Red Lilly has been professional and wonderful. I needed to replace a dishwasher, fix a water valve under the kitchen sink and possibly replace a kitchen faucet at my rental unit. I asked Red Lilly for a quote, which they were able to provide in writing detailing the work to be done. Michelle handled all the communications with me via email and phone and was professional and courteous. She called an hour before the plumbing team showed up to give me a heads up, which was welcomed by my tenants. They performed the job in a timely manner and was very nice and professional, and even reduced the original quote since the valve and faucet didn't need to be replaced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Well, we woke up at 8:30 am to find a leak in our house. It is now 12:40 pm and it's been repaired. Access to the area that was leaking is very unfavorable and we've had people walk away, Spectrum, to avoid going under there. Cesar is a dedicated worker willing to accept what needs to be done. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service and technician! Our kitchen sink backed up and was leaking under the sink too, I turned to Next Door to look up recommendations and saw that a couple neighbors recommended Red Lilly. I looked them up online, and they responded immediately to the online messaging and recommended I call for a same day appointment. Alex was very friendly, gave me a competitive quote, and was able to schedule an appt window for within 2 hours of my call. Cesar showed up promptly at the start of the appt window, and the sink was fixed within less than 30 minutes! Cesar was very professional, friendly, and wore a mask/gloves. He explained everything he was doing, and got the job done fast! We'll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

My kitchen sink clogged up and sent sewage shooting out my patio sink (connected pipe) on other side of wall. Charles arrived same day and unclogged after inspecting problem with camera. He explained everything in detail and was done in under an hour. Awesome service!

My regular plumbing company for the last 10 years lost a lot of employees on the east side so I searched Yelp and came across Red Lilly. I was impressed by the work they did on the LA Stock Exchange. I hired them to service both my tankless water heaters for both my houses.

They inspected my sewer line per my request because 2 years ago it was inspected when we did construction and I was told by a plumbing co. my contractor hired that I would need to replace the whole line and it would cost around $15k.

Charles was awesome when he explained he could replace a small section and line the rest of the sewer in both directions. And do it for just under $6k

He pulled permits and got the whole thing done in a week. Which was so incredible.

Also the guys who did the tankless service were super nice. I'm a huge gardener and one of the gentleman showed me his cucumbers he was growing in his garden.

They were just great humans and dealt with my constant calling them to check on inspection updates.

Cesar was fantastic. A very knowledgable plumber who got the job done right. Our bathroom sink was backed up with no sign of unclogging. I tried everything on it to get the clog out with no luck. Cesar was quick and effective. He got under the house, cut and replaced only the section that was backed up, and showed me the old pipe and years of build-up that caused the clog. Safe, courteous, and fast during this COVID pandemic. Couldn't ask for more.

Had a plumbing issue where the toilet kept getting backed up. Called Red Lilly Plumbing and they ran a high-tech camera down the pipe and pinpointed the problem right away.

They gave me a few different options to pick from and ultimately agreed on a plan. I was in direct communication with Charles. He was great to work with. Communicated with me through every step and called me with updates. Their work was very clean and thorough.

Our project consisted of digging up the ground, repositioning a sewer pipe to be at the right downward slope, re-cement the trench and re-tile. This was done during the COVID-19 pandemic, so all the workers were respectful and practiced health guidelines (masks, gloves, the whole 9-yards).

Call them with all your plumbing needs with confidence. I will definitely be calling them if any problems arise.
