Even though this was not an emergency, he scheduled us the day after I called for the quote! Greg and Jorge arrived on-time and got straight to work. The project turned out to be more challenging than originally anticipated, but Greg and Jorge did a wonderful job on the installation. You won't find a better value for a highly skilled, professional and friendly plumbers.

Greg was fantastic. I called him yesterday and told him that our issue was not an emergency, but he still made time to show up the very next day, on-time, respectful, and cheerful. He helped us do a very thorough review of some suspected leaks, and took some great pictures to help us understand what was going on under the house. In the end, we all agreed that the suspected leaks were actually a little rainwater that just hadn't reached the sump pump yet. I feel so much better about the plumbing in our house now. Greg will absolutely be the first call we make the next time we need plumbing expertise!

I love my new Kitchen Faucet. Now there is water pressure and no leaks. I called Greg and he happened to be in my neighborhood so he came over in 15 minutes and installed my new faucet. Oh and I should add he wore his mask and it was a safe visit.

I was blown away by Greg's kindness today. I called him for an emergency pluming issue in Napa not realizing that he is based in Santa Rosa. He couldn't drive to my property, but he sent me several texts with products and parts I can buy to fix the busted pipe myself... and it worked!!

I had some new fixtures put in and the contractor I had did not do a sufficient,job which caused water to leak under my house. Do yourself a favor. Many choices out there - but if you have any plumbing issue - you'll want to call Greg. First rate, highly-skilled, friendly, fast service at very reasonable prices, and follows all COVID precautions. I've used Greg several times now and will never look elsewhere.

Most recently, he installed a new tankless water heater. Was a challenging project given some issues we had, but Greg and his colleague Nathan rose to the challenge and made sure it was done right.
