RUFUS! This guy is AMAZING!!!!! I work at an Optometry office and we were having issues with our toilet and Rufus came to check it out in the POURING rain. He was able to solve our issue quickly and efficiently. He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Red Lilly Plumbing in the past and have always appreciated their services. But...he really came to our rescue. Thank you so much again Rufus for taking the time to come help us, especially in the middle of this rainstorm! I recently needed to replace my old water heater that had begun to leak in the basement of my architecturally distinct house. From a number of trusted referrals I was given, the most responsive and impressive by far was Red Lilly. The office women were great, and Mike, a field supervisor, came very swiftly to survey the job. He was very knowledgable and experienced, spoke clearly, and inspired my trust. The pricing was competitive and the materials were of good quality. He and his team got the large, heavy 75-gallon tank up a narrow staircase that had a sharp turn without ruining my hardwood floors. They were respectful and a pleasure to have in my home, total pros. Mike went above and beyond and didn't leave until checking that everything was in good working order. I recommend them without hesitation and look forward to working with them again, the next time I need a plumber.

I called Red Lilly Plumbing because I had leak in the front of my house. The lady on the phone told me that they would be here between 2-4 the same day i called which was around 1pm. They arrived at 2:10. Once they got here they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took care of the problem and were done within an hour. You have all my plumbing business. Red Lilly is one of a hand full of sewer contractors in all of Los Angeles county with the proper license to do under the street sewer line repairs. I learned of Red Lilly from the plumber who attempted to unblock my badly cracked and root bound sewer line a couple of weeks ago. Roto Rooter or similar had opened it up every year for the last 15 years, but it had finally deteriorated to the point where that was not going to work anymore. Surprisingly, Red Lilly gave me an estimate that matched one I got about 10 years ago. It was still $8K - a lot of money - but less than I expected. I gave them the go-ahead and a 10% deposit. The work was done professionally with all the permits etc.; and it was done on time and with minimal disruption. I was able to use the toilet every night of the project. After completing the majority of the work, they ran the camera back under my house and found that the iron pipe going through my foundation was rusted through, leaking and filled with roots. The work under the house cost me another $3.5K, but considering the total man-hours involved and the quality of workmanship, I think I got my money's worth. Plus they gave me a 20 year warranty - I hope this posting helps them stay around to honor that warranty. They seem to be good hard working honest people who deserve to survive

I love it when people are great at their jobs and they love what they do.
But, the actual review is about the great service.
Although this was just about kitchen drain clearing, there were other questions and things that needed help.
Tony had wonderful and thoughtful suggestions that were practical and sensible. His work is honest, thorough, and effective.

I'd definitely use them again.

After using another plumber for over 25 years, when he retired, I was rather anxious about using a hew company. However, my experience with Red Lilly plumbing was excellent. We needed to have our toilet replaced, and the technician Rauel who took care of us was excellent. It turned out there was some difficulty with the installation due to the idiosyncrasies of our old home, and Rauel was able to figure out how to get the parts and style of toilet we wanted. He was professional and skilled and did a wonderful job. I will definitely keep using Red Lilly for my plumbing needs in the future!

Anthony Andrade was amazing -- he diagnosed what was causing my leaky toilet and repaired it within an hour. He was extremely nice and explained exactly what needed to be replaced -- and gave me an on-the-spot reasonable quote. Plus he gave me a one-year warranty on the repair to boot.

I used Red Lilly for a $20K+ job in May 2022. The crew was sent to another job because apparently my task was too insignificant and the crew were needed elsewhere. I was given as an attempt to explain the disruption in service, due to employees always calling in sick on Mondays. Why do I need to be burdened with that! After 4 days the job was 99% completed and I waited days for this to become 100% completed. I vowed then to never use them again. They had also replaced a water heater in October 2020 and I had issues with this in January 2023. I sent emails and I left messages and no one would return a call or reply to a request. I called direct and set a time for an inspection. The overflow pan was sucked dry and pilot relit for $450.00 I was also promised to have the exhaust stack sealed where it leaked and was needed. I never heard a word back and went elsewhere to find someone to do this job.
If you have other options - do not use Red Lilly Plumbing. They are not professional. They are not even close to being cooperative or understanding on any level.
