To bad there's no negative stars to rate!! Their customer service is awful. All they do is transfer you to a voicemail, you leave a voicemail and get NO call back. They lack knowledge of their services and lack customer service skills. Smh

Whoever came up with the name of this company has a sick
sense of humour. Getting a new water heater was a 2-3 month
nightmare. Just a few of the many issues: They lost my file, lying,
couldn't get people to call me back, have different departments that
don't communicate with each other, was supposed to also install a
thermostat but didn't....reliable indeed!

They were to help my elderly mother by installing a new heater for free through the program So Cal Gas offers for people living on a low income. After months of run around, they refused to do anything; citing that the job would entail more work than they would be paid for. At first we were told that yes, they have a unit and after the initial inspection they had a solution, but then more delays until they refused any job. By then it was deep in Winter and very cold. This company should not be a part of this program which supposedly helps the community, especially our vulnerable elderly. They only care about what they can get. Sincerely, do not give them business!!!

I highly recommend them! They came checked everything, changed whatever need to change. Upgrade my thermostate, changed all the doors edges to make sure we are not wasting any heat. If you lie to save some energy and do not know who to call, this is the place you should. Very happy with outcome. Thank you

They came to my house as part of the weatherization assistance program. They said they would also change the furnace and windows as part of the program (only reason I agreed). Those were all lies just to get me to agree to have them put some weathering strips on my doors which now make my house even hotter in the summer. These guys are full of lies and when I call there office about my furnace, they can never give me a straight answer. Stay away from them.

Do not buy from this place. Their products are a joke. Had them install a new unit and it went out a year after warranty expired. 1 year! Contacted the company for them to tell me they cant do anything. Supposedly they were going to have another department contact me and nothing. Now I have to spend all of this money fixing the problem. My previous air conditioning lasted over 15 years. This company is a rip off!

Every time I have a problem with my heat or A/C Reliable fits me into their busy schedule quickly. Genesis is wonderful to work with and the technician I usually see, Richard, is knowledgeable about my HVAC equipment and knows right away what needs to be replaced. Their service is exceptional and pricing is very fair!
