Our kitchen sink was backed up. I called at 11 and Randy came out a few hours later and tried to snake the pipe but the build up was too bad so he called Salvador and they jetted the pipe until it was clear. Super quick response time and both guys were so nice and great at explaining what they had to do and why. Highly recommend.

Our washer was leaking from the drainage hose and overflowing in our garage. I called RDZ plumbing and they were able to get someone to come out the same day.

After inspection randy was able to diagnose the problem and kept my husband and I in the loop for each step. Being a first time homeowner we were nervous about what this may cost, Randy was able to give us a reasonable price for the work he did. I really appreciate companies that work with their customers in any way they can. We have more plumbing work to do and will definitely be giving RDZ a call.

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I am so glad to get RDZ helping me unclog a few water drainage pipes (very old, 27+ years, pipes laid under the ground). The pipes were filled with muds and rocks all the way. Hard to review the wrk as they no showed on us 3 days in a row. Each time they never called to say they weren't coming. First time we called and they said they had an issue with their booking system and lost the appt, second time said they didn't have time (courtesy call would have been nice since one has to rearrange work etc to wait for a plumber).
Last chance we rescheduled because they offered a discount on the toilet repair for the inconvenience and then never showed again. Don't waste your time waiting on this company - horrible costumer and disrespectful of your time.

My irrigation drain system was clogged with roots and dirt and all that debris was located in the backyard about a 100ft into the pipe from where it drains to the street. I called RDZ on Saturday at noon and left a message. Sal returned my call within 15 minutes. I explained to him my situation and that I needed the PVC drain pipes hydro-jetted. Sal was currently at a job but said he would be able to assist me that afternoon if I was willing to wait 2 hours. Sal and his father-in-law showed up in 1.5 hours. I explained to him I already had pulled out some roots from the pipes but I knew there were more. Within 10 minutes he was hydro-blasting the pipes. After 2 hours, Sal and his father-in-law had cleared out two separate drain pipe systems in the yard and you wouldn't believe what came out! There were two 8 foot long roots, 2 inches in diameter each that came out of one pipe along with smaller pieces of root balls, and in the other pipe, he pulled out a root ""cylinder"" (like a root ball but in a cylindrical shape) that was 2ft long! After he cleared the drains, he used his camera system and scoped out the pipes to make sure it was clear of any debris and it was!

I had two choices to remove the blockages in drainage pipes, I either replace the PVC tubing or hydro-jet them. I am so glad I called RDZ Drain Services to hydro-jet them! It saved me time & money.

I called other plumbers and drains services to see how much they would charge and that's even if they take on the job. On average most wanted $700 and up. RDZ charge me $450 for two hours of work. Each additional hour after that is extra.

This is a small family owned business that likes to take care of its customers, I have no hesitation calling Sal and his family's business again in the future. Thank you RDZ Drain Services!
