They were very easy to get in touch with and quick to schedule. We had been having issues with our water pressure and Reggie diagnosed the problem right away. We had called several other plumbers and they either weren't able to find the exact problem or came in much higher on the repair quote. Reggie ended up replacing our water heater and PRV. The job took less than half a day.

I've hired Reggie for two different jobs at one of my condo units & his work has been outstanding. The first job was a shower valve repair & the 2nd was installing a new 40 gallon gas water heater. The prices for labor and parts couldn't have been better & the each job was completed promptly. This has been my best experience with a plumber in Atlanta.

Most efficient plumbing call ever. I had installed new flooring and needed my toilet reset because the flange was now too high. I called and was able to reach someone immediately. Reggie came recommended from a customer so we assumed he would be reliable . He seemed very pleasant . We met and I was told he would provide a quote Monday. He knew I was in a bind in regards to needing a plumber. Monday came . Nothing . I sent him a couple of texts . Nothing . At that point I assumed he was closed in honor of MLK because why would an owner of a company ignore a potential customer? Tuesday I called the office after 10 AM to see about the quote. Reggie 's son apologized for his father not responding to me. He assured me that he would be calling. Close to 4 PM I called back and his son was apologetic again not understanding why his father hadn't called me. He then shared that his father was concerned about being able to do the job since hehad a funeral on Wednesday which I was aware of already per our conversation prior. He went on to say that his father verbalized that he wasn't certain whether or not he could actually do the job to his son .Not to me the potential customer but his son. I repeated myself multiple times saying that it was fine to please let me know one way or the other if he could do the job anytime during the week that I was in a severe bind. And that it was OK if he could not but just to please let me know. His son apologized again and said that he would let me know personally today. He did not . As a small business owner I want to always support other small business owners however when it comes to such lack of respect shown as Reggie the plumber did to us I would not recommend this company to anyone. We went with Zurn plumbing . They communicated well and showed respect for the customer.

I had water coming into my basement and water flowing when I washed clothes. Reggie came out and repaired something that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix. Service was excellent and the prices didn't kill my pocket. Reggie the Plumber is the BEST!!!!!

My husband and I were in need of a waterline replacement. Reggie The Plumber came out and gave an estimate at the time that he said he would. My husband and I took some time to think over the estimate and the job that needed to be done. In that time, Reggie Junior followed up to see if we were ready to commit to the project. We told him that we had questions and they answer them immediately. We made an appointment on a scheduled Thursday they came out on time and completed the job in under four hours and payment was easy via Cash app. Reggie The Plumber was awesome this was a seamless job. We would highly recommend him & his team.

Filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty June 2,2018 to replace the shower valve which is covered. CHW referred REGGIE THE SLEEZY PLUMBER to repair the job. Footman the contractor came out June 6,2018 called CHW and said it was a faulty cartridge valve that needed to be replaced which is not covered. Shower cartridge is still leaking so my husband called Reggie had dialogue and he made a commitment to come out to access the problem. He never came and sent the contractor Footman back here to access the problem. Footman called CHW and stated the shower valve needed to be replaced. This should have been resolved on the first call. My husband called Reggie to let him know about the shower valve that needed to be replaced so it was mutually agreed that he would send us a refund. I've filed an appeal with CHW they contacted Reggie he told them he would reimburse us however, he also stated he didn't want to come back and do the job because of a bad review that we gave him. He also lied to CHW and said my husband didn't want him back. I wouldn't recommend him to feed a dog. Now I'm back to square one and still with no shower since June 2,2018. DON'T USE REGGIE THE PLUMBER AT ALL!!!!!!!!
