Filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty June 2,2018 to replace the shower valve which is covered. CHW referred REGGIE THE SLEEZY PLUMBER to repair the job. Footman the contractor came out June 6,2018 called CHW and said it was a faulty cartridge valve that needed to be replaced which is not covered. Shower cartridge is still leaking so my husband called Reggie had dialogue and he made a commitment to come out to access the problem. He never came and sent the contractor Footman back here to access the problem. Footman called CHW and stated the shower valve needed to be replaced. This should have been resolved on the first call. My husband called Reggie to let him know about the shower valve that needed to be replaced so it was mutually agreed that he would send us a refund. I've filed an appeal with CHW they contacted Reggie he told them he would reimburse us however, he also stated he didn't want to come back and do the job because of a bad review that we gave him. He also lied to CHW and said my husband didn't want him back. I wouldn't recommend him to feed a dog. Now I'm back to square one and still with no shower since June 2,2018. DON'T USE REGGIE THE PLUMBER AT ALL!!!!!!!!

Reggie's team has failed to do the simple things correctly, like installing a new garbage disposal. When we had our countertops redone and a new sink installed, we decided to replace our old garbage disposal. While he was plumbing the entire sink, we had Reggie install a new disposal. It was all good for a while but started leaking. They came back out, charged us normal rates as if it wasn't their shoddy work the first time that led to the leak, and now, less than a year later, it's leaking again. We will be hiring professionals this time around.

FERNANDO WAS AMAZING!! Best customer service experience I have ever had. This man worked with me for FOUR HOURS to make sure that my toilet was replaced correctly and efficiently. Never once did I notice an ounce of frustration when our toilet gave him problem after problem, he kept me updated and remained very respectful and friendly. I will defiantly recommend this service to anyone who needs a patient, courteous, honest and detailed oriented job done. Thank you Fernando! If I could you 10 stars I would, and I'm a tough critic.

Amazing; My father is 80 years old and lives in Stone Mountain, I live in Washington DC. He told me his 40+ year old ductile iron pipe was leaking in the basement. I called Reggie the Plumber and they said they could come tmrw. Great! But I got a call back saying he could come the SAME DAY He removed the ductile iron and replaced it with schedule 40 PVC adding a clean out and properly cleaning the PVC before cementing with nice purple lines of cleaner. After that he snaked our line for good measure . Everything worked out well and he stands behind his work with a 90 day guarantee. Amazing

Came out to fix burst pipes after a cold snap. We kept the water off for a while, and as soon as we turned it back on, the pipes completely disconnected and sent water gushing all over my laundry room. Hired a different plumber to fix it, who told me the original plumber NEVER GLUED THE PIPES together so as soon as the water was on, kaboom! Also left a big mess and kept giving excuses for if there """"might be a problem later."""" Would not recommend!

First impressions mean a lot....and this company failed horribly. My home warrant company notified me that my service request was assigned to """"Reggie the Plumber"""". The company notified me and schedule a day to come by and assess my problem. I was given a window of 3 - 5 on 9/19/17 for the company to arrive at my home. Around 4:15, I decided to contact the company to confirm my appointment since I had not heard from anyone. The young lady who answered the phone asked me to hold while she contacted the assigned plumber (not sure if it was Reggie or one of his workers). She came back to the phone and stated that the plumber who is assigned to my issue was on a job in Grayson and the he should be on his way shortly. I said thank you, hung up the phone and waited, and waited, and waited...eventually fell asleep....woke up around 7p.m.....checked my phone and no call from """"Reggie the Plumber"""" company. Several hours wasted after leaving work early. As of today, 9/20/17, still no call from the company to apologize for not showing or calling. I contacted my home warranty company and shared my experience with them and requested to have my plumbing problem assigned to another contractor. This company demonstrated that they are extremely unreliable and lack professionalism. My rating.....a BIG FAT ZERO!!!!

Everything started out good. It was late in the day. He said he was gonna be back the next day but never showed up. Called a few days later. He forgot! So he came back out took a pic and left said he would be back Monday. Never showed up. That was memorial day. Now the pipe is leaking into the ground. So not happy!

Very prompt. Reggie goes out of his way to make sure the work was done right. He is honest and fair and has a great sense of humor. I was pleased with the work he did and he always responds quickly when I have issues. I've used his business several times now and would highly recommend them.
