I called Reddi Services after getting a recommendation from my neighbor. I had a kitchen sink that was not draining. Pepe was able to respond that same day and figure out what this issue was. He said that based on his experience, the age of my home, what he found with the drain, a re-pipe of my drain would be necessary. He got to work and cleanly cut the concrete block outside my kitchen sink, re-piped the drain and made sure everything worked properly. He proceeded to ensure everything was clean before he left. Pepe did an excellent job and I will very likely see if he is available next time I have a plumbing issue at my home.

Reddi Services is an excellent company for both maintenance and installation. Chris has worked on both our AC and Evap Cooler for a couple of years now and he always does excellent work. Harry and Anthony just installed a mini-split cooler in our Arizona room and they also did an excellent job. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently and the new unit looks great; they really put in the effort to make sure of that. Also, it was very easy to schedule the installation.

Well, this company has very little respect for you time. I ordered a camera inspection 2 days in advance. They gave me a window of arrival between 6am-11am. When I called to check the status at 12:30 pm they told me they'll eventually get to me tonight. The evenings didn't work for me so I rescheduled for ""FIRST CALL"" the following day. I still got a window of 6am - 11am. I called again this time at 9:30am to check the status and still no ETA. Please do yourselves a favor and explore other options for plumbers in Kansas City.

Called for a toilet water line shut off hose to be replaced and a tank leveler to be replaced. Technician arrived on time. Said he could the replace the shutoff hose but because the toilet was a Kohler would have to order the part and come back another time. I told him don't you carry parts in your truck and he said only Gerber which is what they sell to their customers. I told him to just replace the shut off hose. Here is the best part it cost me $230.00 to have the hose replaced only. What a rip off!! I called the office to speak to a manager. He told me that the technician should have gone to where they have parts and returned that day. He was at my house at 9am. That was never offered to me. Having used them at least 5 times before they appear to have gotten greedy and do not value the customer service they once had. The girls taking the information should ask more questions so that the technician comes prepared and does not waste the customer valuable time and require another scheduled appointment.

Used to have good luck with these guys, but their scheduling people are idiots. They either will have a dead line when they call you, or they will not leave a message if your out and never call back.

Did this twice to me on different days. Got another plumber who did a fantastic job.

Whenever I need heating and a/c repair or have plumbing issues I call Reddi Services. Today Service Specialist Chris Groth was to the rescue after my heating system went down.

As usual the operator at Reddi Services was as pleasant as always and told me those magic words ""we will be out sometime today if you want"". Yes please! Soon after, I got the call that Chris was on his way over.

I recognized him as he did me and knew that he had been to my home before. That is always nice as he knew his way around.

After a quick check of everything he figured out that it was a simple wire that had come loose. Once it was plugged back in, the system turned on and Chris stuck around to make sure it was up and running.

Only charge today was for the service call which was also discounted due to my service contract with Reddi. (I highly recommend getting one as it will pay for itself when that A/C needs repair in August!)

Chris was in and out in 30 minutes and I could go back to my day. Thank you Chris!

I highly recommend calling Reddi Services for all of your heating, cooling and plumbing needs!

I called over a week ago for a 2nd opinion. I had another well know company out and they could not fix issue. They were out 2 different occupations. There prices were tripple of this company. So Ben came out and I explained everything that went on and the issue that I was suppose to still have. Other plumbing company had 2 of there guys working around my sink where I could not see issue and took word there was still a clog in my kitchen drain. Ben said he needed to see issue for himself. Turns out drain was not clogged even though other company told me it was. So long story short Ben said he could not charge me since he did not do anything. Gave me all the numbers to call if future problems. I will most definitely call this company for any future plumbing issues. Hats off to Ben and his supervisor Ramon who I talked to for advice with my plumbing issues. Thank you

My kitchen sink has drained slow for the two years since I've lived in my house. I tried the enzyme crystals, the vinegar... all the diy internet remedies out there. I finally got fed up and called my plumber. Love my plumber but they said to call Reddi because they can get there faster and do a better job. WHAT? They GAVE business away!! So I called Friday afternoon around 5, hoping they might still be open and I could try to set something up for the next week. With the 8am-8pm arrival window... you know what I mean :(( Instead they called within 2 hours to tell me they were on the way. Yay! Chris Shuck showed up, friendly, knowledgeable, ran this metal hose about a mile down my dirty drain and wa-la! Drain works! Nasty stinky sludgy mess came out (ewwww) but Chris just smiled and said he's seen worse. I 100% would use this company again and would trust Chris to do a great job. Luckily I have a 90 day warranty but I have a feeling I won't be needing it. Thanks Chris!
