match the rest of my shower, so he made the extra effort to go to Lowe's to find the part with the right metal finish. I really appreciate that he took the extra time to make sure our problem was fixed properly. I was very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a plumber.

This was a great service. Safi responded first, was super competitive in pricing, and didn't upcharge for an evening repair on the same day my plumbing was backed up. I definitely recommend them and would use this service again.

Farid showed up on time which I really appreciate. I had a rusted and broken-blade garbage disposal ( looks like a common problem with InSinkErator Badger from home depot)  that needed replacement and he replaced it quickly. I highly recommend Reliable Plumbers!
