The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Because I live twenty min away (woodside), there was an hour and a half upcharge on my bill. I sent an email asking for clarification about the upcharge. In return I got a nasty, defensive message left on my voicemail demanding that I pay. I got the bill two days ago... I never said I wouldn't pay. No, I wasn't thrilled about the bill, but I would not have left a yelp review had it not been for that unpleasant voicemail. Don't use Regina Plumbing unless you live in Redwood City. The actual plumber was great.

Regina was the second plumber that Rheem referred me to when I called them with a problem under warranty. The first couldn't come see our hot water heater for four days. Regina was a little tricky to get a hold of (leave a message and they'll return your call eventually), but were able to fix my hot water heater in one visit. The young man that came out to do the work was very nice, and very quick. I've had a few weeks of reliable hot water. Can't thank them enough for that!

Very responsive when replacing my garbage disposal, but scheduling difficulties on two occasions were stressful outweigh fhe good service.

Called late afternoon Monday for a clogged kitchen sink drain and leaking trap. Effrain came out Tuesday morning right on time and really knew what he was doing. He put his tools on a padded blanket he placed on the parquet floor The house is 65 years old and the trap drain was inset in the wall and difficult to access but he had the right tools to quickly replace. The clog had to be accessed from the roof vent with a power snake. While he was here he also replaced the cartridge in the Moen kitchen faucet which was leaking and the handle was almost frozen from age and corrosion. He had a replacement in his truck which is also a tribute to Moen for stocking replacement parts for a 40 year old faucet. Now works like new. All in all --- a professional and efficient job on Effrain's part.

Our 9-mo old water heater stopped working on a Sunday - called Regina and they came out at 3pm on Mon and fixed it. Marvin took around 1.5hrs and it cost me $160 - great value and great service.

Scott and his crew have done many jobs for me large and small and have always done great work.

Had to take Regina Plumbing to small claims court twice and won two separate judgements. Luckily my insurance company helped me sue them on the second time. Was not going to yelp about it but now I just had another leak coming from my bath tub overflow all the way to the garage!! I had to have another plumber come out for the third time, for a $632 repair. No Stars

Regina Plumbing stands by its work. Years after they installed a plumbing fixture (in a part of the house that we rarely use), we found a problem with it. I called up Regina, and they immediately came and fixed it for free. I can recommend them.

We've used Regina for about 10 years. This week we called to have a faucet replaced. They came when they said they would and did a great job. My husband's thrilled with the replacement cold/hot shut off values they put in.
We'll be calling again, I'm sure.

Would give 0 stars, if I could. They worked for us before and everything was fine but this time around they did an awful job. They came over to fix our wobbly kitchen faucet and btw they found out that our garbage disposal didn't work properly. Lucky us, they already had one in their car, they suggested to install. As we are renting, I asked about the costs because I had to contact our landlord first. I was told about 300 $. Tried to reach my landlord but had to leave him a message instead. I felt pressured to let them install the disposal because they already took out the old one without asking permission and told me it would be too broken to put it back. The bill arrives and we were not talking 300$ but 500$ now. Our landlord wasn't happy at all, as you can imagine. On top of it, we found out that the exact same disposal regina plumbing installed, is available at amazon for 120$ less. So naturally I gave them a call and explained the situation from my point of view. They were really friendly and wanted to discuss and give me call back later, what they did. Now here comes the worst part (besides of overcharging us in my opinion), they told me that the plumber would have let me known that the 300$ were only for the disposal and that the working hours were not yet included in his quote. No way Jose, I would have never let them go ahead then! The only thing they would offer me was to only charge me for the wobbly faucet and to come over and take out the disposal again. You know what, I agreed...got me a new one from home depot way, way cheaper but almost the same features and installed it myself. In Germany any 5 year old girl can do that, took me one hour and I saved 250$. Check anything twice they tell you!
