Love to give them -0 if allowed. Never used them, they never showed up as scheduled, no answer calls either, wasted my time waiting for them to come. Absolutely liar!!!

Need to be more accurate and upfront with pricing. We called This plumber 8:30 PM and asked him how much it will cost to fix one facet that got loose and won't stop dropping water. He said I will charge 185.00 to go and fix the problem. He also said i might have to go and pick up one part. we said sure we accept your price and we will pay you for the part.
Plumper came in pretty fast ( thank you). He looked at problem, he went to get part and came back 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was done in around one hour total time. When he gave us the invoice it was 385.00. I asked him what happen to the 185.00 you said you will charge us to come out here and fix the problem. He said 185.00 is for evaluation the problem and 200.00 for labor.
Yes I understand it was night time and it might be little more for that. But he should have told us for the night time extra charge when we fist called him. If you have told us the 385.00 at beginning , we would have told you, lets do it next day at lower price or found someone else at more reasonable price. Again Thank you for coming on time and fix the problem. but we are not happy about pricing.

I hired this guy and paid him $2500. I even gave him a 5-star review (which I have now removed). He did not fix the problem and within a few weeks the sewage backups into my sink, tub and shower have reoccurred and continue to reoccur.
He even charged me $900 to install a new toilet.
He gave me a two-year warranty on the work. When the plumbing started to cause problems again (a few weeks after he did the work), I called and set an appointment for him to come out and honor his warranty. I waited all day. He did not show up. He did not call. I never heard from him again.
Altogether I have made four appointments for him to come out and honor his warranty. He has been a no-show for all four appointments. He has never called to let me know why he's not showing up for the appointments. He's never called to honor his warranty. He just takes the money and runs, and I have s**t in my shower!
Find yourself a good plumber. This guy is not among the good plumbers. Don't spend money with him. A warranty means nothing if he doesn't honor his warranty.

Reilly's Plumbing Company is amazing! The lady on the phone was very informative and completely honest. The day I called she was very busy, but did returned my call within a maximum of 40 mins. After dealing the day before with 3 other companies, I called multiple times & said they would get back to me shortly never even did at all! I continued to explained to the gal at Reilly's my problem and the turmoil I went through the entire week before & how it was never fixed by the 1st plumber that came out and how they attempted to overcharged me for an incompletely job an absolute fortune! She made me feel better by reassuring me that all their plumbers were seasoned, definitely would be able to find and fix the problem at a fair price & that someone would be over within the next 3 hrs. Shortly after 3 hrs. passed I started to get upset thinking here we go again & my cell rang with her compassionated voice apologizing on the other end that her guy coming out was running behind but that the owner himself was on his way and should arrive, complete the job if he needed to work all night and that Id was getting a 10% discount for all I had been through! Didn't believe people like this existed anymore, but Chris turned me into a believer again!

I got into plumbing issues and called these guys. They did a small job of putting clean out and I believed whatever he said. He recommended us to get a big job that would cost $10000 and we paid advance money $5000 right away. Within a day we found out that this big job is not needed So, we canceled job within allowed time. Now me and my husband trying to reach out to Chris from past 2 months for my $5000. He keeps on making excuses and now he is ignoring my call. I asked my friend to call him, and he did pickup their calls. Not only that I recommended him to my friend who got in plumbing issue thinking that he might be in some kind of issues. He did not even respect my referral. Now, my action would be go through small claim court and better business bureau.
Please readers pay attention to bad reviews, I saw bad reviews and still ignored and here I am up for more paper work.

Worst plumbing company ever to have encountered. Their tech Ryan came out to the property, pulled the toilet and then left. The tenant called me and notified me that he hadn't returned after 45 min. I then asked the tenant to call the plumbing company and report the issue. Reilly's told the tenant I had to call to report the issue and would not speak to the tenant. The tenant called me, I called Reilly's and got yelled at by Christopher. He was defensive and did not want to initially hear me out. After I told him the story about his tech leaving, he then started to lower his voice but still was defensive and proceeded to defend Ryan. I would never recommend this company and hopefully this deters others from using them in the future.

Horrible service, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Avoid this business at all costs. This guy was supposed to come out same day and fix a leak on my property. Came 2 days later supposedly fixed the issue but did not actually test it. I received a call that the leak was still occurring and ended up having to point out to him where the actual source was. He assessed it and said he would order the part be back in 2 days to install it. After almost 2 weeks he still had not returned. When I called him, he started complaining to me about how many other jobs he had. I told him ""if you have too many jobs, then don't take this one. If you take this one you need to finish it"". Which led him to curse at me and hang up the phone.

I'm shocked to read all these terrible reviews here on Yelp. Reilly's was assigned to replace the tankless water heater at my house by my home warranty company after a previously-assigned company failed miserably to follow-thru on their original assessment that my unit needed to be replaced. Reilly's dispatched Ryan right away and he was easily the most competent and insightful on-site hands-on technician/plumber/craftsman I've ever had at my house for any repair. Ryan (Possibly working together with someone in the Reilly back office) processed the paperwork for the Home Warranty company immediately, and then Ryan returned to do an A+ installation. I couldn't be happier with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reilly's (and Ryan in particular).

They charged me $325.00 to change a moen shower cartridge. It was just a straight up change,no complications. He used my tools,my parts,my silicon grease. That figure is strictly for labor. He was done less than 30 minutes.I was told he will give an estimate prior to doing the job.Instead he just went and did it after seeing the cartridge halfway out(I was trying to do it myself).
This guys are highway robbers.
NEVER CALL THESE GUYS.

Avoid this company at all cost!!
2 issues with water leaking in the kitchen and bathroom, both started leaking again the next day in the bathroom and then again in the kitchen 3 days later. Paid the guy and gave him tip on top of it, and never answered my calls again after cashing the check! Garbage business that should not exist!
