After hours guy on May 25 was a total jerk. 30 minute sales pitch sounded like he was angling for a whole house repipe. Problem was very simple - replace a corroded galvanized nipple and possibly an angle stop. Wanted $230 just to show up and $1000 for the job. Said he would waive the $230 if I accepted his recommendations. I said I would call him back. He calls back later and asks if I was shopping for a better price. When I said I was he said he could no longer waive the $230 and ""good luck buddy"". I called Henry Bush because they were local and had a good reputation. I ended up fixing it myself. Will never call Henry Bush again. Not sure if this was a subcontractor hired for after hours or regular staff - hopefully this isn't typical.

Bluntly, water leaks, under house concrete slab, stink. But, with Redlands-Henry Bush Plumbing and our fantastic tech, John Nyberg doing the work, the experience was painless and fast!!! Thank you for being there for us.

We had this company install updated AC in our home a couple of years ago. I cannot say enough good things about the installers and their supervisor. They did a wonderful job, well done and very quickly in very hot conditions with a lot of attic work. The cost was a lot but fair and that would be expected as this is not a cheap upgrade.

Would recommend based upon my experience.

Josh did a great job from start to finish, He arrived on time and treated my home the same way he would treat his own home. He made sure everything was cleaned and put away. Josh really did a great job ,and was able to work on a tricky drainage/pipe clog infested with palm roots. I would definitely recommend( stand up guy) went above and beyond.

Really pleased with prompt, professional service from Redlands Plumbing, from the courteous people scheduling to plumber Larry Monk. Our plumbing backed up on a Saturday night (of course) and Larry showed up bright and early Monday morning, working all day and returning at 8 a.m. on the dot Tuesday. Solved our problem, explained what had caused it, offered us clear solution options and fixed everything. We especially appreciated his knowledge about plumbing in old homes (ours was built before the turn of the century) which are notoriously tricky. Thanks Redlands Plumbing and Larry Monk!

I purchased my HVAC system from Redlands Heating and plumbing a few years back abs have been completely satisfied with my unit. I continue to get my maintenance packages from them and really enjoy they service technician Christian who comes out to provide the maintenance. He is very thorough, honest, and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Christian as your technician and Redlands heating and plumbing as your vendor.

Randy came out quickly to give us a quote on replacing our tankless water heater. The bid was much higher than we expected, but he explained that we needed to run larger gas and vent pipes because the correct water heater for our size home would be larger. We called another plumber for a quote and it was almost the same amount. We went with Randy because he was very friendly and professional and we would get the trip charge fee taken off the invoice. He came on time and worked all day to complete the job quickly. He even redid a gas pipe for my husband so it did not stick out so far.
It is the first time in 11 years that we have had good water pressure and nice hot showers in both bathrooms!

Had issues with our air conditioner, during prime heat wave of course. Tech Josh R. came out and took a look.
He was thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He made recommendations for the future as well. I really appreciate when techs make an effort to include me in the repair process and not make me have to pull information out of them.He also did not try to hard sell me anything but gave me brochure and info to look at should I be interested.
Have used this business in past and will continue should the need arise in the future.

My hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had someone over in a few hours. They were unable to fix the water heater and recommended replacing. The price they quoted was astronomical. I called three other local companies for quotes and all were around $600 less. Good service but horrible pricing.

I have been using Henry Bush twice or thrice on occasion. They are great company. From the receptionist to the technicians, they are very friendly, professional, helpful and on time.
I hope I don't need any work around the house soon or to many. But if I do, I will call them for help.
