The reason I established Reeis was that I observed how typical A/C contractors were offering their clients only a fraction of the solution. My experience in home construction taught me that a home works as an integrated system, where every component interacts with the others. According to the National Comfort Institute, typical new A/C installations provide merely 57% of their cooling capacity. Unfortunately, the industry has been slow to adapt and improve. Reeis came out for my fall maintenance check. Arron was the technician servicing my heat pump. Arron is very professional and very knowledgeable. He sat down with us and explained the stats on the unit as well as pictures of what he did. Sad news was the evap coil had a leak that was reading high. No surprise, the unit is 12 years old. We will have it replaced as the readings on the unit were very good.

Heads up, everyone in the front office is awesome as well. They have serviced my unit for years. Installed flex venting and insulation. They are a great team!

Though I ended-up staying with my old HVAC company for a new AC replacement, I did request an estimate from REEIS. They sent Brian out to assess my old Trane unit and reconfigure a new system. He was prompt, professional, and obviously knew his way around an AC system. He explained some things I never knew or understood about the new, high-tech, high-efficiency systems of today. Their estimate for a new Trane unit is highly competitive and maintenance services are top-of-the-line. If you're shopping for a new HVAC company for a replacement unit or yearly maintenance, give REEIS a call and investigate their prices and services. I certainly wasn't disappointed and don't think you will be either.

Carey was very patient and showed me all of the photos of the interior of my AC unit and things that needed repair. He explained so much information like the year and type of Refrigerant I had and what the wiring and insulation was supposed to look like. I had 3 other AC companies out and they never showed me photos of my AC. I had butchered wires with bad workmanship from other companies. I'm happy to know I now have a service tech I can trust. I highly recommend Carey because he knows HVAC and is transparent.

Nice service tech but bad diagnosis. Scheduled maintenance appointment thinking it was $89. Technician arrived and he didn't have equipment to do maintenance as they sent the wrong kind of service technician out, but he did inspect the unit and said we needed a new compressor and it would be better to buy a new unit. The service call ended up not being $89 but $160 and he didn't do any maintenance. They quoted me a new unit and I was about to approve the purchase, but decided to call another contractor for a quote on replacing unit. I told the other company what reeis diagnosed and he asked if we had a smart thermostat as it sounded like it could be the thermostat. He suggested disabling some of the automatic energy efficiency settings on the thermostat before ordering a new unit. We disabled these features and the unit is working perfect!! Don't think reeis did anything dishonest, they just didn't think through the simple adjustments first. Not sure about the $160 charge but at least I didn't have to pay anything to the other company for their help.

Called yesterday morning at 8:00 and someone was here by 1:00 and fixed one of my units quickly. The best part was they were honest and said the part was under a 10 year factory warranty so no need to spend unnecessary dollars!
