The main water pipe at home burst all of a sudden Sunday evening. I jas one company come out that night, and they wanted to charge a crazy amount that made no sense. However, I called Reckon & Reckon, and they came out Monday morning. They were sincere and friendly people that took care of the issue immediately. The price was more than reasonable, and they were professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing service. They will be the first people I call moving forward.

Answered my late night call with helpful information. Came next day and did the work super fast and clean. Had a bathtub faucet that was stuck on full blast. They knew exactly what to do, had the part already, wore masks and covers on their boots. Will definitely use them again.

Had damaged wood flooring and no answer as to why. Michael came out and checked all the usual suspects- a/c, sprinklers, fridge- nothing. Recommended having a leak detection service come out to rule out a slab leak. Michael returned with the leak detection service- nothing detected. So while it is still a mystery why my floors have water damage, I can say that R&R and Michael are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

my dishwasher decided to turn itself on and then flood my kitchen (I was already researching replacements but supply chain and all). No they didnot fix the dishwasher, they did however fix couple hoses and valves so I have my sink and disposal while I wait for my new dishwaser to arrive.

I love Reckon because even if they cant fix the initial problem they find a workaround until it can be fixed.
