Rich is reliable, friendly and professional. He attended to several plumbing issues I had (toilets, major-clogged drain, slow faucet) and he was great. Instead of dealing with a possibly big faucet job, he rinsed out the dirt filled gasket ( I felt a bit dumb, but that's better than some making a big job out of nothing when I would not know the difference) and the problem was over. I truly appreciated his honesty. He was honest and fair about my other problems and everything is working beautifully now. I would definitely recommend RD Plumbing and Rich for any issues. He knows his stuff!

Rich was a blessing to my family today. I had an issue with my gas water heater for four (4) days. I tried for several days to find a company that works with the gas water heater and resolve the issue without any luck. Especially, I have a 3-month-old child, and things were not looking promising for this upcoming weekend and the cold front weather. Finally, after several calls, I received a referral for Rich company around 2 pm. At 3 pm, he was heading to my house and around 7 pm everything was resolved. I can't express my gratitude enough to the service that was provided to my family. It's refreshing to find professional individuals with the drive to identify and resolve problems. Absolutely Outstanding!!! I was lucky enough to have my home inspector recommend Richard and said he was the best. I honestly don't know if that gives him the credit he deserves. He has now helped with me with 2 issues and both times he was great. Nobody likes calling a plumber for home repairs, but with Richard he does such an outstanding job of explaining the problem, a few possible solutions, and then most importantly CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. He is an outstanding communicator with text messages or phone calls with respect to letting me know when he can get out to our home. Also, both times he made it out to me within 24 hours. Look no further!! Richard was marvelous! And a 3rd generation plumber-- so cool! Scheduled an 8:30am call to the house for some plumbing concerns-- scary pipe noises, low water pressure and a screeching dishwasher. Richard arrived on time (love it!) met with my husband and I and assessed each area one-by-one, and very thoroughly! He was able diagnose and fix some of the issues that we had; he even went out to purchase parts we needed and was back within the hour to install/fix. He explained everything he did and all of his findings. Very genuine, professional and humble! His pricing is fantastic, as well-- worth every penny! We'll absolutely utilize his service in the future for any plumbing needs we may have.

Rich is great! He's helped us out on a several occasions- first with a shower leak, then toliet problems, and then with the water pressure in our house. He's very knowledgeable and patient. So excited to have a pool being built in the backyard until the pool company ran into the water main. Not their fault it was not identified by the utility location service. The pipe ran through the middle of the pool using an old rusted pipe, which probably would have failed eventually. I was also suffering with low water pressure because the pipe was previously repaired and it was stepped down to a 1/2 inch pipe. Started calling around and couldn't get anyone to come look at it until the next day. I came across RD Plumbing's business card and gave Rich a call. He came out the same day, provided a temporary fix and scheduled me for a future repair. Everything was completed quickly, affordably, professionally and with quality work. Most of all I have better water pressure than before and a pipe that would eventually fail has been completely replaced. More importantly, wouldn't be able to fill the pool without the water! Would definitely hire Rich @ RD Plumbing again and again!
