Highly recommend Red Lilly for any and all of your plumbing needs!! They just completed a major re-piping job that involved breaking into walls in multiple units. This is the third time I've used them and as always, they were efficient, friendly, cost-effective, and just all around pleasures to work with! Mike was amazing. He was so friendly. He always does a very clean and accurate job. He teaches as he works and is very calm and methodical even with complicated setups. I talked to a few plumbers about the job at hand and he was the only one that was able to dive in get it done, cleanly and easily. He's a pleasure to work with!

Wesley and Sal did a great job moving my gas line so that I would need to have a notch on my cabinets. He was passionate about what he does and was personable. Wesley did a great job explaining what he was doing and how he was going to do it. He quoted me quickly and we were able to get the job done the next day. Outstanding service from Wesley who diagnosed and fixed a leaking bathroom sink faucet handle without having to replace any parts. He knew his stuff and was clean and friendly. Highly recommend both him and the company itself--I called on a Monday morning (surely a busy time) and they had someone there in well under an hour.

I've used them 3 times: first for a leak they could not repair, the call out was no charge; second time was a shower leak they fixed; and third time was a toilet replacement that ended up being more complicated than anticipated. They are responsive and their plumbers are very professional. I highly recommend Wesley - he does excellent work (very good about explaining the issue and my options, doesn't take short cuts and really cares about the customer). All their employees (plumbers, front of the house phone operators) take pride in their work & customer service and it shows.

WOW!! I can not give enough praise for how knowledgable, helpful, and kind our plumber Carlos is. Not only was he punctual, respectful, and communicative, he spent extra effort to explain everything as he was doing it, to educate me as a new homeowner about the steps I can take when plumbing crises arise, and was extremely thorough in examining the entire problem.
