Had a great experience with Salvador and RDZ! My garbage disposal had backed up from a friend putting cigarette butts and miscellaneous trash down the drain. I thought I would need a new garbage disposal. Salvador told me I wouldn't need to replace it and quickly snaked it for me. It now works like new! Also he did a quick inspection of any leaks from my water pipes under the house for free. RDZ is an honest, mom and pop family business that does excellent work. Highly recommend!!

Such a great experience with RDZ. We had a dishwasher delivered and was told by the installer that a valve under our sink was completely rusted so they couldn't do the install. I immediately reached out to RDZ and they were able to stop by a few hours later. They were in and out and fixed everything (including a leaky disposal I was unaware of) and everything cost less than I anticipated. They were super professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. Will definitely be keeping these guys on speed dial!

Recently we experienced a plumbing issue over the weekend which led to water backing up into the toilet & bathtub. I reached out to multiple drain clean out services in San Diego late afternoon on a Saturday (4:00 PM). The phone was answered by a Real Human being and not a answering machine. The lady on the phone introduced herself as Sandra and asked me a few questions related to my problem. She told me her guys can be out to my residence in approximately an hour.

An hour later a 2 man crew arrived and got to work in finding the root of the problem. Well the main line in my house is old as rocks. Made of cast iron the lumen of the pipe had reduced down to 2 inches and was clogged. The technician performed a camera inspection and showed me the problem area.

For immediate resolution of the clog they were able to use a high flow water jet to clear the issue. However I felt I needed to make sure this issue does not occur again hence I asked for solutions to my real problem.

The RDZ discussed the different options to repair the old Cast iron line. After proper explanation of the work I asked if they could come back Sunday AM for a proper quote. To which they agreed and set a time for 0900 on Sunday.

My Technician Manuel showed up on time Sunday AM and started to look at my current line condition and kept me informed of his findings. After looking at my options It was clear that the price point was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done to have access to the old cast iron line, clean it out and place a new liner inside the line to avoid digging up my whole front yard.

I agreed to the work quote and as anyone would feared they wouldn't be able yo start till a later date. However to my surprise Manuel said he would start immediately.

Using proper tools and properly protecting my front yard turf, he starting excavating access to the line. Manuel and his team spent 4 days working 8-10 hours a day and at the end delivered excellent results.

I found This company to be a family business built on some good values. I had an amazing experience with the communication, timely response and professionalism exhibited at all times by all team members.

I personally recommend RDZ because I've worked with other big brand plumbing companies in San Diego with fancy white gloves but they deserve a chance at your business.

At the end I am a happy customer with a resolved issue and a new Clean out which was buried and no accessible.

I came home from work to find water flowing onto our kitchen floor from under the fridge! It sounded like a waterfall and the house was quickly flooding. Sal was over within half hour and quickly diagnosed the problem after we pulled out the fridge. Busted water line! He quickly replaced it and we were back in business. Cannot recommend them enough!

Our main line was backed up. Junior responded early on a Sunday morning and came out within an hour. He had to go up on the roof to access the line. He was able to clear it, and to show me detailed pictures of what the pipes looked like. We had lots of large roots in various joints in the pipe. Junior let me know of possible future solutions for this problem and provided several estimates for the various options.

He was very professional, helpful, and came across as trustworthy. Definitely a positive experience!

Super nice family owned business. Professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Turned out there was a small leak in the copper pipe between the water meter and shut off valve. They recommended CPL Leak Detection to locate the leak area. CPL came out and marked the area. RDZ came back, dug a couple feet down, found the copper pipe that had a larger than a pinhole leak, cut the pipe, added new pipe and covered the area back up. These folks are so very nice! Give them a chance. You will not be disappointed!

we had called them out originally to diagnose what was wrong with our toilet and its intermittent failure to flush completely. They came and checked it. Its problem was due to the hard water we have and the mineral buildup in a part of the toilet that cant be rodded out. They recommended that the toilet be replaced as it would not get any better.
We bought a new toilet and called to schedule them to come remove the old toilet and install the new one. They came on time and got right to work. Old one was out fairly quickly. New one installation took a little longer as they wanted to make sure it didn't leak. They cleaned up the bathroom when finished and even took the old toilet with them to dispose of. Great work!
