Prior to 2007, our leader was working independently and supported a friend in running a refrigeration company. In this period, he took on multiple positions including installer, installation expert, and sales associate. That year, he started working with Metro Mechanical, which marked the onset of an exciting journey.
From 2007 to 2015, he served in a range of roles at Metro Mechanical, like Sales Manager, and was subsequently advanced to General Manager. That year, the company was sold by Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning, with 36 HD stores in Georgia and approximately $15 million in revenue. Following this, he accepted roles such as VP of HD Operations and in 2018 was advanced to Chief Operating Officer of Ragsdale Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical, managing significant expansion and organizational improvements.
He became President of Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric, dedicated to improving the service experience. Our goal is to make every touchpoint seamless, ensuring our customers are assured and satisfied.

Scammers!! Run! Sad company, taking advantage of a mother, knowing she has two babies in 90 degree heat and knows nothing about AC systems. AC broke, they said we needed to replace the unit but it was the float switch was the problem at the moment. Charged $300 for the $20 parts, and installed two for no reason and botched the install so we would have to call back and buy an overpriced unit from them! The company who installed our new unit brought it to our attention and were appalled. Company refused to refund or make right in anyway.

This is the 2nd time I have used RedCap Plumbing and both times I was very happy with the service. Ashley answered the phone when I called and she was very firendly/helpful. Nick arrived the following day and took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and explained exactly what he as doing step by step. They also honored a coupon I had received in the mail with no questions asked. Nick cleaned up and was every bit a professional. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service to replace my gas hot water heater! He used piping instead of cheap coil and replaced knob with quarter turn. Red cap hires very qualified employees and top notch service! Highly recommend redcap!!! Thank you Jeremy Kimball for your expertise and service! 5 star!!!

Water leaking from a pipe IN THE WALL behind the tub made my house a mess. Richard Molina was sent to look and found the pipe was corroded and leaking. He was very concerned with having to break the tile to make the repair.Working through his lunch for nearly 4 solid hours, He did make the repair. This took a lot of determination and dedication and excellent workmanship to have a new valve working and the tile not incurring any damage. I would and will ask for him again if I have any plumbing issues. Thanks Richard I appreciate your work.

The service that I requested was performed professionally they were on time showed me everything they were working on and that needed to be corrected before became a major problem and demonstrated high quality of standards of which they use the best products backed by Home Depot I'm sure Red Cap is the company to go with

We needed extensive work done under our kitchen sink, and the plumber sent by Red Cap was fantastic. Billy G. was young and new to Red Cap, but when I inquired about his experience he said 8 years plus. He was so polite! Very patient with our questions, conscience, and cool under pressure. He didn't have all the parts he needed and went to two different supply houses to get what he needed so he could finish the job, (he also skipped lunch, and literally ran back and forth from his truck with his tools to make up time). We gave him a second job to fix an outside water spigot since he did such good work for us in the kitchen. Use Red Cap, and ask for Billy G. He's AMAZING!

We had contracted to have all our lines hydro-scrubbed and Picote lined as a preventative measure. Had some minor annoyances 1) they did not call prior to arrival as promised 2) didn't restore the exterior to how it looked before they started, 3) never received a copy of our contract 4) never got the promised before/after video. Major Issues included: 1) Flooded my main bath and hall with sewer overflow (never cleaning up the disgusting mess in the toilet and tub! pics below). 2) Never cleaned the overflow on the closet floor in the bathroom so it sat there for hours on our new LVT (I asked if there would be any overflow and they they assured me there would not be!). They did a cursory cleaning of the floors but since is seeped under the LVT I am sure it will be gross soon or lifting the floor since there is no way to clean between/under the LVT where this overflow seeped. They told me this overflow was from a """"low flange"""" but we NEVER had any issue with that toilet. To their credit they did give me a flange cover. 3) They did not hydro the kitchen lines that were in contract (they didn't bother to read the work scope) and when I asked about it they told me it was too late since the Picote could not get wet - they said they will come back next week to do, I don't have much confidence with that. 4)First flush of the toilet in the master bath and its leaking! (do we call them back - still waffling on that). For $7000 I expected more professional work. I had great hopes as the """"estimator"""" Jonathan was good but I am beyond disappointed!

Prompt. Clean and efficient three words missing in describing other plumbing companies. I booked my service and unlike other companies, Red Cap did NOT require my credit card before I ever met with them. Zack provided a quote based on the services needed and did an excellent job. We will use them again

Beware of Price gouging! I have a home warranty membership with Red Cap. In the last two visits, I have raised concern about the aggressive up-selling from the technicians. But today, was the most serious of all. Last night l, we had a significant ceiling leak --and learned from Red Cap today, the leak was the result of a clogged drain a pan overflow from the AC unit in the attic. Red Cap provided us with 4 different options ranging from $1498-$11,000! We chose the """"urgent"""" solution which cost me $1500 (see pic). You will notice they charged me $320 extra dollars to vacuum the water from the pan! I challenged the technician first, who directed me to Jorge, the Customer Service Director. Jorge was very nice in phone but indicated the Manager would only credit me 10% of my total bill ($148) for the """"inconvenience."""" I also had another reputable AC company come out today for $99. They indicated that the recommendations from Red Cap costing up to $11,000 were completely unnecessary. Further, he indicated the service I paid $1498 to Red Cap for today--would have cost me $500 with his company. It's rare that I write these reviews, but it's important that I share my unfortunate experience with anyone who reads this so they may take caution. These Red Cap folks will take advantage of you.

This was my first time calling Red Cap Plumbing and I was impressed with the quick service and the professionalism of Michael Kinney, the gentlemen that was dispatched to my house. Mike was friendly, yet professional. He gave me 3 options for the work that needed to be done without pressure. He was very clean coming in and left the work area as clean. In all, I was satisfied with the service, however, the price for what was done could have been a lot lower. Due to the high cost of service, I will shop around next time before committing.
