Greg came to our rescue on our first day in our new Santa Rosa home! He deftly figured out where the clean out was hiding in our front yard and cleared the pipe of all tree roots and grease in record time...in the rain...on Christmas Eve with amazingly good humor and professionalism.

It was a Saturday morning and I had a backed up drain. Yucky stuff coming into bath and shower while running the washer. Friends coming
to visit by 1:00. Called Redwood Sewer and Greg answered, quickly
checking to gauge urgency level. Advised he had a small job in Petaluma but he could come right after that. He got to the house by
10:30 and tackled the job head on. Despite complications of the drain
situation, he stayed confident and succeeded in unplugging it. Cleaned
up the yuck in each bathroom and with a smile and payment was on
his way. Only took an hour thanks to his energy and determination. Throughout he was courteous, explained everything, and told me how I could prevent the problem in the future. Thank You, Greg!

I took a chance on this business after seeing their van drive by on the street. The plumber was heading home but welcomed the call. He was upfront with his hourly charge, willing to look at the drainage problem in a bathroom sink on a Saturday, just to access the job and was able to fit it in on Monday. He addressed the delicate cleaning out of old indoor plumbing and installed a bathroom sink that required a bit of plumbing artistry on his part. He charged me at his hourly rate to the minute. He is honest, likeable, and has new up to date equipment. Please consider him if you live in Sonoma County.

On Friday we noticed our downstairs toilets starting to bubble and by Saturday late morning, the problem quickly escalated! Our showers had started to back up and the toilets wouldn't flush (drain) at all. Clearly something very bad was happening! With a household of 6; the problem needed to be resolved ASAP.
We called Greg, he was great! He walked us through some minor steps to take until he could get to our house; which he arrived at less than 90 minutes after our initial phone call.
He quickly assessed the problem, fixed the issue and was on his way in less than 1.5 hours! Quick, courteous and resolved the issue fast. Our household was very happy that the solution was pretty minor considering what we were envisioning when it first occurred.

I had a leaking hot water heater. They came out replaced the heater fast efficient. Priced exactly as quoted. Did the job on Sunday no extra charge. I will use them again!

I could hear water running for a few days, but couldn't figure out the source. Once it stopped raining I could see the problem was under my brick patio. I pulled up a few bricks, scraped the dirt away from the pipe leading to an outdoor spigot had a geyser on my hands. I frantically ran to the front of the house & shut off all water. Now what? I have no water to the house. It's Sunday of the Thanksgiving day weekend, so I know it'll be a challenge, but I can't wait until Monday.

The 1st plumber I call (national chain) says we can do Monday @ 1pm; uh no, that doesn't work. The 2nd one goes straight to VM. The 3rd one says he doesn't do that sort of work and says to call Greg @ Redwood. Bingo! Greg is at a kids b-day party, but says he'll come after and we agree on a time. Then he calls back & says he can come now & he shows up w/in 15 mins. He cuts out the rusted gavanized pipe and reuses another pipe and the spigot, so I'm good to go w/in 30 mins. And the cost is under $150 if you can believe it. I'm keeping his magnetic card on the fridge for the next time I need plumbing done right.
