I learned after a high water bill that I had an outdoor water main leak. I""m so happy I went with Reddick on this one. They did not mess around. Unlike other vendors, they knew immediately what to do and were able replace the water main with a copper pipe and minimal trenching for less than what another company. They engineering they did in the basement really cleaned up the plumbing. They also organize the whole project and took care of scheduling the inspection. They go the extra mile by including the site restoration as well, which was exactly what was needed for the HOA. These guys are THE pro's.

Recently used R&S for a panel replacement and EV charger outlet install and was incredibly happy with them. I met with Alex at my home and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and informative. On the day of the job, him and his partner were on time and diligent with the work they did. They were also very respectful and tidy as they worked which my wife and I certainly appreciated. No show. I had an appointment from 10am-2pm for an evaluation of my gas line and no one showed up. When I called to ask about what happened, their representative said they didn't have my address (even though I provided it when making the appointment). They had my phone number, so I'm not sure why they didn't call when they realized they hadn't properly updated their system with my address.

I've hired Reddick & Sons for plumbing (Gilbert) and for HVAC/furnace services (Jessie). I am a loyal, dedicated customer. Gilbert and Jessie are fantastic. They know their stuff, are extremely professional and honorable, and do great work. Gilbert installed two sump pumps for us and Jessie helped us with making our dual zone HVAC more efficient (he also discovered that our attic was missing some insulation, something our home inspector missed!) If you are searching for a plumber or HVAC technician, don't hesitate and call Reddick. Don't even bother interviewing other companies. You won't be disappointed!

I have had back luck with service companies in the past but Reddick was great to me. I spoke to two people to schedule the appointment and they were both polite and helpful. And they were able to send someone out the very next day. David, the service tech, didn't try to overcharge me for bogus repairs. He was very honest and called me right away to explain the situation.
