I'll never call anyone other than Reggie the Plumber ever again. Superb experience and results! Hands down, the best service I've received in a very long time. They were the second plumbing company I hired and RTP actually fixed the major water leak issue, thankfully. The doorbell rung, two men masked and dressed with shoe covers, ready to tackle the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, tidy and well versed in explaining the problem so I could understand. Definitely worthy of their tips. Commendable service, great experience, highly recommended! Thank you RTP!!

Reggie the Plumber is the best! called him early in the morning and told him about my water heater leak. He showed up to check it out in like 2 hours and was able to come back and replace the water heater within a few hours because I told him I had a cancer treatment the next day and needed same day work if possible. He was very nice and accommodated my request, took away my old heater and cleaned up after the job really well. All for a fair price. I would definitely call Reggie the Plumber again for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

I've used Reggie for years. I rehab properties and Reggie is who I call. Rehabbing older homes they often have plumbing issues. Sometimes best to re-plumb the entire house. Regardless of the scope of the project, Reggie works until it's done. I'd recommend him.

I saw this plumbing company's van when I was at home depot one day and took a picture so that I could call that week about some issues I was having with faucets and a high water bill. Reggie Jr. was great and very professional with scheduling on the phone as well as keeping close contact on when the guys would arrive. The 2 guys that showed up were very professional and made sure they showed me everything that was going on with my spigots outside as well as showing me where my shutoff valves are inside (I haven't been living here that long and this is my first home). They communicated the price, which was very fair, and fixed everything perfectly. They were very easy to get in touch with and quick to schedule. We had been having issues with our water pressure and Reggie diagnosed the problem right away. We had called several other plumbers and they either weren't able to find the exact problem or came in much higher on the repair quote. Reggie ended up replacing our water heater and PRV. The job took less than half a day.
