Don't call them! They never call back. Even if they schedule to arrive they will not arrive and will not even notify you.

I was forced to use them through my home insurance company, and they failed to show up twice. I had to switch to another company. Total waste of time, and two days of my life I will never get back.

stay away with this company. Not honest and charges much higher than other plumbing co. I finally used Superior Plumbing for the service. They did a great job with a reasonable price.

This company should not be in business. It's almost impossible to get a hold of them to make an appointment then they never show up for their appointment or cancel at the last minute. They have no regard for your time, have zero customer service and on top of that are rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I had a terrible experience with OC Plumbing. They were contracted by our home warranty company to fix sheetrock. They rescheduled 4 times and still never showed up.

Always had a positive conversation over the phone about the plumbing help. I had to call them up always to follow-up. Every time they had excuses like they got backed up and will call me etc. Nobody ever called back. I had to cancel meetings and other events waiting for them but they never showed up. Finally, the 5th time they were supposed to come they did not and when I called them around 30 minutes later he told me I can't-do this job. I mean are you kidding? I have taken a day off from work, waiting for you after you confirmed last evening and then you tell me you can't come. Horrible and really unprofessional.

If your repair is assigned to them, good luck getting it done.

Reilly's Plumbing was referred to me through my Home Insurance Company, to come out and supply a second opinion on our water heater not staying lite. The first thing the technician said to me, when he opened my water heater cabinet was that I should have my house repiped... REALLY? I'm having a water heater issue RIGHT NOW! How about showing me how good you are with water heaters, before you try to get other business from me? I realize that part of my water heater issue is calcium buildup in the pipes and that is caused by electrolysis, caused by different metal pipe types touching each other, but... Show me that you can solve my immediate problem first....

Oh, to top it off, a week later and they haven't gotten the report back to my Home Insurance Company and the water heater is still not replaced...

Had a clog on a Sunday of all things. Otis and his crew came out, worked on it, and then needed a different tool. They came back later that day, in the evening, and worked on it and fixed it. The guys worked hard and helped us immensely. Also very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

This company was dispatched through my warranty service. After 4 weeks of no one calling me to set up an appointment, I tried calling them. However, they never answered their phones and there was no way to leave a message. I contacted my home warranty and they have transferred the job to a different company.
