This company drove a trailer through my yard and left big divots when working on my neighbors yard. I called to explain and no one has called back!!

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE FOR "BIG JOBS"
My plumbing system is worse than what they have started and they have been out at my house about 5 times now and nothing is complete. I am LOOKING TO GO TO COURT on them it is so bad of a job. I have had other plumbers come out and look and they didn't understand what was going on or the work that has been done

I have been out of water for 2 months now and keep on getting delayed and pushed back. Plumbers only work for about 2hrs on average (for a plumbing job i was told would take 2 days) when they come and when the plumbers get on site, all of them have said they didn't realize the extent of the job they had to do and didn't have all the equipment on hand. I showed one of the plumbers the invoice wrote up for me, even he didn't understand it and was questioning it. I was told that the $8,000 i paid would fix the whole plumbing system but that was a lie. I still have leaks and things not working.

And i just followed up and from the sounds of it they think they are done with my house. It is in worse condition than before they started working on it.

PREDATORY SERVICING!

If you have a water heater, it must be up to "code" to be repaired.

Mind you my water heater wasn't even broken! I just need the hose attachment that supplied water to the water heater replaced because it had a leak. This hose is not even permanently attached to the water heater it just screws in.

The first question this company should ask you before even coming to inspect a problem is if your water heater is up to "code". My house is 2001 build and the water heater may be original to the house. It still works.

I'm sure building code update every few years. So if your house is 5 yrs or older. It's probably not up to "code" and they only offer the service of replacing the whole unit!

Why would you replace a whole water heater whenever the water supply hose has a small leak and can just be replaced???

The repairman said I needed a new water heater for 1500! I just paid the $89 service fee and said bye!

Thanks for wasting my time and money!

I just replaced the hose myself within 30 mins after my family event that I was attending

Update - I never told him to lie to our home warranty company. We knew that our home warranty company doesn't cover root issue. I also expressed my concern to him at the very beginning that we were afraid it would be root. On the other hand, he was really rude to the home warranty company on the call, he told us that our home warranty company was bad. We were trying to explain to him what the first technician told us and we wanted to hear his opinion. He cut the conversation when we were talking and accused us lying. He didn't show us where the root at while he was doing the camera inspection, it seems like he didn't have the interest to explain anything to us.

I've been asking for the recording of our inspection for few times, the company promised that they will send me the recording. It's been two months, they stopped replying my email after I told them I was not going to remove the negative review. I now even wonder if there was really a root or it was a scam. otherwise why we are not getting our recording when they promised us multiple times that we would get it. We will hire other company to do the camera again and I'll keep this review updated.

So I went online on a weekend looking to find help for my home since we were having company on a Sunday night - my wife obviously needed her kitchen to entertain

After talking to a neighbor who recommended these Bozos we booked a 2-5 window - at 4:50 we sent a text asking what was going on

They said " we won't be able to come today"

What a disaster - if I hadn't reached out we probably would have had family very frustrated - now we will make new plans -

Be HONEST AND UPFRONT

I can't find my original complaint. The company is terrible. About six weeks ago, Daniel Jordan called me and complained about a previous complaint which I told the absolute truth. After a while, I indicated that my driveway was cracking badly, and his warranty should cover it. He said he would have his office call me on Monday. Well, Monday came, and there was no call I suspected would happen. He doesn't honor his warranty. Not only me, but I have read others with the same complaint here and at the BBB.

RC Pros is a very unreliable company.
Less then 6 months ago they repaired a water pipe leak for me at a cost of over $7,000 dollars.

The leak came back in less then 6 months. Their work was supposed to be warranted. I called them for them to come look at it. An appointment was set and I never heard from them again. Technician never showed up, I never received a call a reschedule a text or email telling me why. This was over a week ago and still have not heard from them. No response to my phone calls or anything.

I have since had the leak repaired. The repair that they did for over $7,000 I had fixed the 2nd time for $450. This company is a ripoff and very unreliable.

I called RC Pros plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and was very pleased at their promised response. I knew it would be expensive, being after hours and a weekend, and I agreed to their $249 fee. However, when Jason called me from the property, my experience went downhill quickly. He was condescending, told me I didn't know what I was talking about (even after I told him I owned and managed 33 properties), told me the tenants had been having problems since they moved in (though this was the first I'd heard about it in two years), and told me there were no clean-outs for the property, even though I had paid to have them put in a couple of years ago. He quoted me a price of over $1400 to hydro jet the line via the roof. I asked him repeatedly to just clear the line as I was not prepared to pay that much on a Sunday night emergency call. Plus, enough of what he said didn't ring true, that I doubted his evaluation. He finally agreed to just "snake the line," but told me it would cost me $250, even though their website at the time advertised the "$89 drain clean." I told him forget it. The next day I called another contractor who cleared the line in just 10 minutes using a plumbing snake through the clean out under the kitchen window. When I called the company and asked the manager to return my call, the receptionist told me it wouldn't do me any good to ask for a refund because that is what they charge. And the manager never called me back. I will not ever call them again. I wish I had read the other reviews first!

The owner of this business refused to give his name when a problem arose with installation of toilet and his installer didn't even ask us to check to see if it was good. He just left. Overcharged tremendously for product and installation. No wonder this business has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. We'll be filing a complaint with the state plumbing board. We found his name on the BBB website.

Recently had a plumbing issue at we one of my rentals. They determined after running a camera down the waste line that the leak was in the main water line to the house. They then quoted me $5700 to rip out and repair both the main line AND the waste line ((which they just determined was fine).

Anyway, I used a competitor and it ended up costing substantially less when they hand dug down and replaced the water pressure reducer that was leaking.

Further, I have still not received a invoice for the work they did conduct.

I would not recommend this company for plumbing work.
