Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has a long-standing history dating back to the 1800s. The journey started with Terry Vernon Davenport, who founded a modest plumbing and tinning business in Redlands, California. Terry soon employed his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, mentoring him in the plumbing business.

In 1898, Henry Fisher started a plumbing and heating company, naming it the Redlands Plumbing Company. Ultimately, in 1938, Henry sold his company to Harry Higdon.

Fast forward to today, the name evolved to Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Tyler Miner began his journey with the company part-time in 1991 while still in high school.

Following his education and training in plumbing and HVAC, Tyler took ownership of the company in 2008. Tyler remains the owner and president of Redlands & Henry Bush, thanks to his unwavering commitment.

My heater has been out for years. decided to get it fixed, just getting to cold for me. other heater guys said they didn't know what was wrong. But it just took Chris 10 minutes too figure it out, WOW It works great now and he was so nice. Now i have to get one of their plumbers to fix a couple of things. Thanks!

I was charged $600 to replace a pressure regulator on my house... the same part that was used sells for $49 at Home Depot. I was charged 300 for the part. The labor took an hour... the remaining $300. I called as I was sure there was mistake.... the mistake was mine... Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing has defense contracting pricing... outmoded when one can just google the price.

I would give 5 stars to the actual plumber doing the work... Larry... he is excellent... not his fault his employer price gouges.

OVERCHARGED ME & BROKE THE TUB: I've used Redlands Plumbing for 20 years, but it has changed. My tub was draining slowly, so they sent out technician, Richard T. He determined that it was best to snake out the tub by removing the overflow plate. I wanted to replace the hardware at the same time, but the prices he quoted were off the charts. It was $282 to snake it out, in the high $500's to replace the overflow plate and lever (sold at Home Depot for under $25) and over $1,000 to put a new chrome drain hole. I agreed to just snake it out and put the old part back in.
A couple of weeks later we tried to use the tub instead of the shower. When we flipped the lever to fill the tub, the piece came out in my hand. He'd broken the part and failed to tell me. I called the office, so that they could repair what they broke. They sent Richard back out. Richard said it was old and corroded and it wasn't his fault. I'd have to cough up the money if I wanted him to fix what he broke.
He picked the method to snake out the tub. If he thought he couldn't remove the plate without breaking it, shouldn't we have discussed that? And when he broke it, shouldn't he have mentioned that instead of waiting for us to find the damage? Now we can't fill the bathtub. Maybe I should complain to the CSLB instead of Yelp.

Justin came to replace my water heater today 09/13/19. He did an excellent job with special attention to detail. All of the office staff such as Jasmine, and all the service technicians at RH&P are very well trained and provide excellent service. RH&P has been taking care of my home for 11 yrs now. Thank you once again.

We recently had our house re piped and a new water heater placed. Tim was great to work with always on time, let us know prices before starting the project, came back to inspect and answer any questions we had. Gave us his card so we could call him. We will definitely use them in the future.

So sad. Tech charged us 600 to fix our air conditioner. This repair held for one week
Then had to call GlenAir in Riverside to fix it again.

Tech from Glenair said the tech from Redlands plumbing should have looked for a leak and not just
Charge us to put in refrigerant as it leaked out in a week

Yesterday Christian came over for our scheduled AC maintenance. I was notified 30 minutes before he came, that he was on his way. Christian has been here several times and he is always prompt, courteous and informative. He performs the maintenance and then instructs me on things we could do to improve our AC/heating system.

I'm not here to tell anyone what to charge, but I had a plumbing situation that left my household without water. I was quoted close to $400 to cap off a hot and cold line in my shower. the lines were exposed because the dry wall was already down and the water was already off. The area was clean and dry, ready to work on. Seems excessive for $14 worth of SharkBite end caps and 15 minutes of time.

This company charged too much for the repair, and it charged twice for the same problem. Larry came to change the water pressure reducer. The price is $1339 for the fix of leak and the valve change. It took two hours to fix it and the parts is about $300, so the labor is 500 dollars per hour. Then I found the leak still exists. And the company will charge another $250 to fix it. I have to pay it again for the same problem.
