They came to do our tune up. Our technician did a great job servicing our unit and pointed out some things we could do in between servicing.

I have used REEis for the last 2 years for both heating and A/C. They are extremely reliable, efficient and friendly.

This company is fake as fake can be. Had to call twice to get scheduled they said they would have to call back and of course they never did. I even drove to their satellite building here in Prescott talked to some guy there and he stated they've had a lot tech's quit and that management is really poor. This was a situation where my heater fan motor has quit working. Below freezing temperatures have arrived so it to it falls under emergency situation. Did they care obviously not!! To top matters off this is the company that did the original install4 years ago. Piss poor fake ass company. People beware and never use them

My house was completed in 2016 and REEIS was the HVAC contractor.Upon install the person who installed the air handler, installed the unit completely out of level, which has caused the air handler to never drain correctly, I even had them out here for a service call and they told me it was a drain, when I peeked up at the technician he was closing the unit and I said "" please clean that water up in the unit, he was going to just close it up. Long story short, it was never a drain line, it was a horrible installation gone bad. When I noticed insulation coming out of my supply vents I went in the attic for my own look, retired electrician of 40 years, I'm not a dummy.
The unit was so out of level the bubble was not even in the lines, I found a 3/4"" pvc elbow stuck under the drain pan to tilt the pan that way "" like that was going to work"" it didn't.
They sent out 2 guys and leveled the unit, now working correctly, only problem is the water has been sitting in there for 5 years, the insulation is basically dissolved and distributed through my supply ducts and there's about 2"" of rust all over the unit. Talked to the owner today Todd, seems like a stand up guy, we will see because I asked for a complete new unit.
If I never go up there this problem would of gone on forever, let's see if they stand up to there mistake and make this right.
Well they have continued to give me the run around on there terrible install. They did a ton of homes in Estrella and if your smart you better take a look at your air handlers, I can't speak for them all, but this crew was terrible.
There service guys are very young with little experience ,as the one service tech completely missed this a year ago "" how do you miss 2"" of water sitting in a air handler"" friggin joke.
This is what you get with non union workers, sorry, that need no schooling at all to be a tradesmen.

Eduardo Clark, the REEis salesman, came to our house to discuss the Trane equipment appropriate for our house in January. He followed up several times as we waited for the factory to catch up with their orders as they suffered from production and material shortages (much as other mfgs. suffered this year). Once the material became available, removing our old heat pump and air handler and installing the new equipment happened quickly and professionally. REEis followed up after the installation to make sure everything was operating as expected and answer any outstanding questions.
I work in the industry, I've had a lot of experience with mechanical contractors, and I can say REEIs is definitely a cut above. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had a great experience with REEis and highly recommend them! We had some issues with our air conditioning and I needed someone to come help us out quickly. The entire experience from the first phone call to follow-up texts (yes, you read that correctly!) from the technician who came over was excellent. Their expertise and customer service are incredible. You can't go wrong with REEis.

Had REEis responded promptly and I cannot say enough about how good they are. Very courteous price is very affordable. Antonio was out and accessed the issues and fixed my Air he was wonderful. I will always call them out they are great!

I have used REEIS before and had a great experience from them on a home energy audit. However, my last experience was bad and I will not use REEIS again nor would I recommend them.
I had REEIS perform the second part of a $149 service agreement for a general AC checkup. Everything was fine until the REEIS HVAC tech showed up. When he came, the system was working fine. After he left, the system was not working at all. The REEIS tech said I needed 3lbs of R22 refrigerant at $150 per pound or $450 total not including labor. I had a home warranty agreement so I let them handle it. The HVAC tech from the home warranty company fixed the problem. He said the compressor was disconnected from the start capacitor, which explains why the AC was not working. He also said the refrigerant level was fine. This was a week ago and the system still works fine.
I told a manager at REEIS about this. My beef with REEIS is they never did anything to reconcile what happened. I almost spent at minimum $450 for work that was not needed, and I felt at least they should offer to come out and speak to me and let me know why the HVAC tech evaluated the problem the way he did. Instead i heard nothing. So I will not use REEIS again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I am not saying all the techs are bad, but this was not a good experience for me.

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased a new build 2 years 3 months ago. REEis was the installer. Our builder had a 2 yr warranty so we were informed that we would have to pay for labor costs only but that the parts should still be covered for 5 yrs. I have this in writing from our builder. They told me to call and verify. So that is exactly what I did. The lady on the phone looked up my address and confirmed that we would indeed have to pay for the labor but the parts were covered still. She said the earliest available appointment was a week out. I said that is fine. On the day of the appointment I had heard nothing from them and our scheduled time was 3-5pm. I called at 4pm to ensure they were still coming and the lady told me that he was on his way that he should have called me. But he didn't. The guy shows up at 4:25pm but does not get out of his car until after 4:30pm. My husband was waiting outside to greet him as we have a dog. The guy approached my husband and says "" hi, in order for me to look at your house it will be $79.95"" . My husband was super confused by the amazing customer greeting. He then pulled me out to talk to the man. In which he told me the same thing. Just to look at the unit it would cost $79.95 and then If anything was wrong with it we would be responsible for the parts. We told him to call back whoever told him that information because that was not what I was told. I also went inside to grab my phone and call back the office as well. To my surprise the office closed at 4:30pm. It was 4:37pm. The guy came back from his truck and said the same thing again that we would be responsible for all costs to fix the problem. We asked him to call his supervisor so we could speak to them and he told us no the office is closed. We asked if there was a cell phone that he could call because we had been waiting 1 week for the fix! He said no. Then he proceeded to say if you want to wait and call tomorrow you can do that. I am beyond disgusted and disgraced with the customer service I have received. It gets better... after he left I left a voicemail for the office to call me back and guess what. No one called me back. It appears they only want money and they don't want to provide the customer with good service. We have had to replace a motor on our unit in the first year and have a service called for the vents not blowing. Now 2 yrs 3 months after the installment we are having zoning issues. Something tells me their work is not to be trusted. Best part about this all is this same issue I am having now has happen to multiple people in my same development as I reached out on Facebook for some advice and help. People over the initial warranty just like I was had theirs replaced at no charge. Interesting to say the least.

Excellent service. Eduardo came to our home to present options for our HVAC system. He gave us all options and explained the differences and complete costs. Absolutely no pressure to go with higher prices units. Once we decided on the right system for us, Eduardo helped with payment options. He arranged installation at our convinence. He even arranged for two crews to come out so they could complete the job in one day instead of two. Crews arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained what they were going to do. They even told us when they were going to lunch, and were back in only 20 minutes. They completed the job in one day, as promised. One day later we had a problem with one of the units going on. Of course is was Friday, 5:00 in the afternoon. I contacted Eduardo and he sent a serviceman out to our house within 60 minutes. He quickly resolved the issue, and we were back up and running. I have been in the valley for 35 years, and have dealt with quite a few HVAC people, but have never had such good service as given by REEis HVAC and Eduardo are number one.
