Our ancient water heater finally gave up the ghost a day ago, and Greg showed up this morning with a new water heater and a lot of tenacity and managed to get our hot water flowing again by 11am. My wife and I could tell that he was completely committed to getting the job done well and in a timely fashion, in spite of the numerous problems he faced in adapting a new system to an old, outdated one. We are so grateful!!

This review is for the personalized and friendly customer service when I called for service. When my home owner's insurance would only send a plumber that swould take 5 days to come out, I searched Yelp for one on my own and came across Redwood. Although I didn't end up needing a plumber, the way that my calls were handled was excellent. On a Saturday, my call was picked up immediately by Greg, the owner, both times I called. The rate was reasonable and based on my needs it was clear he was interested in gaining my business, trust and helping.
The issue was a clogged garbage disposal. His friendly demeanor and willingness to come out on the weekend without over charging was a relief. He scheduled a time that was convenient for me. When I spoke to another local plumber who wanted to charge almost twice as much for a weekend call, I mentioned Redwood and the competitor even acknowledged that Refwood is a great company!
In the end I was able to unclog the disposal without the need of Greg's service. I informed him the morning of, he responded immediately and once again in a very friendly cheerful manner.
Many thanks for a great experience. Redwood will be the first plumber I call in the future.
