I was overwhelmed by the pricing to replace a $100 cartridge in a faucet and the guy was there about and hour and a half. $677.00 was really steep. The work was done and the plumber was nice, but wow, $677.
Leo Y.I was a little worried when I received a letter that J&M Schwartz was being purchased by Reimer Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, but so far, I have been impressed. The scheduling of my AC annual visit went smoothly, and the price was quite affordable. They also have an annual service plan that's cheaper than paying individually for furnace and AC visits. They also can now do plumbing, UV lights, and electrical. Brian came to my house, and I received a text and a call about an hour before he arrived, with an accurate ETA. This let me make sure that my dog was secure. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and put up with all my questions. I would happily have him be the tech coming to my house going forward. He did a very thorough job cleaning my AC unit, so that it looks brand new. He tested everything before leaving to make sure that the system was fully functional. He found a spider's nest on the contractor and some spider webs around the capacitor, and cleaned all of that out.
Cody C.Typically, when I write reviews, I compare the pros and cons, but in this case, I have nothing but high praise for this company. On Christmas Eve, I called several other companies to fix a broken pipe in my basement, but no one was available. I reached out to Reimer around 2:45 PM, and despite the holiday, they came to my home before 6:00 PM. The technician delivered fast, efficient service and resolved my issue in just 15-20 minutes.
One of my biggest concerns was the cost--especially on Christmas Eve and as a brand-new customer--but Reimer's pricing was completely fair and in line with market rates. They didn't overcharge me, and they only sold me exactly what I needed, completing the job with exceptional efficiency.
Luis San Innocencio was my technician, and he was outstanding. He was not only friendly and professional but also flexible, as I was away from home. He communicated clearly and was able to provide top-quality service, even through a virtual setting.
I can't say enough good things about this company, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
I was given an estimate for $16000 for what wound up being a covered part under warranty. The part cost me $486 worth of labor to put in. I would not ask them to come into my home and give me another estimate for any work that I needed to have done. They knew I was a single mother and yet took advantage of me.
Roughly two months ago I contacted Reimer (formerly known as All-Star) for an emergency issue with my hot water tank. They responded that day and scheduled the replacement promptly. Two weeks after we discovered a leaking exhaust pipe from the unit, and they returned that day to repair it. Between the two visits, I had 4 employees from this company in my house - Jared, Justin, Adam, and Yuvindra between 1 -18 July 2024. Not long after the visits we had gone down to the basement liquor closet and discovered several bottles gone, one that can only be acquired overseas, most top-end liquors. We promptly called Reimer and eventually talked to Nathan, the supervisor. His reaction was what we had hoped for, disappointment and disgust with the situation. He had asked if we had evidence, unfortunately, we did not have camera evidence, we know no one has been in that location since their departure and date of notification of the loss. I do know I have items with their fingerprints on them because they relocated some of the liquor so as not to display the vacant bottles. Nathan advised us without evidence, he could not fire anyone for this action. After a lengthy conversation, Nathan agreed to replace the stolen items. He forwarded emails showing the items that were ordered. He was also pleading for us not to submit a bad review because it would reflect badly on their business. Unfortunately, he wasn't smart enough to realize that the emails of the orders he forwarded to us had tracking links. We received 1 of the bottles. Just yesterday we checked on the last order and discovered it was cancelled. So not only did this company that background checks their employees take the opportunity to remove items from my home without permission, but the supervisor also deceived us by pretending he was going to replace the items. I also want to add, that two of the employees who were working together on the installation had a lengthy conversation about the name brand of the items missing. I was eating my lunch when I overheard it and even approached one of them asking if they liked it and he said yes because he gets drunk quickly from it. When we hire someone to come into our homes, we trust that their integrity is intact, this was not the case. They violated my space and now our ability to feel comfortable with letting others come into our home for work we hired and paid them to accomplish. This is REPULSIVE AND EXTREMELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. My rating on them is a Minus 100%, do not let this company send people to your home when they will not hold them accountable for wrongdoings. I would LOVE to hear from the actual owner of this company for their input! We had a separate incident recently with water, contacted Crisafulli and the team was pleasant, informative, and trusted. Note, these statements need to be removed from their webpage also because they do not hold the standard of trusted partner or secure sanctuary:

Swfl 2.Unless you are in an emergency situation with no choice, I would suggest you shop around. Cost was exorbitant to say the least. Technician was nice but constantly trying to upsell other services. Will call another company next time.
Called Allstar plumbing as a new customer. They came within 2 days and did an awesome job ! John Lemery was very nice and knowledgeable. He had our job done in a very timely manner. Would call them again no doubt ! Ron V.

I had a plumbers snack stuck in my kitchen sink drain, no one could get it out! i called All Star plumbing because they had such a high rating. David and Zack were there that day, and removed the snake, giving me back the use of my sink again. I was convinced that it couldn't be done but David told me not to worry, and he was correct, he had it out in no time. They were so nice and their experience showed, I am going to use them again for my next plumbing project, they were the best!!
Martha L.Very responsive when we had a moderate leaking tub faucet that we felt we needed to shut off main water service valve also hammering pipes when water was on in the house. We signed up to become ' members'. They inspected all plumbing and made a couple of inspections for recommended work which we will do soon. Membership insures prompt service 24/7/365 with a 1/2 price service call. Work is by the job not by the hour. Peace of mind having a plumbing service available if/when needed. Called 2 other plumbing services the day our tub faucet wouldn't shut off. One said a week to get here one never returned the call.
