Have used since the 1980s and i have never had a problem - always prompt, clean, work is reliable and prices are fair. I have had repairs as small as leaky faucets or as big as broken sewage pipes under my driveway. I would not use any other plumber.

They were amazing. Came within a few hours of calling and were quickly able to unclog a completely stopped up drain that sent the washing machine water out of the house. Also asked them to unclog a few other drains while there were here. Super nice, helpful and responsive!

Extremely happy with these plumbers. Victor fixed several plumbing issues that we've accumulated. Extremely helpful and nice guy. He also gave us some great advice about some fixtures we plan on buying. (Just on our on - not through them, so it's not like he was selling us anything. He just wanted to give us helpful advice.) We've used them in the past, but never got around to leaving a Yelp until today. Their rates are totally reasonable, every repair they've done for us has lasted. They never try to ""upsell"" or get us to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. Highly recommend this plumber.

We had a huge flood under the house, ended up the main pipe from the street broke. Steve Reckon and his guys came to the rescue! We've used them before and I trust their work and their prices. They came through once again on this big job. I would highly recommend them.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink that appeared to come from the garbage disposal. I called and scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon (to insure I didn't incur any extra weekend/off hours charges). The plumber and his apprentice showed up, turned the water on and said I needed a new garbage disposal. He quoted $450. Given the flooding and the inoperable sink, I didn't have time to wait for another plumber, but I immediately asked how much of the fee was labor and how much was parts. The plumber said $200 of the $450 was labor and the rest was for the garbage disposal. I immediately looked up the make and model of the unit he was installing and Home Depot sells the same unit for $89.99 + tax. As the apprentice was finishing the job, I asked the Senior Plumber what their standard hourly rate was and he responded with ""we don't have one. Service call is $185."" The job took 15 minutes!!! The plumber who stood watching the apprentice install the disposal told me about a $30 coupon online and reduced the fee by another $20 after I started asking questions about parts and labor costs...but I still feel completely ripped off. $400 for 15 minute job with parts that cost $100. I called and spoke to the owner Steve and was read a list of reasons why their fees are justified because of overhead, not being able to compete with Home Depot and other large retailers, etc. I'm disgusted. I am asked all the time for referrals and this is one I will not be giving.

Have used this firm a number of times and found their work to be good, though our particular plumber has not been real pleasant to deal with. Despite the minor customer service issues we faced however, the owner of the firm, Steve Reckon, is committed to his customers and takes great care to ensure all matters are ultimately dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer so you come away feeling well served.

If only had I mechanic, an electrician, landscaper, and doctor as professional, competent, straightforward, reasonable and fast as Reckon and Reckon (and Michael, in particular) then I would be much better off, by far. In the eight or so years that I've lived in my house I've used them exclusively. Simply put, I lack the imagination, the creativity needed to envision a better plumber..

Victor came out to fix a leaking faucet--but they were special designed and the prior plumber could not fix without causing damage--BUT VICTOR SAVED THE DAY. My wife is happy to keep her fixture and I am happy with fixing the leak.
Also, they fixed some other smaller plumbing issues, and finally replaced our bad water heater. We asked about a tankless water heater, and rather than over selling us, Victor recommended a standard replacement, saving us a lot of money.
Victor was nice, professional, helpful. This is why they get such good reviews. Thank you!
