So excited to have a pool being built in the backyard until the pool company ran into the water main. Not their fault it was not identified by the utility location service. The pipe ran through the middle of the pool using an old rusted pipe, which probably would have failed eventually. I was also suffering with low water pressure because the pipe was previously repaired and it was stepped down to a 1/2 inch pipe. Started calling around and couldn't get anyone to come look at it until the next day. I came across RD Plumbing's business card and gave Rich a call. He came out the same day, provided a temporary fix and scheduled me for a future repair. Everything was completed quickly, affordably, professionally and with quality work. Most of all I have better water pressure than before and a pipe that would eventually fail has been completely replaced. More importantly, wouldn't be able to fill the pool without the water! Would definitely hire Rich @ RD Plumbing again and again!

Rich responded quickly to an emergency situation at my home today and I'm so grateful! We had an outdoor faucet that wouldn't turn off and water was pouring out. Rich was a blessing to my family today. I had an issue with my gas water heater for four (4) days. I tried for several days to find a company that works with the gas water heater and resolve the issue without any luck. Especially, I have a 3-month-old child, and things were not looking promising for this upcoming weekend and the cold front weather. Finally, after several calls, I received a referral for Rich company around 2 pm. At 3 pm, he was heading to my house and around 7 pm everything was resolved. I can't express my gratitude enough to the service that was provided to my family. It's refreshing to find professional individuals with the drive to identify and resolve problems. Excellent service at a fair price. Yes, really. What more do you need to know? I can keep going. Rich saved us from having to rip walls and ceiling up by amazingly locating and matching the most random pipe anyone had ever seen or heard of behind our refrigerator. He stopped our 50's galvanized pipe leak with minimal damage. Updated nipples/valves and is going to help with some preventative maintenance. He knows what he's doing. We already have a list of other projects for him. If you have old pipes like us and notice any leaks, stains, etc... I would recommend having him take a look. We are proof of Rich saying """"it's not a matter of if but when"""" you end up with a big problem. He can help save you from a disaster with some cost efficient updates. Don't waste your time calling around, you won't regret it.

When we moved into our new house it needed lots of plumbing work. I can't recall who recommended Rich but I am so glad they did! Before we moved in we had Rich installed new """"super toilets"""". He has installed our kitchen sink, changed our shower faucets, fixed our leaks, and so much more! We have found Rich to be responsive, honest with his assessments, and fair with his pricing. Most importantly, his work has been top notch. Great to know there is an good, honest plumber we can depend on.
