Used them one year ago and received 5 star service. I was very pleased and saved their info for future reference. I tried to contact them FIVE times over the past 2 weeks for a new problem. Left multiple messages. No answer. No call or text back. Last time phone never even went to voicemail- said leave a message then disconnected repeatedly. What on earth happened to this company?! New owners? Now it's a scam? Avoid them at all costs.

Thank God we found an outstanding Plumbing company that came to the rescue with knowledge, caring, expertise, and professionalism! Thank you so much Sal for identifying the problem and doing an outstanding job! The toilet flushes soooo much better now! It was a total mess with the sludge and blockage, and explosion of the pipe! Sal is licensed and bonded and had all the proper tools to do his job! It was so awesome that Sal gave this job a top priority! We highly recommend this plumbing company!

I think RDZ is a great value. I appreciate that they came quickly and were very professional. For a while it was looking like the Hydrojet nozel wasn't going to make the sharp 1st Turn into my main drain in the cutout in my driveway.. but Sal persisted and made it fit the turn.. that jet is super powerful.. he had trouble getting it out too and had to stick his arm in the drain pipe down to the armpit to extract it .. then ran the last bit out to the main sewer line in the middle of the street too. Very quick and thorough job.

Had a great experience with Salvador and RDZ! My garbage disposal had backed up from a friend putting cigarette butts and miscellaneous trash down the drain. I thought I would need a new garbage disposal. Salvador told me I wouldn't need to replace it and quickly snaked it for me. It now works like new! Also he did a quick inspection of any leaks from my water pipes under the house for free. RDZ is an honest, mom and pop family business that does excellent work. Highly recommend!!

Such a great experience with RDZ. We had a dishwasher delivered and was told by the installer that a valve under our sink was completely rusted so they couldn't do the install. I immediately reached out to RDZ and they were able to stop by a few hours later. They were in and out and fixed everything (including a leaky disposal I was unaware of) and everything cost less than I anticipated. They were super professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. Will definitely be keeping these guys on speed dial!
