Our roots extend to the 1800s, giving Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning a proud heritage. Terry Vernon Davenport launched a small plumbing and tinning venture in Redlands, CA, marking the beginning of our story. Terry soon employed his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, mentoring him in the plumbing business.
In 1898, Henry Fisher started a plumbing and heating company, naming it the Redlands Plumbing Company. Ultimately, in 1938, Henry sold his company to Harry Higdon.
Fast forward, the company rebranded as Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Tyler Miner joined the team part-time in 1991 during his high school years.
After completing his education and mastering the plumbing and HVAC trades, Tyler acquired the business in 2008. Thanks to Tyler's commitment, he continues to lead as the owner and president of what is now known as Redlands & Henry Bush.

Had a toilet upgrade project and my wife chose these guys, for the most part their work is exceptional, however, what they pulled on this job is crooked. The guy, Raphel, gave us a quote for around $450, when he did the work he had to make a run to HD to get a longer water tube, work was finished, looked and worked great. Along came last week of May the carpet in the bathroom was soaked with water, we thought the wax seal had broken. Had their guy, Raphel come back out again and he assessed ""not the wax seal"" but the water pipe, and summarily informed us he'd be back the following Thursday to do the repair, 1 week! And, did nothing to help us mitigate the water leak, for a while we were tossing down towels & cloths, etc. but being desperate I decided to take off the base-board and cut a hole around the pipe, where we discovered the leak was at the valve's joint, at that point I had to decide weather or not to attempt this on my own or wait for the tech, I decided that the tech was probably right and didn't touch it, for fear of the problem being a cracked pipe, etc. So I devised a sump pan and put a timer on it to pump the accumulated leak water into the shower, the water leak was in the realm of 1 gallon per 2 hours, very serious.
Thursday he finally shows up, spends 15 minutes and it's all done, then summarily charges me $350.00, in his ticket he claims he replaced the ""stainless steel water tube"" and the ""1/4"" emergency shut off valve"", the tube he provided on the first visit! I've reached out to their management for remedy, and if I don't get any and this is considered ""normal"", I will never use these guys again. And I can now begin to see why people do their own work.

The response to our broken air conditioning was remarkably fast. Christian, our tech, was polite, professional, and thorough. He took great pains to explain exactly what was wrong and talked about the incremental steps he was taking to diagnose and fix the problem. The repairs were completed in short order and several annoying symptoms that we didn't understand had predicted a system failure have disappeared. We have used Redlands Plumbing for several projects, large and small, with great results and plan to continue to do so in the future.

Needed a service call on the condensate pump on my A/C. Even though it was not urgent, Redlands Plumbing was able to book me for the next day. Christian was clean, courteous, and very efficient. He obtained and replace the pump within the same day. I have been using Redlands Plumbing for years (including for the installation of my in-attic A/C) and have always been happy with the service.

Don Mitchell was outstanding in his attitude, service, and caring. never again will I make that trip to Home Depot. i probably would still be standing there waiting for help.THANKS AGAIN Don.

Very disappointed as I have used them in the past and it was fine. Tried to schedule a service and was given rude treatment, did not try to work with me at all. Hung up and tried another company who was more than happy to get my business. I will not be doing business with your company again.

I am so frustrated with this company. Their communication is horrible. I recently had a new AC installed. There was no communication on how many days the installation was going to take. The process took over a week. I received one email saying the installation date, with the incorrect times that people were going to show up. I received a call the day the roofer was coming out to fix my roof. Thank goodness I work from home and was able to accommodate the schedule of this company. company (that is contracted through Redlands & Henry Bush) that did my insulation did a great job of communicating with me. Thank goodness I work from home and was able to accommodate the schedule of this company.
As for their AC installers, the guys were awesome! Great guys that took the time to answer all of my questions. The AC installers are the reason that I gave the company 3 stars. My frustration almost led me to give less.

We have used Redlands Plumbing & Heating several times for emergency plumbing repairs, and are always pleased with how professional and honest they are. Most recently, we needed our water heater replaced after our old one broke and flooded our garage. Rafael did the work quickly and well, and he was professional, efficient, honest, straightforward, and friendly. He clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and also made recommendations for how to prolong the life of our new water heater. We will not hesitate to call Redlands Plumbing again for future jobs.

Called to get my new dishwasher installed and they said they would tell me the price upon arrival. Nothing complicated about the install. I would have done ut myself, but the warranty call for a certified plumber to install it or it voids the warranty.
So the plumber arrives and looks up the price in their ""book"" to remove an old dishwasher and install the new one.
He proceeds to tell me $570!!!!!! Of course i declined and i was still charged $39 for him coming out. If they would hace told me the ridiculous price when i called, i would have never had them come.
Looks like im not the only one that said their prices are outrageous.
So if you wanna get overcharged, call these guys

Terrible service. I had a situation in my home that needed to be tended to right away, and I spoke with them about it the previous day. I've had my water completely shut off in my house. They gave me an appointment time between 8 and 12 and they were over two hours late, I called to see if there was any possible way for an update, and they still were not able to tell me when someone would be out to help me. I felt like I was left hanging. luckily I found someone else that was able to come out right away. I would not recommend this place at all. I wasted more than half of my day waiting on these guys

My favorite plumber shows up on time and is very efficient and effective in his work he was Here this week always does a great job and he's the only one that I'll have come out
