I found Greg thru all these reviews and have to echo what they say. I have used other plumbers and am happy with them, but had not seen Redwood before. So, as I was looking for my other ""rooter"" guy, found Greg as well. He came out and cleared a blockage from my kitchen sink. He had to use the roof vent to get most efficiently, which was fine, but more effort for him. He did it cheerfully and quickly and charged me a reasonable amount. A couple days later, my 20-year old bathroom sink faucet started to leak at the handles, and we figured it was better to replace. BUT the existing metal was corroded and very thick so he had to use a grinder and sawz-all and basically demolish the fixtures to get them out of the three holes. It became a huge task that probably took him 3 times longer than he had expected. But he charged me less than actual time, which was very gallant of him. Nice guy-very cheerful (except faced with the monster faucet removal job). I'd use him again in a heart beat, unless he gets too busy from all these reviews!

Greg is awesome! I had an emergency leak, called Greg and within an hour he was onsite and had the leak repaired immediately. I cannot thank Greg enough for his prompt response! I will definitely be calling Greg in the future.

Greg really saved the day! I've had 2 other plumbers out to fix a water heater problem and the previous plumbers both changed the tps valve...which wasn't the problem-it still leaked. I called Greg and he phoned back within the hour and had the correct

What can I say, Greg is beyond professional! I have dealt w/ a lot of tradesman on various projects and Greg checks all the boxes you are looking for. Professional, responsive, timely, explains what is needed, goes above and beyond, and most of all genuinely cares. He also does a great job and assists and points out potential other issues for you to review/address in an understanding and non confrontational way. I am writing to recognize Greg (the owner) of Redwood Sewer and Drain. I had a backed up shower and toilet that showed up the day I was traveling to Seattle for business. I researched Yelp for a plumber in my area. Redwood Sewer and Drain came up with very strong rating so I gave them a call. Greg answered after 3 rings! I explained my problem to Greg and his response was, I am just finishing up a job and can be there in 20 minutes. When Greg arrived, he had to try a couple different things to ultimately resolve the issue. I will tell you, Greg is capable, diligent and above all courteous. He recognized the jam I was in and did everything in his power to quickly resolve the problem. I wish all service providers were a diligent and courteous as Greg from Redwood Sewer and Drain. Don't hesitate to call them, you will be happy you did.

I am not a plumber. That said, I attempted a plumbing task that was beyond my skill level and by the end of six hours, the bathroom was covered with water and water continued to pour out of the pipes in the space under the bathroom sink.

Did I say that it was 7pm on a Sunday?

Thanks Greg and Redwood Sewer & Drain. Called up Greg and he came over, completely fixed the situation, professional, friendly, and problem solved. Also did not charge anywhere near the arm and leg I was expecting given that it was Sunday night. Very reasonable.

Got Redwood and Greg on speed dial for the next time I attempt to pretend to be a plumber.

All I can say is WOW! On Saturday I noticed wetness in the perimeter of my home and decided to take a peek in my crawlspace through the vents. Man what a mess did i find! there was a huge puddle and I could see water dripping. My crawlspace is very narrow and I am not one to crawl in small spaces so I called the plumber I had used in the past and he said he was not able to come until Monday. He said I would need to turn the main off since it sounded like something from the main. I attempted to do that but was struggling with my two kids to not have water in the house. I decided to go on Yelp later in the evening and found this plumber and thought what do I have to lose. I called Greg and he was at a birthday party but told me he would stop by my house on his way home. This was at 6:30 PM and he was at my house at seven. He went into the crawlspace got completely covered in mud and told me what needed to happen to solve the problem. He said that would need some time to fix but for now he would temporarily take care of the leak so that I could have water. Poor man crawled into a very tight space and got covered with mud due to the wet space where the leak was. Not only did he solve the problem but he did it quickly. Very nice man and had a very positive attitude. Also in spite of all the mud on his clothes he made sure to not track mud anywhere in the house and he succeeded. I definitely recommend this company! There are enough good things I can say about Greg, he's absolutely amazing!

I would not hesitate for a moment to call Greg again, nor would I hesitate for a moment to recommend him to you. If you need help with sewer or drain problems, I don't think you can find anyone more competent and professional or personable. I had a drain problem that literally no one wanted to touch, every call I made, l got 20 questions and a, ""Hey, I'll call you later."" Greg responded right away. Told me his schedule and called the next day as he had promised. He came out and assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem and got to work, all along the way explaining to me what he was doing and why. He unplugged our drain, asked the right questions, and did a great job on our sluggish sink drain too. Everything is working fine and what seemed like an insurmountable problem was taken care of with good humor and smarts. Highly recommend.
