We asked Regina to remove the old toilet that in Bathroom A was starting to fail (unique design, no parts available anymore), move a toilet from Bathroom B to Bathroom A, and install a new toilet in Bathroom B. Scheduling phone calls were courteous and clear and the plumbers arrived on time. The plumbers were friendly, they did a fine job, they cleaned up thoroughly. This wasn't a technically challenging job: doesn't matter, the work exemplified professionalism.

Our Kitchen drainpipe/clean out had corroded through sending waste water pouring under our house. Mitchel @Regina sent Efrain to evaluate the leak & they were able to make all the necessary repairs at a fair & reasonable price within two days after I called. Very good experience. Our regular plumber wouldn't get under the house crawlspace to resolve a tub leak but recommended Regina. I called, got a live person right away, and they had a team of two out within a couple hours. The staff were professional and resolved the issue, explaining what was wrong and what they did. Cost was reasonable. Would use them again.

warning - do not call or use regina plumbing at all !!
they charge outrageous prices for simple repairs, usually double what it should cost, and always want to up sell you things you don't want, or need.

shop around - there are way more honest plumbers out there then regina plumbing that will not take advantage of you, especially of seniors, as they like to make the repair sound way worst then it is, and then they want to replace everything in sight, for big big bucks.

do not call or use regina plumbing for anything - if you do you will get screwed on the repair and the price !!!

if you have ever done business with the regina plumbing company in redwood city, ca
over the last 10 years and have always felt that you were taken to the cleaners with them, i need to hear from you asap.

if they gave you:
low estimates and then always wanting to add extra work to the bill

and did not help you out until you agreed to all the extra work, with the higher bill.

this is there m.o. - come out, look at the job, give you a low number to get you to say yes, than leave and say they need to re-quote the bid, and then call back with usually double the estimate, because they say you need extra work.

they do this to everyone they can, and they have been getting away with it for years - now is the time to be heard and tell the world what they did to you -

they are the best at bait and switch plumbing estimates - bid low and bill high.

I had them come and install new toilet. After they left I realized toilet
was a second because of a big stain in the bottom of it . Then they never tightened the tank to the toilet. That could have been a flooding problem.
I needed another new toilet so I called them back. Letting them know about the first problem. The man on the phone was so rude I would never ever

I called several plumbing companies to get quotes for installing a smart water detector. This involved installing a new curve in my outside water pipes and getting the new system installed and working on wifi. Scott came by and gave me an estimate that was in the middle of three i received, but they had more experience than others. Net of this - job was done quickly and professionally and it works very well. They are my new go-to plumbers. Very happy to have found them.

This company has a very long response time.
Do not call them to fix any emergency problems.

We waited almost 7 hours for them to show up to change one valve under the sink in our kitchen.

After leaving a message for them around 9AM it took them at least an hour to call back.
At that time we were told that a plumber will come by 12 noon.

At 1PM I called the dispatcher and was told that the repair crew had encountered a problem on another job but will be coming at 2PM.

Finally, the crew came in past 3PM at that time they spent around 20 min and charged us $175.00.

Regina Plumbing responded to our call to fix leaks that were slowly filling our basement and keeping the sump pump working. I thought it might be a failing French drain, but Efraín found a broken pipe and fixed it. He and an assistant arrived at 10 a.m. when our appointment, but have stayed until the rather more extensive problem was fixed, until 4 p.m. They canceled their other appointments to fix a pretty our flooding basement.

I hope someday I can return the favor to another Regina Plumbing client who has a flooding house or basement.

Regina Plumbing is exceptional. They do good work and stand behind it. When our toilet went out a second time, they had someone at our house in less than an hour to fix it. Jenene in the office is a pleasure, as is Marvin the plumber. Marvin and his helper also follow all safety protocols.
