Jose was just great! He called back quickly, he arrived that afternoon just as he said he would, checked out the problem, and came back the next morning to fix it. On time. On budget.

We would absolutely use his services again, and happily recommend him. (Even our landscape designer was impressed!)

I feel taken advantage of by this company. My tankless water heater stopped providing hot water when the gas was temporarily cut off for a short interval. When the gas was restored (by me) there was still no hot water. Jose at the company stated that tankless water heaters are supposed to be ""automatic"", but failed to mention that you only have to unplug and replug the water heater cord for the hot water to come back on. Instead of informing/allowing me to try this, he sent out a crew to unplug/replug the water heater cord (that's all it took to make the hot water come back on); to the tune of a charge of $160! It is hard to believe that he had my best interests at heart!

I had a leaking toilet and called Jose, hoping to get a same day appointment , Luckily there was an open window and they happened to be in my area , 2 guy showed up within 15 minutes. They were professional, found the reason for the leaking toilet and explained the work that needs to be done. They left the bathroom clean very clean. I would call and highly recommend Real Plumbers again for future repairs.

We had used this service previously and luckily had saved the number as they were excellent the first time after a disappointing visit from Mike Diamond plumbing company. We called and were able to get a same day appointment. Freddie and his co-worker were able to come even earlier than promised. Again they were professional and thorough and explained exactly what they needed to do. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up the laundry area completely before they left. I will continue to only use them for all my plumbing needs.

Showed up on short notice, the problem was sorted out quickly, couldn't ask for more efficient and fairly priced service. BTW, a previous plumber could not fix this issue.

They are clean, friendly, efficient, and show up when they say they will. They thought and I though the problems were fixed. A few days later, clogged kitchen sink returned. Called about it. Jose came out, fixed it and improved a couple of other things on top of that. Maybe I have tough plumbing problems that can't always be fixed on the first try. It's great to know you can trust this company to stand behind their work. Highly recommended. If there is an award for nicest professional plumber, Jose would be tough to beat.

Once again Jose and his team to the rescue! Can't believe we needed them twice in just the first few months living in our new place, but they were just as fantastic with our shower issue as they were our toilet problem! Definitely our go-to helpers!

For months we had two toilets that were constantly running and no matter what I did to adjust them, I just managed to make the situation worse.  The last plumbers we used turn out to be not so reliable and overcharged us, which is part of why I waited so long.  I finally broke down and realized I needed a pro so I went to Yelp and I just want to say there's a reason these guys have so many 5-star reviews.  They gave me a great price, arrived exactly when they promised, and the two gentlemen were in and out of the house within an hour, installing brand new parts that fixed each toilet.  They were courteous, wore masks, and even wore shoe covers in the house.  Next time I run into a plumbing issue, these guys are going to be my go-to plumbers.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We have used Real Plumbers for everything from replacing our water heater, replacing our gas line system, repairing toilets, replacing faucets and more! Jose is the sweetest. He is easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest, timely, responsive, clean, efficient and does quality work. I can't say enough good things about our experiences with Real Plumbers. We have a plumber for life!
