Very prompt. Reggie goes out of his way to make sure the work was done right. He is honest and fair and has a great sense of humor. I was pleased with the work he did and he always responds quickly when I have issues. I've used his business several times now and would highly recommend them.

We had to replace our water line from the street to our house, as well as have a new water heater installed and we couldn't have had a better experience with anyone else. Fernando came out to give us a quote and was very personable, even while having to shoot us straight on the problem. The day of the work, the guys showed up on time and were very professional. When we hit a few delays in the process (we bought the wrong water heater and it had to be returned), they handled the situation with swift efficiency and patience I rarely see in the service industry. They had to stay late to finish up and I never heard any negativity or complaining, though I could tell they were tired after being at our house all day. They also seem to genuinely like working together. Reggie's Plumbing will be who we always call for our plumbing issues from now on! Thanks guys!

I contacted This company through my Yelp message app and setup the appointment with ease. Andre was nice and professional. He quickly figured out where my leak was coming from and fixed it. I also got a 6 month warranty. The pricing was very affordable.

Paid $65 for a quote I never received. Was told they would call back with the quote in 1-2 days but got nothing. They came out the same day I called but when I never heard back I called another company who gave me a free quote on the spot. Work has been completed and I still haven't received the quote I paid for.

Did good job with the repair. Fairly quickly done. Charges $125 plus parts for each service so if you need two things done it is $250. Would consider using again. No complaints.

I called on a Saturday. The first time I got the standard recording that said the caller I was trying to reach had a voicemail that was full and couldn't leave a message. Sooooo, I kinda figured it was the weekend, going into the holiday week and they were more than likely very busy. I called back and I got Mr. Reggie on the phone who was very pleasant and was able to tell me what the problem sounded like and that it didn't sound like a very expensive job ($125-$150.00 he said). He did say his people were off on the weekend and it was just him and if i could wait til Monday that he would come out or send someone from his team. I agreed and sent him my address via text, per his request. Well, Monday has come and gone and no one showed up, or called. I did call and got that same lovely recording, but this time I did enter my number after the prompt that said if I wanted to page them. Still no answer. Just a litttle disappointed....
