A DEFINITE YES. I had my house tented but the Gas Co. said there was a leak and refused to turn my gas back on. In a panic, I got Real Plumbers on referral from an architect friend. Jose picked up the phone on Saturday night and his assistant Freddy was at my house on Monday (I was bizy on Sunday and they may have been too but just having the peace of mind knowing someone would soon be coming to fix the leak was a huge relief).

Anyway, Freddy was great. He was pleasant, informative, and communicated extremely well. He tested and fixed the leak, and also double-checked my appliance connections when he was done. He also addressed a small plumbing leak that the subterranean termite guys noticed while they were under my house...and remounted a loose toilet.

My old plumber would have made me reschedule each job separately. Anyway, Real Plumbers was FANTASTIC, and their pricing quite fair.

I have already recommended them to a friend who owns several Westside properties (we always share good tradesmen recommendations). And, should the need arise, I would not hesitate to call Real Plumbers again.

Fantastic and efficient service! My partner and I just purchased a condo and were seeking plumbing services to address some of the issues documented in our general inspection report. After calling and leaving messages for a few other companies, who were unresponsive, I contacted Real Plumbers. Jose picked up and was able to schedule consultation and services for the very same week.

Freddy conducted both the assessment and services. He was knowledgable and honest about the plumbing work that our condo realistically required, based on the information in the inspection report. He provided a very reasonable quote. On the day of the service, Freddy arrived on time and was highly efficient. He replaced our hot water heater, in addition to several stop valves. We are so happy to have established a good contact for our future plumbing needs, and will not hesitate to work with Real Plumbers again. Thank you!!

Jose was amazing! We were worried about our gas hookups being ok and safe to use in our new house. He was able to setup an appointment with us right away and come out to take a look a few days later. He evaluated our property thoroughly and made the necessary tests on the same day. Jose dispelled our fears and gave us great peace of mind with expert service and great communication. After three visits from another plumber who kept saying they'd have to come back (over a month) and two no-shows, I finally did the right thing and looked online for someone else. I got lucky (or Yelp actually works). After a month with a leaky faucet and loud noises in the pipes - that another plumber seemed to find an unfixable mystery - I called Real. They answered the phone after one ring, they had someone here in about an hour, did the work quickly (changed one angle stop) and everything is working perfectly - leak gone, noises gone. I will certainly call Real again when I need a plumber.

For several months, I've had a mysterious issue that's been doubling my water bill. My usual plumber wasn't been able to get to the bottom of the problem after testing, and had left, shrugging his shoulders. When I called Jose for a second opinion, he came out the next day with a leak detection specialist and conducted a much more detailed analysis. They went so far as to call the city to go over my bill with a fine toothed comb, which lead to the city calling back and verifying that at 4am my irrigation system has been using 170 gallons of water a night. I never would have been able to figure that out on my own or with my previous plumber. Jose and his specialist went above and beyond the usual level of service, and I'm so thankful for their patience and dedication. I'm sticking with Jose next time! What a find.
