Greg and John were great! They have been very busy after the fire, but he fit us in somehow. We had 3 or 4 things that have been accumulating for a while andGreg and John made short work of them. These 2 guys are really easy to work with and they both communicate very well. We have already planned to get him to do another thing that could not be done today.

Excellent customer service! My husband and I discovered a leak downstairs, right below our tub/shower and I put in a request for a quote through Yelp at 6:30 AM on a Monday morning and Greg responded within less than 2 minutes! I called and he was able to come out the same day; gave me a window of time and even called again after reworking his schedule to see if it would be okay if he came earlier, which was not only okay but super awesome as I had literally spent all night worrying about this leak (and worrying about the fact that we wouldn't be able to take a shower!). Greg was very prompt, he was super nice and immediately put on booties to cover his shoes to protect our floors. He was extremely efficient and worked diligently to figure out where the leak was coming from. I am also SUPER grateful that he did everything possible to eliminate the need to open up our tile wall in the shower so we would be able to shower that same day and instead he called his teammate, John to help him move our dryer away from the wall behind the shower so he could shimmy into a very tricky spot to open up the wall behind the shower valve and find the leak. He found it and was able to maneuver in that tiny space to solder the pipe that was leaking. Both he and John were so incredibly nice, very personable, very respectful of our home, they cleaned everything up after they were done and moved everything back to where it was. They were incredibly fast and considering all the trouble that Greg had to go to in order to find the -dang- leak, I feel that the pricing was very affordable. It wasn't until the very end when I was paying for the service that I realized that Greg was the owner of the company! What incredible service! Definitely recommend Greg and Redwood Sewer & Drain; he goes above and beyond as the owner and he gets an A+ for customer service, responsiveness, efficiency, for guaranteeing his work, and for being a very courteous and friendly plumber. So glad I decided to call them!

I had an an appointment with Greg at 8:30 on Tuesday morning. Greg was 5-10 minutes early and made sure he put on his shoe covers every time he walked in the house to insure he wasn't tracking outside dirt in. He was very thorough in his work to snake from under our bathroom sink through the pipe that went under the house where the plugged drain was. He was very patient with all the questions I asked to understand what he was doing and the little tricks and tips he had. I will definitely be calling him next time I have plumbing problems and not the big name company I used last time that charged an arm and a leg for the same amount of time Greg was at my house.

Greg and his partner John responded immediately to my call to install a new garbage disposal. They arrived within an hour and did an excellent job of installing my new unit. They were efficient and thoroughly tested everything including my dishwasher. They cleaned up before leaving and took all of the old parts and packing materials.

I highly recommend Greg. My main water line to my house unexpectedly broke. I made several calls to different plumbers requesting emergency assistance. Greg returned my call quickly and rearranged his schedule to assess my situation. Greg arrived early morning and by the afternoon had my old rusted water line replaced and more. Greg also brought help so the job would get done same day. Greg and Steve were both approachable, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They both listened to my concerns about my plumbing, answered all my questions, spent the extra time replacing all components including pipe going to irrigation. They also cleaned up the entire work area along with sweeping the sidewalk! I would not hesitate to call Greg again if I needed more plumbing work done or recommend to family and friends.

I requested Jeff come take a look at my downstairs toilet that I felt my 7 year old son threw something down the drain. I augered it myself and it didn't go very well. Jeff came out and augered the toilet some more, which made it slightly better. However, it was still slow to drain. Then my wife told Jeff that our son had thrown a soap cap down the toilet and flushed it. Jeff then took the toilet off and checked the main lines. Jeff noticed the cap was stuck down the main line and was able to clear the obstruction. I was very Happy with Jeff's services. Jeff spent 2 hours resolving the problem and didn't leave until the job was done to our satisfaction. Very pleased.
