this company was referred by EDISON to assist in conserving energy, the people that work here are so irresponsible and unreliable! Fail to contact customers back and no communication I was told someone would come to and they did not I was then transferred to about five different people who were unwilling to help to get scheduled given a number and then hung up on twice, when the phone rings they answer in a very low tone which makes them sound very shady and being transferred several times! WAY TO GO EDISON FOR FINDING SUCH POOR REPRESENTATION ON YOUR BEHALF!!

These are the worst people to have help anybody. I'm under the poor they came out, plashed some white shit on my furnace. Without telling me they were gonna do it then they're looking around my garage like what I have didn't even give me a filter for my furnace. They treated me disrespectful. The energy company needs to get rid of them. They used to be really good I don't know what happened to him, but they didn't do shit.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for reliable energy. on September 18, 2024, I had the opportunity to interact with one of their outstanding employees, Carlos Renteria. He arrived at our home on time and conducted an excellent assessment. However, what truly stood out was his thoughtfulness and professionalism. Carlos was mindful of my children, introduced himself warmly, and maintained a positive attitude throughout his visit.

He went above and beyond, completing his work with a smile, which is rare and appreciated. Well, I don't have many people come to work on my home, I always take the time to acknowledge those who treat it with the same care as if it were their own-and Carlos did just that. He was polite, respectful, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His dedication and genuine heart shown through his work, and it was truly phenomenal to have such an individual evaluating our home.

I would gladly welcome him back anytime. Reliable energy has been the most respectful and amazing company that I have come across.

This is the WORST company that is contracted by SoCal Gas for ESA program!! DO NOT bother to deal with them as they don't have competent staff or professionalism. I see other negative reviews of the problems they had as well from this company.

I had them come out and check ducting because the air flow was weak. They replaced a 30 Section of ducting and it increased our air flow 100 percent!! I highly recommend there service

So our A/C and Heating unit was installed in December 2022. This is with in the warranty time period. The air conditioner was not functioning properly. It was blowing hot air. I called Reliable Energy on Saturday and left a message. They didn't call me back so I called Monday morning at around 10 AM to find out if they were going to honor the warranty and send a technician out to diagnose the problem. I was happy to learn that a person would be coming by between 12 and 4 on Monday to troubleshoot the system. The person arrived and looked at the system. He told me he was an installer not a technician, and that I would have to hear back from the office. He wasn't able to fix the problem. I later called the office in the afternoon since no one returned my message. I was told it might take a day or two for a technician arrive. Days later a technician arrived and explained the thermostat wire used was 4 wire not 5 wire and that was the problem. He rewired the unit and told me the A/C was working. Before he left I let it run a few minutes and the A/C never produced cold air. This is after I tipped him. I told him the issue and he spent another hour or two troubleshooting the unit. He then told me the A/C required a new part for the blower. He ordered the part but it took two weeks for it to come in and finally install it. This all occurred during some of the hottest days of July. Luckily I had one bedroom that had a window unit air conditioner in it. I had to sequester myself in that room during this period of time. I think the company could have done a better job of providing service during a very hot spell of weather. The part they needed probably could have been expressed delivered but who knows.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From Cinthia to Andy, this company took care of my heating, and AC needs. They were timely, professional, courteous and I feel went out of their way to deliver and install an amazing HVAC system. Thank you Reliable Energy!

Customer service is awful. Don't waste your time. Grace actually hung up on me when I was attempting to make an appt. She was rude and unprofessional. Call Shalom instead!!! They were so helpful and came out the next day, no wonder they have over 100 five-star ratings.

I was referred by Edison through the Energy Efficient Program, Reliable Energy came out to replace one of my shower heads in bathroom, before it was replaced the shower worked, but after a new one was installed, water never came out, and some dude named Saul is refusing to fix his mistake, this is very unprofessional, and I will go above and beyond to not recommend this company, I a m in contact with the Gas company and I make sure Reliable Energy loses this account due to their not willing to repair all of their mistakes
