I have been using Red Lilly for years and always trust them to do a good job. You know that good feeling when someone who comes into your home is treating you fairly? I really got that feeling from Carlos - he laid out options for me so that I could make a good choice and took care of the problem on schedule. And, bonus, he was friendly to my dogs too! Carlos from Red Lilly came out because we had a running toilet and low water pressure. He fixed the toilet quickly then meticulously investigated the issue with our water pressure putting together a game plan, clearly explaining the issues and potential fixes giving us plenty of time to consider our options. I needed Red Lilly plumbers to come back to make sure a leak under the kitchen sink was not gonna be a future problem after Harry and Rufus came to help me remedy the issue the first time.

This time Rufus came by himself. He did the right way to cutoff an inch of the old shaved portion of the copper water line and fitted the compression valve very snugged and tight as the valve is designed to do.
Rufus also made sure the other valve was in good shape while he waited to make sure the installed valve was LEAK FREE.

I am grateful for his patient, methodical approach to doing it the right way and stayed to make sure it was done right. He said he always aim to do it right the first time so no anxiety in anyone's mind.

Red Lilly- you got a good plumber in Rufus.

I called red lilly plumbing becuase my water heater wasnt heating up my water. I called made an appointment they came out same day and at the time that was quoted. Technician dave came out and explained to me why it wasnt working. Quoted me a reasonably priced new water heater and he installed it the same day. Tech was very polite and patient with me in explaining what I was paying for. He left the area where he was working clean and was out within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend red Lilly plumbing. Great job guys.

Why do our plumbing emergencies always seem to happen on weekends? For whatever reason, they do. It is such a relief to be able to contact an actual person at 9pm on a Friday night and explain that we have a massive clog which is about to totally derail our weekend, and then to have a plumber show up the next morning at 9am to take care of it. Rufus arrived ready to take care of the situation and was extremely pleasant to deal with. So grateful for Red Lilly and their ability to respond to emergencies so promptly.
