This place is outstanding. I first went to Pacific Sales to purchase a medicine cabinet. They (Pacific Sales) quoted me one price one day and quoted me a higher price when I went to purchase the item a few days later. Of course I was told that the first quote was incorrect. I then decided not to purchase the item and stumbled across Reback's.

I inquired about purchasing the exact same medicine cabinet and the Reback's salesman told me that the cabinet was recalled and I was entitled to a free one. He gave me the name and address of the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and got a free medicine cabinet.

My plumber sent me to Reback's to find a quality faucet for my bathroom. The guys at Reback's were very nice, super knowledgeable and taught me a bit about the different kinds of faucets. The prices are a bit high, but the service and the products are high quality. I'll be going back to find and purchase a kitchen faucet soon.

My Moen kitchen faucet does not work. I checked online and found the repair kit that I need. It is $2.98 at homedepot. But it takes a week for shipping. I could not wait and went to Rebacks. The salesman helped me to find the repair kit I need. It is a standard moen faucet repair kit with total about 10 plastic pieces. I was shocked when I was told the price. $36! The salesman said this is how it is and this is the local store price.

Be prepared to pay much higher price than you think if you go to shop there

My 15 year old Moan faucet started leaking. So, looking to replacement them, I took the broken pieces to Home Depot.

The clerk took one look and said, ""Try Reback's"".

Made the drive to Gardena and showed the pieces to the guy at the counter. He said, ""Let me get that for ya"" and came back a minute later with just what I needed.

Just can't beat that.

Great selection, the staff is very helpful. They have all of my plumbing parts, I'd rather shop here than at the Home Depot or Lowe's.

This place has almost everything. The prices are a bit hi but they make up for it with service and the availability of hard to find parts.

Most of the time, Reback's has the answer to most plumbing problems. They're very helpful, except today. I was looking for an American Standard faucet stem after having no luck at Home Depot. I walk up to the counter where a man behind the counter asks if I needed help. I show him the part, but wouldn't take a look at it until I came around and placed it on the smallish counter where another customer was also occupying. I reached around and placed the stem on the counter, and he asks how many do I need. I said 4, and he smirks and says they're $45.00 each. I was waiting for the punch line, but it was no joke. Then he says that's what you get for buying a piece of shit. I never walked out of a place with so much disdain...

This place is a plumbers best friend and worst nightmare.

Plumbers love coming here for parts which cannot be found at your local Home Depot or Lowes. The nightmare comes in when the plumbers customers discover this place for themselves! I still love our plumber...:)

I love coming here looking for items that are hard to find especially when you don't want to spend the money doing a major overhaul of your bathroom or kitchen sink all because certain brands want you to conform to how bathrooms of today are built.

We have a pretty old fashioned kitchen faucet and when it finally came time to change it out we found that Home Depot and Lowes didn't carry those types of faucets. Needless to say we were pretty defeated until we remembered Reback's. This has been a local staple in Gardena since 1950 (I think even the sign is still the same from when it first opened) and as a supporter of local businesses it only made sense to come here. The prices are a bit higher than your local hardware store, but it is a local business and aren't subsidized like other places they guarantee their products just the same. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable and wont try to sell you something you truly don't need. If you are looking for hard to find plumbing products, this is the place for you!

This place is awesome! I searched all over Southbay - Home Depot, Lowes, specialized commercial plumbing stores, etc and could not find replacement parts for my commercial sink. An employee at Home Depot told me about Rebacks and after googling it, finally found the place.

Not only did they have the part in stock, but they were also friendly and quite helpful. Plus, I got there just a few minutes before they were closing and they still let me come in.

I've been there a few times since my initial visit and they have always had the part in stock. I highly recommend this place!

Fixed a 36 year old low boy toilet with a $16 part. No plumber offered to do that. Only to sell me a new toilet. It's an old CASE fixture but now it shuts off and doesn't run on and on. The tenants are happy. I just wish I did it when my Mom was still alive. REBACK'S DOES IT AGAIN.
