My garage was flooding because of a clogged floor drain so I called Reddick in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment between 12-4pm. Well 4pm rolls around and the tech never shows so I call back and get the run around with management, asking who I spoke with, that there is no record that I ever made an appointment and that it's the call center's fault, even though when I spoke to the receptionist earlier, she was able to pull up my information in the system. They offered to dispatch someone immediately, but at that point, why would I choose to use them after the no show, finger pointing, and overall disorganization/miscommunication. Zero stars, would not recommend.

I ended up calling another company at 4:25pm which was able to get a tech over within an hour to fix my problem. Lesson learned and all is well that ends well!

Jessie was awesome. Recognized the problem very quickly. Replaced faulty part. Then recognized improper setting on main a/c unit and adjusted it. More than happy with expertise and friendly reception by all employees we dealt with. Okay, next day. Shontel came and fixed our plumbing problem. Four hours later large water spot is on floor 4 feet away from Shontels work. Had the replacement of the pressure release valve cause a pipe to break? Wife called Reddick to make emergency visit. I instead called Reddick to have experienced tech call me immediate. Cause of leak thoroughly explained and we are more than happy with Reddick and Sons. Call them

Reddick & Sons are hands down, the best. Our 10-year-old HVAC unit went in our newly purchased home during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I wasn't impressed with the first company we had come out and troubleshoot, so decided to get a few quotes from different companies on a full unit replacement.

Mike came to the house for the estimate. Called to let us know when he was 30-minutes out. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable he was able to breakdown our problem, what we needed, and how his team would manage our project. Our meeting with Mike really sealed the deal for us (and we hadn't even received the quote yet). The other companies we quoted didn't come close to the same level of communication and detail. I felt really good about Reddick & Sons at this point. Their quote was within the range we believed was reasonable based off our research and they even working with us on pricing a bit. We know they didn't have to do this, but it really went a long way with us.

After we scheduled the install with their front desk team, Daniel came out for measurements a few days prior to install. He also called 30-minutes prior to arrival so we had a heads-up. We told him that our HOA had unexpectedly scheduled paving to be done on the parking lot in front of our house on install day, meaning road access would be closed. He told us they would find a way, and seemed genuinely concerned that we needed to get AC in the house. He showed us exactly what would need to be done, what he would do if it was ""his home"" and left us feeling even more confident.

We got a call from the front office the next day to see if it was possible for someone to drop off the new units the day before install to avoid the parking lot closure. We of course said yes, anything to avoid having to reschedule! The gentleman that delivered the unit moved quick and efficiently.

On installation day the crew showed up around 8:30 a.m. All three of them worked non-stop for over 8-hours to get our new unit installed. Their attention to detail and communication with us was fantastic.

We spoke with/interacted with more than 6 people on their team and every single person was friendly, understanding, overly communicative, and just good people. Pricing was very fair. Quality of work exceeded expectations. I can't say enough about our experience with this team. Knowing that they also handle electric and plumbing, I can promise you we won't use any other service provider so long as we live in their service area. Would highly recommend!

Good morning! I heard all of these great reviews and called. It took forever for someone to answer and then when they did I explained a small job and they said it was 69.00 to come out to give a quote. No estimate over the phone. I understand but I'm not going to pay 69.00 just to get a quote. I asked if she could give me an idea per hour and she said no. Only 69.00 to quote the job.

7/22: Had my A/C stop working last night. Reddick and Sons was my first and only call! Scheduled the repair for the next day (today) Dave called and asked if he could come early (!!), unfortunately I was busy. He showed up on time and had the problem identified immediately. Probably 15 minutes all told to fix the problem and clean up. He checked the rest of the system ""just to be sure everything is working right."" Reddick and Sons are the best!!
