Dave went way and above what I needed. He had a difficult situation and wouldn't give up. He left to figure it out and came back with the piece that worked. It was an issue that other plumbers had trouble with. Plus he is the nicest, most responsible guy. I would def highly recommend him.

Made appointment 3 days in advance. They postponed twice saying they had bigger jobs. Drove 110 mile roundtrip for nothing. You only get one chance at making a 1st impression. They failed miserably...both times!

After receiving sky-high water bills, we were desperate to find a plumber who could identify and fix the problem. Gio diagnosed the issue quickly. Not only did he do an excellent job with the work, he educated us about how to conserve more water going forward. He even gave us his cell number so we could be in touch directly - that's great customer service. We can't thank Red Lilly enough!

Three visits, three office mix-ups, two different plumbers, mixed messages, no actual work done. We wanted to like these guys but their total disorganization and lack of professional competence was extreme. The next people we called were professional, clear, informative and gave us an estimate right away; everything a plumber should do and everything Red Lilly didn't. Even after we called them to cancel the job they kept scheduling people to come to our house!

I had a problem and needed a new toilet, called these guys up. They were all amazing and fantastic.
Rufus and Dave came to fix the sink, bathroom, install the toilet ... it was a whole job! And they came 3 days in a row, and fixed it with no problem. We didn't have to wait at all. It was instant and great work !

I called yesterday for service as I had a blocked kitchen sink, returned my call promptly, Gio said he would be able to come today Sunday, he called to say he was on his way, waited for me to return, had a pleasant, honest manner and had no attitude about having to wait.

We were made aware of Red Lilly when we bought our house this year. We needed to replace pipes under the house, and Jessie and master plumber Martine did fine work. Ashley is very friendly and professional in the office.
