I called Greg when our washer backed up into a nearby toilet. When I explained the problem he came over immediately. I managed to plunge it before he showed up. Whatever the clog was it, it appeared to have been flushed through.

HOWEVER - Greg still spent time here. He tested several times (no clog) and checked the clean out. As much as was possible, he made sure we were in good shape.

When I offered to pay for his time, he declined.

Luckily we rarely call a plumber, but there is no one else I will ever call!

I had another plumbing need recently at my rental unit in Cotati, and called Greg at Redwood Sewer and Drain. The electric water heater was not working, and my tenants did not have any hot water, so I wanted to get that resolved quickly. Greg was able to fit a visit into his busy day to see what was going on. He was good to set our expectations about that it may not be resolved very quickly, depending on what the issue was. And, our unit was more complicated due to having old connections on it from a solar water heater panel it used to work with.

Greg checked it everything he could and could not quite pinpoint why it was not getting power since he is not an electrician. But he was able to connect me with a good handyman he knew and they together found a problematic timer in the system and changed the wiring to solve the issue - and then immediately the tenants had their water heater back up and running!

I appreciate Greg's quick response, his ability to set expectations and give rough pricing options and to help lead us to a resolution. I feel he is very honest and hard working, and will definitely keep calling him as needs arise. Thank you, Greg!

Absolutely the best plumber. Always responsive and comes out fast, even at the beginning of COVID lockdown. Reasonably priced, and has saved me lots of money by being able to snake through the plumbing vent on my roof! Friendly, courteous and always does well by his clients. Would never use another plumber!!

There obviously are many reasons why Greg's rating is 5 stars. I called him twice about having a septic tank riser installed and both times his response was super fast. Unfortunately his schedule was full and couldn't do the job himself. However, he nicely explained what needed to be done and referred another company to me. In both conversations, I could sense how professional and CARING Greg was. I would not hesitate to call him if there's any plumbing problem. Thanks.

Greg showed up when he said he would. He is creative and thoughtful about what needs to be done. I had him out twice to fix two different faucets. He explained what was wrong and everything he was doing to fix it. He is tidy and methodical. 5 stars. I highly recommend Redwood Sewer and Drain Services.

Had an emergency situation one Saturday evening. I called Redwood sewer and drain, Greg answered and helped guide me though a few basic things to help remedy the situation. He wasn't able to come out that evening, but came the next morning on a Sunday and fixed the problem right away. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend this company!

I have been struggling with a drain in the kitchen with an island sink. I have tried everything myself as well as a few other sewer companies. It would last about 90 days and it was back.
Greg came out, took the time to investigate the problem not just hit the main and leave. He listened to all the things i tried, patient with my logic and finally found the problem.
