Went through 3 different companies before meeting these guys. They ended up snaking my drain after I removed the tub but this was a tricky situation and I gave them a heads up a few days before they showed up. They explained how they were coming up with ideas and trouble shooting together before even meeting me. These guys have passion for what they do and do not settle for some half ass attempt. They see it through and are critical thinkers that don't quit. I am highly impressed by these gents and they are my new plumbers for life. By the way, best prices in town. A couple good old boys that will not jerk you around. Thanks guys!!!!

We noticed a terrible odor (sewage gas) coming from our wet bar and called RDZ Drain to see if they could check it out. Sal, the owner, came the next morning and were able to figure the problem in minutes! Great, prompt, and friendly! Would 100% use this team again.

I have a leaking faucet in one of my tub and Sal came over yesterday. He was able to give a price quote and said he would comeback today at 930a. It is now 12.30p and my wife tried calling Sal and no answer. I find it hard to believe that ""Customer Service is their Top Priority"". A simple courtesy call that he can't make it would have been nice.

Called in and was able to get a technician to come out the next day to diagnose my draining problem. He was communicative and on time. He was able to find the problem which wasn't the plumbing and helped guiding me to find a way for solution. I usually don't leave reviews but I was personally compelled to leave one because these people are awesome! So: Our main line suddenly got backed up out of nowhere at 6pm - so I frantically searched and called for plumbing services. Most of the places I called charges an ""after hour fee"" (as if accidents happen only in business hours. Lol) on top of the regular fee for repair. When I called RDZ, they assured me that they will give us fair pricing and they will never charge extra just because it's afterhours and worked their schedule with helping us out the last minute. For this family owned business- they definitely have excellent customer service, very competitive and fair pricing, and professional service. Definitely a recommend! Please give them a call and you will not regret it
