Avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely disgusting. They missed a scheduled plumbing appointment, despite confirming it via email. Their excuse was that I hadn't signed a cost estimate, which they did not send! They cannot provide the date/time they sent the cost estimate. All I got was a confirmation email. Their unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for their commitments caused major inconvenience as a building water shut-off occurred due to the plumbing work. Go hire a plumber somewhere else who is committed. Reddi are liars!

This is my 3rd time using them.
It's usually a catastrophe and they always come to my aid!!! This last visit was after hours and they answer the phone, friendly and understanding. I had Mattox arrive in less than 2 hours to get my AC running and cooling again. He was calm and so friendly!!!! It was like having your best friend come to fix my AC!! He also had the part needed in his truck. Yahoo!!!
No charge for after hours calls. First company I found like that. Thank you Reddi Services.

My business had a line backed up and water from the manhole plate in the back of my business was bubbling up sewage (YIKES!) I called Reddi Services and spoke to Toby. He understood my issue and assisted me immediately. These guys (all of you in the front office) were fantastic. I had to turn away customers until the line was pumped. Tim Parker, the service specialist was disbatched and showed up just in time. He was driving the biggest Reddi Service truck I've ever seen. He gets to work on the issue and fixes it. I am back in business by the afternoon. I want to say a BIG THANK you to Toby and Tim Parker and Reddi Services. I will always call on you - because you guys are a quality crew.

Matt H. Was amazing!! I walked through the back yard to the system with him and he knew exactly what to look at. We've been with your company since last year, and always perfect timing!! He sent me a text with an ETA of 22 mins, as soon as he got here he started. He was very courteous and professional!! My house was about 97° with fans in every room and when he was done it dropped 7° in like 10 mins Mahalo Matt H. For your hard work and expertise!

Reached out to Reddi to have some long overdue plumbing work diagnosed and fixed. Had initial called for 2 specific issues: garbage disposal issues and a leaking bathroom room sink. The technician James Michaud diagnosed and resolved all of those issues quickly and took the time to explain root cause. Disposal needed to be replaced (rusted blades) and bathroom sink needed a new drain assembly line.
He even went above and beyond to beyond to diagnose a low water pressure issue I've been having for years that I assumed was due to old plumbing (it was actually a clogged faucet screen that needed a separate heavy duty vinegar soak). When he left, I noticed he tightened a loose cabinet hinge in the same bathroom he did the repair.

Pricing was reasonable and work took maybe 1.5 hrs tops. Will definitely use them again for other plumbing jobs and request James specifically!
