Cesar was fantastic. A very knowledgable plumber who got the job done right. Our bathroom sink was backed up with no sign of unclogging. I tried everything on it to get the clog out with no luck. Cesar was quick and effective. He got under the house, cut and replaced only the section that was backed up, and showed me the old pipe and years of build-up that caused the clog. Safe, courteous, and fast during this COVID pandemic. Couldn't ask for more.

Had a plumbing issue where the toilet kept getting backed up. Called Red Lilly Plumbing and they ran a high-tech camera down the pipe and pinpointed the problem right away.

They gave me a few different options to pick from and ultimately agreed on a plan. I was in direct communication with Charles. He was great to work with. Communicated with me through every step and called me with updates. Their work was very clean and thorough.

Our project consisted of digging up the ground, repositioning a sewer pipe to be at the right downward slope, re-cement the trench and re-tile. This was done during the COVID-19 pandemic, so all the workers were respectful and practiced health guidelines (masks, gloves, the whole 9-yards).

Call them with all your plumbing needs with confidence. I will definitely be calling them if any problems arise.

Giovanni was very responsive online and quoted me a very reasonable price for the water pressure regulator valve replacement. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Dave came over on time and was very nice and professional and did a great job. He even gave me some advice on another issue which I was able to take care of my own with his guidance. Definitely went above and beyond. Will be my first call for future plumbing needs!

I have to say that I was very impressed with their customer service. The operator was kind and transferred me over to the plumber on site, Giovanni. He was so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about installing a sub meter, which will be a lot less expensive that what we were looking into. HE WAS GREAT!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking into doing plumbing work!

Red Lilly Plumbing really knows their stuff! Whether it is a large or small job. Gio is not only experienced, but also knowledgeable on regular plumbing maintenance and repairs, but also knows how to maneuver with the city for required inspections and permits. They also have the right licensing to work on larger projects, like city sewer work. Another great thing about Gio is that he is willing to just be helpful to answer any questions you might have, no matter how simple you think it is.

Giovanni and Mike came over early on Saturday after a Friday afternoon SOS for clogged drains. They were professional, worked fast, wore masks and wee very careful about social distancing. Best of all they were incredibly nice and friendly and did a great job. Our drains work great. I heard my husband laughing with them. Always a great sign!
