Al Regina established Regina Plumbing. Initially, the company focused on service and repair, covering plumbing repairs, drain and sewer cleaning, drain clogs, burst pipes, leaking pipes, mainline repair and replacement, Orangeburg removal, slow drains, hot water heater repair and replacement, plumbing fixture troubleshooting and repair, and emergency services.
In 1985, Scott Regina started his journey in plumbing alongside his father, learning the trade thoroughly. He worked across all plumbing sectors to build expertise and learn how to run a company. Scott Regina assumed control of the company in 1988 when his father relocated. He continued to grow the company with the same principles and services established by his father. Now, 25 years later, Scott Regina has become a master plumber. Our services now include all facets of new construction and remodeling. Our connections with general contractors remain robust.

Recommended Customer Reviews

Great service, great people, very reasonable price. On time, efficient, very nice and helpful.
About how to contact them, yes, there is a phone number that goes to the answering machine but if you leave your email and contact, Janine will contact you back very quickly.
I have had Regina Plumbing come to our house several times and I would never call anybody else.Thank you Regina Plumbing!

have used Regina Plumbing several times - neither of which i was able to be home. they came, assessed and fixed the issues in what i considered to be in record time. 2 of the problems dealt with water pipes and the other was a gas leak.
great service!!!!

Incredibly hard to reach a person - the phone number for some reason goes right to voicemail and always requires waiting for a call back. I had an 8:30 appointment and no one showed up until 9:00. Janine called me back once, but as the 10 minutes late turned into 20 minutes and then turned into 30 minutes, my calls went right into voicemail with no calls back.
The plumbers themselves seem fine and competent but the approach to customer service is really strange. It's worth noting that I was a repeat customer but not any longer.

We had the kitchen water pipe break and needed someone quickly. They arrived when promised, did a great job at a reasonable price.

Efrain arrived on time, put a new pilot in our water heater and was gone 30 minutes later, leaving every thing clean and tidy.
Could not ask for better service

I have used Regina Plumbing for several job, both new installations and repairs, over the past 2 years.
In all 3 occasions they did excellent work and left the area as clean and neat as they found it, if not actually cleaner. In the last job completed yesterday they had to repair a faucet in a deck mounted tub in the master bedroom. The faucets are accessible only through a trap door in the garage ceiling. The faucets are 2 - 3 feet above the ceiling necessitating the plumber to put most of himself through the trap door into the ceiling cavity. His assistant was upstairs at the tub making sure that the faucet lever handle was in proper alignment with the other faucet.
When finished he advised us that he also checked the other faucet and tightened the faucet spout to which my wife responded ""Oh, I meant to mention that"".
Summary, as usual they were professional in their capability, effectiveness, care of the surrounding area, and appearance. Could not have asked for better service. Because of the faucet location the office when scheduling estimated up to 2 hours. Actual total time 1 hour. Yes, I had to call the office twice to schedule, but better a bit of hassle at the front end, not on the job.

Hard to get in touch with on their voicemail. Did not not get call back but persisted to call couple times more. Finally got them arraigned to come out for new faucet replacement. They advised on phone normally 1 hour job.
2 people arrived 4/3 and worked couple hours on it. Nice guys and seemed knowledgeable.
Many trips back and forth to truck.
They wrote up invoice 8242 and I wanted clarification on it so I called Regina office. Lady said she would have to look for invoice. Then I was advised a Steve could explain.
NOW, more than 2 weeks later, it is 4/21
Now notice that they no longer show Contractors License on invoice as well.

I am giving Regina Plumbing two stars because of the good work and friendliness of the plumber. I agree with other reviewers that office staff have attitude that is not consistent with good customer service and Regina's billing practices are questionable.
When setting up the appointment, I was told the charge would be $125/hour. After efficiently fixing the problem in 1 hour 5 minutes, I was handed a bill for more than double $125. I was told it was because there were two guys and it was for 1 1/2 hours. It was not the amount I had a problem with (especially since the plumber was kind enough to take a look at a second plumbing problem I was having), it was the fact that it was not an accurate bill given their stated rates and the amount of time the job had taken. The attitude of the person I spoke with on the phone about this was hostile. In the end, I was given a reduced bill and was told that if I called again, I would be charged a higher rate. (As far as I know, charging different rates for different customers is unlawful.)). I will not be calling again.

Had a sewer problem over the weekend and was referred to Regina Plumbing. I sent them an email requesting that they contact me Monday morning. I received a call at 8:30 am Monday, they were at my house at 9:00am and the problem fixed by 10:00. Thank you Regina Plumbing. You will be my ""go to"" company for all my plumbing needs.

I would give them 6* if I could. Hot water heater (4 yrs old) died Thurs.3/10/16 7am. COLD shower! Called plumbing co that installed - 1-bad attitude 2- Earliest appt Tues 3- $132/hr to come out & diagnose. Then must order part & come back for another charge $132/hr. Called heater manufacterer & they gave me 1 name - Regina. Left msg on Regina's phone. Called back w/in an hr & they promised to be out 3-4pm same day to change part that they have on truck. $160 total. Part is $90- but I told them manufacturer is sending out part & I will bring to them as a replacement. The repairman wouldn't even take a $90 check to cover the part 'just in case I don't honor my word'. THE BEST!!! With that type of customer service, I will now be using Regina vs my previous attempts with plumbing companies.
