The office staff is horrible. Amanda Estrada in particular has no clue. She provided wrong information to the gas company after she told me everything was ok. She neveeer returns calls and now she's got the girl who answers the phone just placing me on hold and hanging up. I really would like to get this straightened out with whoever is in charge, but I can not get past the receptionist answering the phone. Horrible customer service. Techs that came to the house were actually pretty good. Cant see them in business much longer with this kind of office staff.

t was a great trouble shooting for my AC and AC will behave the summer! Alex is great! He found the problem and serviced everything else. I signed up for three year maintenance contract!

Renco is a company that has contracts with the gas company to save energy, but they are so irrelevant that, they are doing a bad job, and they do not respond to the complaints that one puts on them, especially they left me with a falling door, and a shower that does not work,

I was visited by Jose D. Castillo Feb 15, 2018, in my home and he made a paper application for attic installation. I've not heard from anybody since and so I've been calling, getting the run around, with promise that the application would be searched for and I would be called back, which no one ever does. I've made phone calls on 4/5, 4/17, 4/18, 4/23, 4/24, and today, 4/30.
I've been told, by Jose, who seems to be the only one that wants my application to be processed ass he says he turned it in and has been paid for it, even though he's promised 5 times to call the office and then call me back, which he did today.
The status apparently is that my information is not in the computer, explanation, Joe turned in a ""paper"" application. Was told K.C. is the manager who can track it down but she also has never kept a promise to call me back either. Jose says now that Judy Garcia, has my paperwork but was out all last week. Ron and Judy Garcia are the owners of this contracting company. There are others too, that you can go through it you're not getting anywhere with this company, REMCo. A quick internet search for Energy Savings Assistance Program socalgas will give a link to another company with a toll free number to call or to apply online. They close at 3:30pm Mon-Fri, so call early.
It's now been over 10 weeks, and to date, nobody other than Jose can acknowledge or confirm that I have an application, not even there company cab acknowledge that they have any information about me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I will update this review pending any action taken by the company.
Spoke to K.C. today, I called her, she said they can't find my application, was going to send Jose out again today to get a new app and expedite the processing.
A half hour later they called me back, said they found my application, approved it and scheduled a contractor for next Monday. Apologized for not getting back to me. Upgraded to 3 stars for now, as they should've been more proactive all this time after this issue was brought to their attention, but I understand since Judy was out last week, but the issue was brought to their attention April 5th, so if the contractor does good work, I'll edit to 4 stars, I can't give 5 under the circumstances though.
May 7, 2018, updated to 1 star because I went through a lot just to find out that the only thing they can do for me is to give me 2 sink faucet aerators and a shower head. I need insulation, but because it's a program paid by the gas company, the gas company is going to inspect and since I have knob and tube electrical in the Attic attached to the roof beams, they can do insulation. There house is 1941. Plus, they can't even give me weather stripping for my doors because I have a tankless water heater that has a lot of btu's, because they say if there's a gas leak, then salon the exterior doors will trap the gas. This is the gas company policy however, as ridiculous and illogical as the reasoning is, there's nothing you can do to get an exception. But, my main need was insulation, and while a private company will install insulation at my full expense and no gas company inspection, I can't afford it.

Reliable Energy installed two ductless air conditioning systems in a duplex I own in Bellflower California. Working with Fausto and Genesis was a pleasure. Genesis handled the paperwork and scheduling without a flaw and Fausto and his crew went above and beyond with the installation. We had one small problem that Fausto handled with no problem. I will use this company in the future and recommend them highly.

Great customer service and tech's are great. Profesional, clean and on time. I would definitely use then again when ever I need help with my ac ! Absolutely recommend them!!

Worst company ever. Far from reliable. They made appointments and didn't show, they failed to insulate my hot water heater properly and the city would not approve it. Twice managers agreed to step in a resolve the problems and NEITHER one did. Armando dropped the ball, and so did another ""supervisor"" Sal. Waste of time, don't hire this company!!

My heater broke down right when we started to need it. I called Reliable Energy and had a technician come out to inspect the unit. The first thing I appreciated was that the technician called me well before he was coming. It gave me ample time to get home from work so I didn't have to miss work and wait around for him to show up.
Then the very professsional and considerate technician inspected the unit and did a very thorough job. He found a small gas leak, a bad fan motor part, he also changed the overdue filter and the outdated mercury thermostat to an updated digital wall control panel. The technician was very honest and geniuine. I felt that he had my best interest in mind the whole time. No pressure sales or BS suggestions.
I'll never call any other company for heater or HVAC work again. A big thank you to the great guys at Reliable Energy Management!!

We hired Reliable Energy to replace our whole system and move the furnace to the attic. The whole experience moved along quickly and without any issues! We would highly recommend them for service or installation!

When our Honeywell thermostat stopped turning on our air conditioning, I called Honeywell. They recommended Reliable Energy, and gave me the phone number. After talking to Genesis at their office, I texted her a photo of my thermostat (to avoid having the technician come out only to say they would have to order the parts). Today, only one day after my call, Fausto came out. I couldn't be happier. He changed the old thermostat in less than a half hour and the fee was very reasonable. No wasted service charge. Just the charge for the actual service and part. My husband, who is almost never happy with a service company, even said, ""They are great. Make sure you have their number for the next time"". We have very high expectations, which are almost never met, but this time they were exceeded. That's why I had to stop to write them a review. They earned this five-star review. Both the customer service and the ""on site"" service were great. Thanks, Fausto!
