Had a clog on a Sunday of all things. Otis and his crew came out, worked on it, and then needed a different tool. They came back later that day, in the evening, and worked on it and fixed it. The guys worked hard and helped us immensely. Also very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

This company was dispatched through my warranty service. After 4 weeks of no one calling me to set up an appointment, I tried calling them. However, they never answered their phones and there was no way to leave a message. I contacted my home warranty and they have transferred the job to a different company.

Folks who are interested to learn more before they take this service can email me and I can provide all and any accuracy by also putting you in touch with the company that fixed - A community helper. No one should go thru this hell experience.

My work order was dispatched to Reilly's by my home warranty company when my main line was blocked. I had a different plumber out less than a week before and they put a cable through the line to clear it but that only fixed the issue for a few days. When the issue returned, it was worse than before it was cleared. Chris came out to diagnose the issue and found the pipes at the clean out were shifted apart. The break was allowing dirt and sand to accumulate in the line and could not be cleared without fixing the line. The details he provided about the issue were clear and the quote was honest and fair (I paid almost the same to have the first plumbing company cable the line and run a camera which was a waste of money). Reilly's completed the job quickly and did a nice job cleaning up after the work was complete. They came out a few days later to do a camera inspection to make sure there weren't any other issues with the line. I'm thrilled that all checked out. Chris and team did a great job and have earned a happy customer.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Reilly's Plumbing is assigned for a home warranty plan, which is the only reason I called them. If I could give 0 or less stars, I would. They don't deserve this one star.
#1 They took forever to schedule an appointment. I called 8 days ago with an emergency - water dripping from faucet into electrical outlet.
#2 THREE TIMES - they not only did not show up on time (wasted time waiting for them to show up) but showed up after 8:00 at night (ridiculous and dangerous) and left to go get a part, and never returned.
#3 I was charged $325 for work that wasn't covered and the work has not been completed!
#4 They don't answer their phones. Finally, Christopher the owner answered and after a multitude of excuses promised he would come and fix it himself, but he didn't.
#5 Today I find out their phones have been disconnected!
This has been the most frustrating experience and I am going to drop the home warranty plan because I am so disgusted by this experience and that they would force me to use this company.
TERRIBLE service!

Very bad business, would not recommend to my worst enemy. As of today have been waiting for 6 weeks for a recall job to be done thru my home warranty company. Have not shown up twice and have spent the entire day waiting too bad I have to give them a star that they don't even deserve

I am very disappointed, I have a leaky faucet in my bathroom the plumber came out stopped the leak, it started to leak again so he came back out and broke my faucet handle while there. I just received an email form my land lord saying that he said my 8 year son told him that he broke it. My kids weren't even home at the time he was there and I was outside talking to neighbors so he was in my house alone, and now landlord is saying that I am responsible for the repairs. BS. How does a ""grown man"" blame a child for his mistake? I am now using a wrench to turn on and off my hot water. This has been a Nightmare...

I am a very happily satisfied customer of Reilly's Plumbing. A pipe was broken in my home which sits on a slab foundation. I placed a call into the Home Warranty company and Reilly's was the servicer. Christopher and his team were all very professional and polite. Christopher worked immediately on my home to correct the problem. He worked over the weekend and even Mother's Day this year to repair the broken pipe. He was very honest and open in his communication which I appreciate. They did a fabulous job and I could not be happier.

I am a thrilled customer! My bathroom had a bad clog and there were 3 other plumbers who gave up on it and asked me to do water jetting and other even suggested changing pipes. Reilly's plumber finished the job in 30 minutes. This guy knows how to run a snake. He has all the native knowledge that only comes with experience and a good mind to innovate. He can twist and turn it until the job is done. I am relieved that after over 2 months I can use my bathroom again. I am only giving 4 stars because he came late for the appointment.

Christopher was great. A simple line clearing ended up a whole line was old deteriorated pipe. His camera to look into a pipe was a life saver. He was quick and efficient and held to his bid even when I think it was more effort than he thought. Also experienced enough to do it right. I'm a real estate broker and this is my new plumbing company!
