Absolutely Outstanding!!! I was lucky enough to have my home inspector recommend Richard and said he was the best. I honestly don't know if that gives him the credit he deserves. He has now helped with me with 2 issues and both times he was great. Nobody likes calling a plumber for home repairs, but with Richard he does such an outstanding job of explaining the problem, a few possible solutions, and then most importantly CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. He is an outstanding communicator with text messages or phone calls with respect to letting me know when he can get out to our home. Also, both times he made it out to me within 24 hours. Sadly, I don't know if that trend will continue as he clearly is a professional and will be in high demand. Thank you Richard and glad to know I have a plumber I can trust. Joe Zinerco

Called RD Plumbing due to extremely high water bills. I was worried that I had a leak in my poly plumbing, but was unable to track down a leak anywhere. Rich came out and suspected that the toilets were leaking. He placed some dye in the toilet tank and a few hours later, the dye had leaked into the bowl identifying the leak. The toilets were original (over 30 years old), so he recommended replacing them. He installed two new Kohler toilets a few days later... installation was quick, and clean.

So excited to have a pool being built in the backyard until the pool company ran into the water main. Not their fault it was not identified by the utility location service. The pipe ran through the middle of the pool using an old rusted pipe, which probably would have failed eventually. I was also suffering with low water pressure because the pipe was previously repaired and it was stepped down to a 1/2 inch pipe. Started calling around and couldn't get anyone to come look at it until the next day. I came across RD Plumbing's business card and gave Rich a call. He came out the same day, provided a temporary fix and scheduled me for a future repair. Everything was completed quickly, affordably, professionally and with quality work. Most of all I have better water pressure than before and a pipe that would eventually fail has been completely replaced. More importantly, wouldn't be able to fill the pool without the water! Would definitely hire Rich @ RD Plumbing again and again!

Back in June I purchased a true money pit. Rich has done a fantastic job taking care of all of my massive amounts of plumbing issues including replacing four old toilets with 'super toilets', multiple water line breaks, redone all sink connections, change out multiple faucets and more. Everything is done at a fair price and very quickly. I could not be happier with how I've been treated. Which is a nice guy and works hard to make its customers happy. I look forward to using Rich when I remodeled my master bath.

Rich was a blessing to my family today. I had an issue with my gas water heater for four (4) days. I tried for several days to find a company that works with the gas water heater and resolve the issue without any luck. Especially, I have a 3-month-old child, and things were not looking promising for this upcoming weekend and the cold front weather. Finally, after several calls, I received a referral for Rich company around 2 pm. At 3 pm, he was heading to my house and around 7 pm everything was resolved.
